It been awhile since I came to this Jack In The Box when it's right next to my work office, so today was the day to use my T-Mobile Tuesday code. I placed my order through the mobile app. I used my code for the Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger and I also ordered the Spicy Grill Chicken Wrap. The app showed it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived to the place and found parking in the front. When I walked inside, I just went to the counter and told the lady working that I had a mobile order. I give her my name and she give me my order. I took it back to the office eat. The Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger was good and I really like the Spicy Grilled Chicken Wrap. That would be my go to order moving fotward. read more

This crack in the box is close to my job. Makes it easy to grab a quick burger and have some time to actually digest before it's time to go back to work, inside is metal chairs, and tile floors. The lady who works the counter at lunchtime is really nice and the food is decent enough compared to McDonald's or Burger King. read more

So the service was ok ig... the atmosphere seemed like no one wanted to be there. The food was so bad! Like i called them to ask for a remake and they didn't even answer! The chicken was not cooked properly (over cooked) and my onion rings were undercooked. My snack wraps were literally missing the sauces. The only thing they got right was the sodas. I'm not happy at all.. Update: I reached out like instructed and they never got back to me. They apparently don't seem to value customer service read more

For my last visit, I'm giving five stars. That happened on Christmas Eve just after 5 p.m. I realize that many places close early on Christmas Eve, but some of them seemed to be jumping the gun and closing even earlier than the times they'd posted. I was out running last minute errands. Dear Hubby had stayed behind, and texted me asking me to bring food home. My first thought was a pastrami sandwich from a regional chain. Literally, as I pulled into the parking lot, the Open sign was up in the window, but when I got to the drive-thru microphone they said they were closed. Uh huh. Also no luck at two other fast food places. Even Starbucks had closed earlier than expected. It's not that I wouldn't have picked JITB in the first place, but it was a little out of the way. This is our preferred Jack in Simi, as it's on the way to the freeway for us when we head east. On Christmas Eve not only were they open, but they also provided a stellar fast food experience. The cashier/order taker was very friendly. The food was freshly prepared, including a meat lover's breakfast burrito sans cheese. It was actually really yummy. The prices are still reasonable. I was able to arrive home with hot food that tasted good for our casual meal. read more

Cashier messed up my order so I had let them know and apologized for any confusion and the cashier was very rude saying comments and one of the female workers were laughing. Very rude and ugly. I understand mistakes happen and I apologize on my behave but that response was definitely ugly . read more

Food review. Loaded breakfast sandwich tastes it was freshly cooked. The sausage patty is not dry compared to that other location that has is dry (tastes like the sausage patty was cooked in the morning but still used during the late afternoon orders.) This Cochran location is definitely one of the handful of Jack-in-the-Box location that serves freshly cooked food. That is at least based on my multiple visits.. near or around noon time. Dining area is still clean. Employees are friendly. read more

I miss Jack in the Box. I moved to Florida in 2005 and I only get to eat there if I'm in California, or driving to LA There are some If I fly to St Louis there are a few there. One by the airport. I really like their tacos . And they are reasonable. 2 for $1.49. Sourdough Jack is great and I like their onion rings too read more

OMG, so I'm currently waiting to be assisted and the manager walks away from the register, reaches into the fry bin, grabs exactly four french fries (I counted them as she dangles them in the air while talking to her co-workers) and eats them in front of me and walks to the back as if this is okay, IT'S NOT OKAY!!! The time is 3:35pm on April 24, 2024. Whoever this manager or assistant manager needs to be fired today. Silvia took care of my order and she's nice. read more

It always feels good when a fast food restaurant not only provides amazing service, but food is always on point. I come to this Jack at least 2-3 times a week as I work down the street and it's the closest and cheapest food spot. They are always on point, kind, and quick. Shoutout to Christian and Joseph as he is always fast and extremely nice through the driver they. Easily one of the better jack in the boxes in California . read more

I've been coming to this location once a week for the last 6 months. I've never had any issue with the food. It's always hot & fresh. It's the staff that's impressed me the most. In & Out aside, I've never met more professional and enthusiastic fast food employees. They're always friendly and accurate as well. read more

Sorry guys but this is just fast food and at best I t just settles the hangry. Probably give you stomach problems and all but I'm speaking from personal experience here. I will say though.... On their game! Have to give credit where it's due! These guys are fast and efficient! You don't truly appreciate a properly assembled sandwich until you've had a few "no-effort in the making" sandwiches from the Porter Ranch Jack n The Box. I work in Porter and wish I received the same quality of experience I receive from this Jack n Box in Simi Valley on Cochran. In the past ten years, never been dissatisfied. read more

Had asked for ranch for my tacos and they still asked again when I paid I said yes and they did not give me ranch for my tacos .

The woman working the drive thru window on September 19,2023 @ 9:30 pm is a rude disrespectful woman. She should have nothing to do with customer service . I spent over 25 dollars got 2 sandwiches and large fries and plenty other desserts but was told I was only allowed 2 ranch dips. If I wanted more I had to buy them. I'm pretty sure my 25 dollars worth of food could've at least included 4 ranches . Who ever is the manager of this branch should speak to this worker and let them know customer satisfaction is more important than your 50cents for another ranch. I will no longer go to this Jack in the box strictly on the fact that this woman could not spare one more ranch. Clearly she needs classes on how to handle customer care. read more

This Jack In the Box is in a good location, near Costco, Wal-Mart and Home Depot. It shares a parking lot with a gas station so parking can be at a premium if it's busy. Overall the restaurant is modern and clean. (Much cleaner and nicer than the Los Angeles Avenue location.) The restroom is generally clean. The employees have always been kind and helpful in my experience. The food is fresh and hot unlike some other Jack locations I've had the great displeasure of visiting. CONS: Recently this location was subjected to an armed robbery, so take that for what it's worth. Also, from time to time homeless folks hang out front. For some, that's an opportunity to be a good Samaritan but for others it's a stressful experience so I thought I'd share. Overall, my family enjoys this location and recommends it. read more

My poor husband went out of his way to bring me cheese fries at work on my lunch break and even asked for them special order since I get their no longer part of the menu. So he brings it and their dumped spilt open in my bag on top of the napkins. I felt so bad for him I didn't say anything because he was already so apologetic for listing my lunch break. Please pay more attention. I've worked drivethru and I know it gets hectic. Especially at lunch rush. But it's no fun trying to eat your lunch spilt and with sheesh napkins rather then cheese fries. read more

This jack in the box customer service sucks. The employees talk to you like your bothering them when your trying to place and order. If you don't like your job then quit don't give me attitude because you're have a bad day. Get out of the customer service if you can't handle it read more

PART 1: of 2: So this being the 2nd run in with the same guy, i finally decided to post, so first visit i paid with my card and for some reason it was declined but was charged on my card so after reviewing my phone i showed a boy(24-28) named Donaldo who assisted me (seems to be a manager of sorts) that i was charged once he had seen my phone to confirm he contested it as if i wasn't showing him on my phone!,well, stupefied at how he was handling the situation he eventually gave in after stuttering some gibberish i couldn't understand , so pleased to have a breakfast meal i didn't complain even when he basically (stared me down) as if he can ACTUALLY scare anyone with his attitude (wrong physique for it) i laughed and went my way, the second time i order a wakey bakey without the bacon and of course a simple 3$ combo that consists of hashbrowns, eggs and cheese minus the bacon bits was done as the picture shows, just hashbrowns and cheese. Now i understand that its a 3 dollar combo but my last order was two meals and it was still an unpleasant visit (purchased 28 dollars worth for me and my crew) so it wasnt the dollar value that consisted with his service its just him (Donaldo) please if you cant have someone prep a 3-piece combo because its too early (assuming thats the reason) then just replace him with someone who can, the least he do so is smile or welcome you , even as he gives you the order he walks back as soon as he give it to you creating a weird un-wanting atmosphere but there it is for those it may concern beware , not for waldo bur for DONALDO ! read more

I love coming to this restaurant because they manage so well. Customer service, always clean and the most important thing that the food is always accurate, hot and fresh. Not like the one in los los Angeles avenue next to Jim's tires. I want to thank the whole staff for doing such a great job. I definitely recommend this location for all those who wants to grab a snack or have a full size meal. read more

The employee, Raul, working the drive through deserves a raise or a promotion - I'm weird and asked for two flavors in my drink, and when I got to the window to pay, one of the flavors was out so he actually took the time to ask me what I wanted instead. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but most places would have handed you a drink and either not said anything or told you once it was in your hand. Those small gestures of kindness and taking the extra minute for customers are what make a kick ass employee, so thank you, Raul!! read more

I'll give them the "fast food 4 stars". No place else was open for breakfast yesterday so I tried JITB for my first time. The service was friendly, the food and coffee hot and decent and the hot sauce was pretty good too. The restrooms were even clean so they've earned the "fast food 4" read more

The people at this Jack-in the box are always so nice and quick. I've been trying to give thanks wherever I'm getting take out. Hello. Two stars for you tonight. Both yelp and your doors say open until 2am(lobby). When I showed up at 12:55am ( that means I still had just over an hour to dine in the lobby) the doors were locked. People were exiting from inside and I asked the employee that was cleaning inside if they we closed and his reply was "can't you read the sign?" Yes I can A$$ hat!!! It says 2am not 12:55am. The only reason you got two stars was because you let me order inside. Other than that you guys sucked. Can you read my review? Piss off Simi Jack in the Box!!!!! read more

I'm writing this as a warning to anyone looking to eat here. I one night got the spicy popcorn chicken. I normally do, it's my favorite thing to get there. Nothing seemed wrong with it. About 6 hours later I got awoken out of my sleep and had to sprint to the bathroom to throw up over and over. For the next week it wouldn't stop. Constant diarrhea, fever of 103, and I even got hospitalized. Only come to find out that I had gotten a cute salmonella from Jack in the Box. The fastest reacting salmonella bacteria my doctor had ever seen. I would give this a 0 star rating if I could. Will never be returning to any jack in the box ever again. Please people, stay away from here. read more

If I ask for egg whites that means I still want egg! Omg paper thin egg I've never seen anything so puny, thin, not worth it! Wtf is the point of an egg sandwich with the egg so thin it could blow away in the wind?! Nothing! A waste of money for bread cheese not melted and bacon... Lame next time I'll make sure to make time at home for gluten free egg sandwich I HATE FAST FOOD UGH WHY OH WHY DIDNT I LEAVE 10mins SOONER?!!! read more

Visited this location about 30 min ago. I ordered 6 tacos and a grilled chicken salad. I got the tacos but no grilled chicken salad in sight. This is a good Jack. I've never had a problem so this "complaint" is going to sound weird. Every time they ask if I want sauce I tell them exactly how much I want. 3 ranch and 2 ketchup and every time they give me too much. Tonight I got 9 ketchup. I hate to be wasteful and I won't use these later on. This also has to cost them more money. read more

This Jack in the box deserves it zero stars! I order something from every location and would be charged half the price this location wants to charge! Instead of charging item + this and that = low cost, this location wants to be greedy and charge me supreme prices when I don't want the main ingredient! First location ever to do this in years and I think it's the first person to do this at this location! One bad experience will have me discontinue my purchasing for YEARS ! They tried charging me twice as much money no thank you I would rather drive to a further Jack-in-the-Box out of principle ! I can place a bet that the managers probably get a bonus for their business profits and charging people more will fill their personal bank accounts. My entire staff will not be purchasing from this location anymore! No more buying my team lunch from here! We will go to the competition! read more
