Omg. The food at this location was the best and freshest that we've had from an Urbane Cafe. We got the So Cal. Everything was so fresh...the bread, the chicken, avacado, greens.. and our sandwiches were loaded with ingredients. Usually I taste more bread than anything else but that wasn't the case here. It was THE most delicious sandwich and the salads were also super fresh. The two girls working the front were so sweet and nice and the chef/cook did an amazing job (wish I would've gotten their names but it was the Friday afternoon staff!) My son even got another sandwich after finishing his first lol. This location is definitely our new regular spot. Definitely recommend. read more

Avoid Urbane Cafe if you have celiac or can't have gluten. I used the Nima sensor and my GF food tested positive for gluten. I informed the staff about my gluten restriction, I was told they change gloves, use a clean area and separate oven. When I told the cashier my food tested positive for gluten she got extremely defensive and started saying they can't guarantee the food is GF, didn't even apologize or offer to make me something else. I asked for a refund... she then told what appeared to be the manager to assist her with the refund, the manager didn't even make eye contact with me or offer an apology either. I got a refund and asked to buy a bag of chips which she happily charged me for. It was very poorly handled, customer service was very bad AND I almost consumed gluten. read more

First time in the new urban cafe confusing for an old lady like me. You can order at a kiosk when you come. A server helped my sister and I. Then once we finished to put is order it was credit card only. We were going to pay with cash. My sister will pay with a credit card. Cash only. No problem go to cash register and order and you can pay cash. Loved freshly baked focaccia bread right there. We had a roasted chicken sandwich and spring salad. DELICIOUS !! I've been here for a while now and the most part they do a good job. The only issue i have is sometimes they seem to be understaffed. I will share an example with you. I entered into the location and was no cashier in the front. She was at the end of the counter expediting the food out to the guests that were seated. She saw that there was a line forming and began to come to the front to take the guests that were waiting in line. Very critical to keep employee's position at all times and very important to keep your location staff at peak hours though out the day or an at evening time. This has happened a few times and unfortunately it happens when I come in. Go figure. One of My favorites sandwiches is the BBQ Tri-Tip sandwich, the only thing is I would like is if the bread could be heated up or to complete the sandwich. I went back to give them another chance, and I'm glad I did! The employees were so nice and helped me choose what to try, and the tables were clean. For $20, I got the Pesto & Sun-dried tomato sandwich, with a side salad, and a tomato bisque with focaccia. It was very filling that I'm able to get 2 meals out of it! I ordered from Urbane thru Uber Eats. The receipt says my name, so the driver picked up the correct order. But everything inside was wrong - so the restaurant packed it incorrectly. When I called the restaurant, they blamed the Uber driver, saying he picked up the wrong order. I spoke to the manager who would not help in any way and was again blaming the driver. I asked them to remake it and have it delivered and they couldn't do that. Good food but terrible customer service. This was the restaurants fault - not Uber Eats. read more

Just had my second meal here and it was just as good as my first visit. Ordering on a touch screen is pretty easy, and both visits someone checked to make sure I didn't need any help. Came at 7:30, Friday 12/5. Restaurant was not too busy but I still waited 30 Minutes for 1 sandwich... The cashier did not inform me of the long wait so I was just sitting there wondering where my food was. I was also very unhappy because they were out of tomato soup, so I opted for a cup of the baja soup instead of the side salad... $5 upcharge bringing the total to 20$ for a sandwich and a cup of soup. I took off the cup of soup because of the price and paid 14$ for one sandwich, no sides or anything.Nothing was offered to me for waiting a half hour either. While I was waiting customers were returning with there order and saying items were missing, making the wait even longer.
