The food and service has consistently been great. Since we frequented other locations long before the Moorpark one opened, I knew what to ask for, and what to remind the employee to have for my order. They don't disappoint! Moorpark and Santa Clarita have the best in employee attitudes and willingness to make the order the best!! read more

Wing stop uses Tyson frozen chicken nuggets. Tyson chicken is very unhealthy. It has lots of chemicals. Don't eat it. They use third rate employees to cook. Fryer oil is always old. Not only their food tastes bad but it's also a huge rip off! read more

Tried the hot honey rub wings at Wingstop and they did not disappoint. The flavor is a perfect mix of sweet and heat, not overpowering but definitely noticeable with every bite. The seasoning sticks well to the wings, so you get that flavor throughout instead of just on the surface. The wings themselves were cooked right, crispy on the outside and still juicy inside. The hot honey rub has a nice balance where the sweetness hits first and then the heat slowly kicks in, which makes it hard to stop eating them. Definitely one of the better flavors on the menu. I'd order these again without hesitation. read more

The food here is always great nice and crispy wings . Sauced very well. Great customer service. Always clean inside seating

Not suprised this has 3 stars only. After UberEats and WingStop refuse to do anything about the severe food poisoning I got after my last meal...I will just take my experience to any review platform. I became violently ill and have been dealing with the repercussions of this meal for several days now. I have had to miss work and cancel events that were already paid for and can't even so much as get a refund on this order. I will be taking it up with my bank. NEvER eat here unless you enjoy your relationship with your toilet seat. read more

You should know what you're getting into with wingstop in terms of the food. I do love the lemon pepper and most flavors are awesome. We ordered online, with a window of 17-21 minutes before it would be ready. On fhe end of was 45 minutes. The manager acknowledged the extra time and gave us a couple brownies and extra wings as compensation. The dining room is small and not really conducive to many people eating there. read more

Hi everyone, I ordered on the Wingstop app my food, the app said the food will be ready around 8:25ish pm. When I got there at 8:20pm, one of the employees told me, 5 more minutes. I got my food closer to 8:45ish pm. People that order later got their food fast. I saw the three employees watching videos on their phone when I walked in and one of them looked at me and didn't care to help me. Then one of the employees walked outside while it was getting busy. The customer service at Wingstop Moorpark is terrible. People had to wait for bit to order. I recommend going to the Simi Valley Tapo Canyon Rd. Wingstop. Their customer service and service is fast and excellent. read more

Made the terrible mistake of giving this store a 2nd chance and was disappointed yet again. I ordered online and drove to the store to pick up only to be told that they didn't have any chicken available! WTH?? I guess this is my own fault for thinking they could screw up this badly twice........ read more

I ordered thru Uber Eats. 6 combo meals. When I received our order, 3 combos were missing. Uber Eats is soo difficult to get a hold of or make a complaint - so I drove to WingStop. (If it was a missing drink or fries, I would just write it off but this was 3 meals!). I told the cashier I ordered thru uber eats but I'm missing 1/2 my order. He got the manager, Yareli. After talking to the cashier, discussing the take out bags and how they are specifically packaged, going thru my receipt and pictures I took, we determined the driver most likely took the food. It's too many missing items and the picture shows the bag was opened. In order to make things right, Yareli replaced the meals at no cost and took a loss. I must say, that she was polite and professional and extremely sorry I had any issues and had to drive to the restaurant. We rarely go to WingStop, as we have found their wings in the past to be greasy. They have more items on their menu and we enjoyed our food tonight. I am especially thankful to Yareli in turning an angry and frustrating situation into a happy dinner for all. We will be back to Wingstop-this location on Erringer because of Yareli. She is definitely an asset to their company. read more

The order taker spoke broken English and was very rude. I did not say a word and she told me "it's cooking ". I told here I did not order but she moved on. Thanks for nothing read more

Way greasier than any other wingstop I've been to. Food is below average for a wingstop location. Have had issues with service when ordering for large parties through the phone. read more

Well half the time they don't have drink cups and the other half of the time they never have napkins or paper towels. ‍

I have been ordering on the app. Every time I order the order is correct, on time, and always good.

The guy was rude. He said it would be about 15 minutes so we ordered and sat down. About 5 people came in after us and ordered. 20 minutes later all the other people had been served. We told him we were in a time crunch and if he could start on our orders since we had ordered 5-10 minutes before everyone else. He said he would "get to it when he could" even though we had ordered first and had waited twice as long as he told us to. He ended up not even giving us the extra ranch we paid for. read more

First I called several times before anyone answered the phone. They put me on hold for 2 minutes. Rude service, they hung up the call without giving me a time for pickup or letting me finish ordering. Won't be going back. read more

Best Wingstop I've ever been to. Guadalupe helped us out, she is super friendly and a great employee!

Poor customer service. Didn't want to resolve an order issue, said that essentially it was too much work they would have to call the boss.

Whoever is in charge of staffing should be replaced. One cashier available at 8:45pm; he told me he clocked out for his lunch so I won't be able to make a walk in order until 30 min later. Understandable since he's the only cashier; my frustration isn't towards him. What manager decides not to staff someone to cover a cashier on break? read more

Sunny has the best customer service of Wingstop. Highly recommend visiting moorpark location.

This place just opened up and you can tell. Staff is very green and can tell that they don't have everything ironed out yet. Wings were spot on hot, crispy and enough dipping sauces for the all the wings. All the sides though need a lot of work but I think that is just then menu itself. Fries are soggy, with too much going on. Corn is not fresh and seems like it was put in with the deep fryer. Be nice to have something fresh or not fried like a salad or coleslaw something to counter the hot fatty fried wings. Have gone back a few times since but just the wings for me. Got to get original hot bone in wings. But look to pay upwards of $20 each person. read more

The rudest staff ever. Got there at 9:25pm and they supposedly close at midnight. I walk up and they rushed me and did not care about my questions. Ordered and didn't tell me a time limit. I waited there for 25 minutes while watching an employee clean the back while every other employee was gone. I got up and left (didn't even notice), spent $20, and didn't get any food :) read more

I ordered on the dasher app for faster pick up, love it. Once I picked up the order my sauce wasn't in the bag, the chicken looked nasty and barely sauced and just thrown into the box no wax paper I payed $18 to not even eat.
