After talking with the owner and staff I was pleased to learn they made their menu more traditional and much more to my tastes. I went with the Beef Lule Kebab, and added a small Tabbouleh Salad, and a large order of pickled Veggies. The staff were friendly and happy to help. Prices were more than fair considering the quality and portions. Getting home and opening my meal I was pleased to see two juicy Kebabs atop basmati rice, as well as hummus and a grilled pepper and tomato. Upon digging in I got a high quality tasting meal. I do wish I had gotten the garlic sauces I ordered, because it would have been a great addition to the meal. My family and I frequently get food here. Talk about an authentic, family run, delicious Mediterranean gem in Simi Valley. Been driving by Café Noor for the past couple of months every Saturday before Pickleball. Been telling myself I need to eat here and what better way to introduce this restaurant to friends and acquaintances, is to get my meet Up group together. Been working with Alan (owner) on scheduling the date, time, and how we all need to have a long table so We can all sit together. The time has finally come and about 15 of us showed up. The restaurant greeted us with a long table that has been set up with napkins and utensils with Alan and his staff with welcoming smile's. We each ordered, paid separately, sat down, and the food came out great. Everyone said the food was fantastic, service was great and place is impeccably clean. It was so easy to schedule a large group with Alan, looking forward to many gatherings at this delicious restaurant. By the way, they have a huge parking lot, I know people are very particular when it comes to parking. You will have no worries about finding a huge spacious spot for your car. When I came here for the first time they had bowls similar to chipotle where you could choose your meat and toppings. They don't have it anymore but should bring it back. Their food is still very good but very similar menu items to other Mediterranean spots. The bowls really set them apart and allowed more customization. read more

We just spent the past 4 days/nights in darkness, without any electricity, which I won't bore you with... but I will tell you what a GREAT meal we had at Caffe Noor. Okay, it was takeout, but huge portions, amazingly delicious food (such INCREDIBLE FLAVOR !!), and I had so much left over for dinner. Well-seasoned beef and chicken sitting atop moist basmati rice, which was drenched in some kind of very flavorful sauce (leaving me wanting even more sauce). The food was bland and they charge for the only thing that could probably save the flavor, sauces. Having never been there, I didn't know what to try and the person at the register wasn't in any mood to help. Delicious food and wonderful customer service!! My fam stopped here after a little league baseball game. Allen and his staff were patient with ALL our questions. They immediately counted our party and assembled the tables to accommodate us. Then he just kept offering us napkins, drinks, and assistance. Let me just start by saying that I've tried many different mediterranean food spots ranging from porter ranch, the valley, to Santa Clarita, Noho. No spot even comes close to the flavor and authenticity of the plate I had today. I got the combo plate which had both steak and chicken. Both meats were cooked incredibly well and were juicy & fresh the rice was not dry at all it had the perfect texture and the hummus and peta bread were perfection. This place deserves 100 stars. And I tried Chicken Kebab plate and the chicken was so dry and overcooked.
