    LA Rams

Very good sandwich shop operated by a super friendly couple. It's a pleasant change of pace from the typical Italian deli sandwiches, which I love. Got the LA Rams and Af's Cold cut sandwiches. Both were enjoyable, hearty portion served in beautifully baked bread. Will definitely be back.

First off, what an amazing sandwich!! I popped in during lunch after having heard of this place many times and it did not disappoint. The service was friendly and the sandwich was prepared quickly (not many people at the time). The restaurant itself is small but there is plenty of seating and it has a unique look to it. I was pleased that it was also very clean. I ordered the Firecracker Chicken sandwich which is spicy, for those with a low tolerance, proceed with caution. It was made using a Ciabbata bun that was lightly toasted on the exterior but perfectly soft on the interior. The chicken itself was well seasoned and the veggies/avocado tasted fresh. The firecracker bacon and the firecracker aioli were definitely the star of the show. It provided the perfect level of spice (for me) and the bacon was crisp so it added a crunchy component to the inside of the sandwich. I would 1000% order this sandwich again. However, I would be doing myself a disservice by not exploring the rest of the menu. Bonus points because they carry my favorite sparkling water! Thinking of stopping by? I wouldn't second guess it.

Uncle Af's is as good AF! We shared the LA Rams panini and it was so tasty. A bit spicy, bacon crunch was nice, and the chicken thigh being shredded really enhanced all the flavors. At around $18 for one panini it is not cheap but if you share it, it is both filling and pretty cheap for lunch at under $9 each.

Always a great experience at Uncle Af's! The food and service is always consistent and they never miss. My go to is always the chicken firecracker which is prepared fresh and full of flavor. If you order a side of fries, just know the portion will be plentiful! They definitely do not skimp on portion sizes here. If you're looking for a great tasting sandwich spot in the area, look no further.

    10. Super Turkey (Baguette)

We were met with the utmost hospitality from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our experience great. We were offered their house-made Arnold Palmer, which was refreshing and perfectly balanced. The sandwiches completely blew me away. I tried the Chicken Firecracker Panini and the Super Turkey, and both were packed with flavor and perfectly toasted. The ingredients tasted fresh, and every bite had the right mix of texture and seasoning. Uncle AF's has mastered the balance of great food, excellent service, and a comfortable atmosphere. It's the kind of place that instantly makes you want to come back. Make sure to try their onion rings or crispy house fries. We will be back!

A fantastic spot run by just two people--likely a husband and wife duo--who are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Watching them work felt like a show in itself. The bread was outstanding--perfectly toasted to a super crispy exterior while staying light and fluffy inside. It had just the right thickness, flat and thin yet still substantial. The sandwich was very sizable, made with high-quality ingredients, and everything worked together beautifully. I especially loved the mushrooms paired with my shredded beef tongue--a unique combination that was absolutely delicious. A must-try for anyone who appreciates a well-crafted sandwich!

Uncle AF's got me feelin like donald duck over here...taste was good but the portion is a joke. so i've been trying to find my new favorite spot in Agoura for lunch and. i was craving a prosciutto sandwich so i called in my order. the sandwich doesn't come with pesto so i added a side, my total coming to almost $18 with no tip. the bread was really good and fresh but i can't believe how skimpy they are. this was such a waste of money, i ended up combining both halves to make a semi decent half sandwich which somewhat filled my craving. yes i took out the tomato but i put it back for the second pic. The nearly 5 star reviews led me to Uncle Af's so i'm very disappointed.

2nd time eating here. Had my brother bring me the first time specifically for the firecracker chicken panini. That was about 3 weeks ago and I've been dreaming of it since. I guess next time I will try something else just to explore more, or maybe take my brother back so we can order a firecracker sandwich and something else to share.

Uncle AF's is absolutely exceptional, with fantastic customer service, incredible attention to detail, and consistently prompt and professional communication. The team was highly responsive and clearly dedicated to making every event seamless and memorable. Every item was fresh and delicious, AND the onion rings deserve special recognition they were perfectly crispy, flavorful, and truly unforgettable. You absolutely MUST try the onion rings. Beyond catering, this is also one of the best spots for sandwiches in general, with outstanding quality and flavor in every bite. This is our second year using them to cater birthday parties, and they have been a hit every single time with both kids and adults. Without a doubt, this is one of the best food and sandwich spots in all of CALIFORNIA!

It gives me no pleasure to ruin the perfect rating of Uncla Af's and go against the prevailing grain of the Yelp community, but one must be honest. Braving the 101 from WEHO to get a panini sounds daring and/or insane, but I heard the hype surrounding Uncle Af's. Uncle AF's serves predominantly Panini's but with a Persian twist, so my taste buds awaited with anticipation. They offer a variety of Panini's; some 'firecracker' hot, some with no heat factor. Ordered the Rams panini, because it sounded bases and Los Angeles AF. The Ram panini can be described as: Ciabatta ,mix of Garlic aioli& firecracker aioli, avocado , Caramelized onions, Chicken Thigh, Raw onions, arugula, green onions, Firecracker bacon, Monterey Jack. A few things discerned right off the back: Ingrediants were quite fresh, sandwich and chicken were super oily with a yellowish hue slick seeping out. The chicken was almost finely chopped in bits of watery-like strings similar to what you'd find in pulled-chicken/pork. This. Doesn't. Work. This particular style is routinely found to be served in a BBQ joint for sandwich options, but a panini? Never seen this before. This gave the sandwich a really gnarly texture; such that it completely ruined the taste and bogs down the review. I hope the owner/manager reads this because had the sandwich been served as a whole thigh or just chopped as even chunks, the panini would have been received well and regarded as nearly perfect.

The food was absolutely incredible and service was great and the ambiance is just what you expect from a hole in the wall in Agoura Hills. absolutely a phenomenal place will definitely come again.

They have done a really good job with the patio and I could see that getting really busy, it wasn't the day we were there as it was a colder day. I ordered the avocado toast that came with a couple of poached eggs and the side I got was a cup of barley soup, my wife ordered the french toast with a side of bacon . The quality of the food was excellent in both cases, tasted good although I felt my food was on the colder side for sure when we finally got it and it was very plain; food took a while considering they weren't that busy. The service was good but not excellent, our waiter came back to check on us once when I thought maybe I caught his eye . I think there's definitely some room for improvement but it won't hold me from coming back... I will definitely give it another try; footnote- a lot of their ingredients are organic and of what I understand they bake all of their bread and pastry items in house. definitely worth a try. Oh, my caffe latte was superb!
