Isaac the bartender is the worst EVER! First off he was talking to group of people outside of the bar area. I turned to look at him to grab his attention after about 5 min of waiting for him to give me service. He then proceeded to ask for my ID which I gave to him. I asked for a modelo, so then he asked another person across from for his ID gave him a beer within 30 seconds while i was still waiting for mines, he then asked a guy about two seats away from the other guy he just served for another round of beer and he gives him his beer. He then offers the lady next to me for another round of beer to which she replies no. He then proceeds to put washed cups away all while my beer is there poured just sitting there and then decides to finally give my beer. I ordered my beer way before all those other people he offered their beers. I spoke to the manager about him didnt even drink my beer he finally brought to me and walked out. I came to this Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday to watch the NBA Western Conference Final game between the Knicks and Pacers, also to do their all you can eat wings with fries. Taleia was my server in the bar area and she was amazing with her customer service. She was attentive with me and kept asking me if I wanted more wings before I even finish my first plate. I got the lemon pepper sauce and medium sauce on my wings that they allowed me to mix it up which they were good. For my next round, I got medium wings again and more fries. I could only eat 16 wings and 2 order of fries until I was fill. They were not busy at all when I was here so I think it helped with the service yesterday. There a lot of parking spots in the plaza this restaurant is in and in Simi Valley they are usually less people. read more

Really disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Simi Valley today. We arrived at 1 PM to a nearly empty restaurant -- just three tables occupied -- yet service was slow and disconnected from the start. We ordered the unlimited appetizers, but the first round took over 20 minutes to arrive and was served cold. The second round came nearly 30 minutes later, and the portion was tiny, especially for a table of five. "Unlimited" doesn't mean much when the food barely comes out and takes that long. This was during lunch hours, when people are on limited time and need to get back to work -- the delays were unacceptable given how empty the restaurant was. Refills took 10+ minutes, and no one checked on us during the meal. When we asked the server about an allergen, she casually said "I don't think so" and never followed up. That kind of attitude made me seriously question how careful they are with other things. I also clearly requested no ranch on my plate -- emphasized it -- and it still came not only with ranch, but spilled across the plate, soaking into the food. Just careless. For nearly 20 minutes, we watched staff walk past a visible mess on the floor without cleaning it. It wasn't until I took a photo that someone finally addressed it. That said a lot about how little attention was being paid. Toward the end, one staff member did try to help, but it was too late to recover the experience. Wow, we won't be back to this location! We usually go to Northridge, Sherman Oaks, or Oxnard. We tried the Simi location and had terrible service from management. Our server was great but..we had an issue with our mango habanero sauce and sent the wings back. No one (manager) ever came over to say anything, ask anything, or just have the normal customer service a restaurant should. After getting our receipt I noticed the wings (we didn't eat) were still on there. I asked if I could speak to the manager to get them off the check. Manager never came out and the server gave me a new receipt with the wings off. She said he approved it so I took them off. I thought wow, he couldn't even come out to acknowledge?!!! Crazy. Wings, Beer, Sports on giant screens and a friendly staff, what more can you ask. Buffalo Wild Wings have great wings as well as burgers and other options, great bar food overall. All kinds of beers on tap and a casual fun atmosphere. Great to get a quick bite or hang with friends to watch games, fights, etc. I like all the sauce options they have, mild to very spicy and everything in between. Lately my preference has been Thai Curry, but try them all. I have tried some of their spiciest wings, typically the spice levels are not that bad for me, the spice levels claimed seem much more mild usually, but the one I tried before, can't remember the name (maybe the Blazin' Knockowas very hot; too hot for me, so be warned. This was prior to me changing gears to lower Sodium options. This location is never extremely busy (lunch time), which is great so you don't have to wait, part of the reason I like this location. But hope they are busy enough overall at other times of day to have a healthy bottom line. This location is at the Simi Town Center right off the 118 freeway, so really easy to get to and in and out of. Large parking lot in front, so no worries about parking either. Today's offering, Thai Curry/Desert heat dry rub Bone-in (of course) wings, salad with blue cheese, carrots/celery and a Mountain Dew. Yum! My new go to is naked Tradition wings, (pictures) Salad with oil and vinegar, celery, carrots, no blue cheese and unsweetened iced tea. I was excited cause it's been a bit since I've been to BWW. The service was slow and forgetful. I was looking at my house drink sitting at the bar, the place was not busy. I think the bartender noticed me looking at the only drink on the counter, he asked a different server to bring it to me. *I'm still waiting on my mustard. *I ordered large fries. I had to remind the waitress for them. The fries came once we were done with our wings. The wings seemed to be over cooked. Very dry and not enough sauce. Came here this past Sunday with my fiancé and we had the most greatest time! Myra was such a lovely bartender. Our wings and appetizers were hot and delicious and the drinks were excellent. If I could give 0 stars , I would. The service here is already not as good as it is, but this time just added the cherry on top. We sat there for almost 30 minutes waiting for our order to be taken, we gave our server Keara some grace because she had a couple of tables, but when she came to our table she gave us so much attitude. Came to this location to with my family from outside the states to have a drink but were told we could not drink without a U.S ID. Make that make sense? So I guess tourist are not welcomed here even with a VALID ID. I have been to several restaurant with family from outside of the states and it has never been a problem as long as the ID was valid. I've had but two good experience at this location and the only reason I return is because I have hopes that the food will taste good. My first and second were when dinning in the restaurant. The food came out quick and it was warm and service was good. But the other terrible experiences have been when ordering online. Each time we pick up the fries are so stale and hard. Not crunchy but hard like when you take a bite you need to pull a piece. Wings typically they get the wrong order. The chicken has almost no seasoning. It's not that we arrive late to pick up the food because we don't. We even have to wait longer than what the wait is. If we order different orders of fries some fries have almost nothing inside the box. Like it's so obviously that the type of service is so wrong. Like I can't understand how the service is so ghetto and low. I am so disappointed at this location they need to get it together and work on their orders. They need to go to the way it use to be. Decided to go back to this establishment after a bad experience before summer. Well as we ordered our wings I asked the waiter to make sure wings were fresh and not to drench the sauce. He assured me it's ONLY fresh every time. The wings came out in maybe 5 minutes, I was shocked because it normally takes 14-17 minutes to cook wings. And as they put them down they told me these were prepared to order. Unfortunately the Buffalo ones were drowned in sauce and the lemon pepper ones were so dehydrated. Wasn't hot at all. It took a while for the waiter to come back( even though restaurant was very empty). I showed him what was wrong, he said he'd fix it. Asked me to put drenched wings on a plate and would bring me new wings. The second order came out and was extremely small and dehydrated. The lemon pepper ones was so overcooked it tasted like it was dry cardboard. Entire batch was dry, seemed like it was cooked earlier and recooked as needed. Unfortunately that drys out any product. I asked the manager about it and he had some crazy explanation that "customers like there food dropped in oil twice to achieve very crispy skin" That's so insane, that's like coming to a nice restaurant and having them microwave your steak. Seems like a very lazy way to cook wings. When 20 wings cost $38, that's like $2 a wing thats recooked. I can get that at 7/11 for a fourth of the price. Needless to say we didn't finish our meal, explained to the manager the lack integrity for the food they put out reflects bad on that establishment. How I was very disappointed. Worst experience in Simi. This restaurant used to be delicious... The wings used to be spot on. However, it has been going downhill for a few years and tonight was horrendous! For a Saturday night, you would think it would be busy but no. We had a party of six and our food was delivered piecemeal with 20 minutes in between sets. Many members of our party were already done with their meals before others got theirs. Our waitress kept blaming the kitchen. However, that wasn't the worst part... The bone in wings were not edible. They were dry, overcooked, and strangely crunchy in weird places. We will not be coming back anytime soon. Madison was terrible. My wife, child and I already had a terrible experience with this location back in January during the fires (see first review). Ricky and Joseph both had apologized for the situation and rectified everything. Joseph went so far as to offer us a $25 gift card if we'd give BWW another chance. So we waited, and then came on a night that wasn't terrible busy at all. We were both hopeful that things had changed, and were treated by kind workers at the front. Things were looking up, until we got Madison as a server. She was sweet at first and brought us our starter drinks very quickly (even returning to quickly to where we were almost at a decision of what to eat, but not just yet). Then it began. We had to wait almost half an hour before she returned to take our order (fed our baby for 20 mins with about an additional 5 min wait on either end of the feeding). The food was thankfully great, but Madison didn't come and fill up our drinks once during the meal (brought me 1 water after I'd already finished eating, and didn't bring 1 for my wife [not to mention the fact she passed by us and my empty cup of water 5 times to help the table right beside us! I literally had the cup right at the edge of the table so there would be no excuse of her not seeing it was empty])! I finally had enough and had to get up and ask the busser to get boxes for our food. Once again she continued to pass us by when I was trying to get the check. So I once again had to get up and ask the busser for the check. Madison then came running out of the back with our check, gave it to me in one step, and then right back again to the back with the next step. She didn't take a single moment to ask if I was ready to pay (literally had the card in my hand ready)! I flagged her down, just to be ignored, then I got up for the 3rd and final time and spoke to the busser to get a manager so we could pay our check and leave. After the busser left to get the manager was when she came back to take our payment. We finally were free to leave! Joseph is a great manager, but his establishment is the worst I've ever been to, simple because he keeps hiring terrible staff! There's no excuse for this kind of service (especially since she kept seeing a table right next to us at least 10 times before we left, and yes, they came in after us). The service was beyond terrible, and the staff made it crystal clear that they were discriminating against us for cheering for our team--while every other table was just as loud supporting theirs. Apparently, if you don't root for the "right" side, the waitresses will glare at you, ignore your table, and even threaten to kick you out for simply enjoying the game. The hypocrisy was insane--other groups were screaming, chanting, and celebrating, yet we were singled out and treated like we didn't belong. It felt hostile, unfair, and flat-out discriminatory. The servers were rude, inattentive, and seemed more interested in standing around than actually working. Drinks took forever, food came out cold, and we constantly had to flag someone down because they clearly couldn't be bothered to do their jobs. If you want to pay high prices to be disrespected, discriminated against, and wait an eternity for lousy service, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this garbage excuse of a restaurant. Buffalo Wild Wings should be ashamed of how their staff treats paying customers. I guess we keep hoping that it'll get better but it never does. Orders are not taken in arrival order and the servers aren't that friendly and seem to cop an attitude when you point out the failing service or bring something to their attention. Every time I come to a BWW, it is always the same experience no matter the location. When we get to the front, no one is there and it takes us a while to be seated. When we are finally noticed, we get taken to a table where it's an extra 10-15 minute wait just to get our water. Add another 15-20 minutes just to find a waiter/waitress to take our order. It never fails to be this way, and this location was unfortunately not any different. You might be thinking, if the service is kinda bad, why not order online or just not go? And my answer is just, I actually really like their wings and their flavors LOL Honestly, I should probably order take-out more often but I end up with always thinking "why not just give them another chance, maybe they won't be that bad today". Any review over 2 stars here has to be a BOT account. This service was the absolute WORST my wife and I ever had. First, it took them 45 minutes to seat us after seating parties of 4/5 that came in after us, which gave us the impression that we were last because our bill would be smaller. Second, after being seated, it took another 30 minutes for the server to come and ask for our drinks. We ordered immediately, 1 appetizer, 2 entrees...1 hour later they came out, they brought my wife's first, then 15 minutes later brought half my meal out and it was COLD. By the time the fries got to the table they were not only BURNT but COLD as well. That place is in shambles. My wife and I looked at each other and couldn't help but laugh. Like it was comedy how bad this restaurant is. There is 0 chance we will ever come back here. Better off going to wing stop 100%.
