This location happens to be a franchise location not sure the cost of becoming an owner of a franchise similar to their other competitors carry out only.. From what I can see from the counter, it looked pretty clean and organized, which is important. The employees here at this location. We're very friendly. The employee also offered me plates and red chili peppers, which is always a plus. There is no area to sit in. It's takeout only similar to their other competitors same set up when I think on a Wednesday I'm not sure the day could be Tuesday or Wednesday. It's buy one pizza and get one free locations may vary.. I ordered a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza. The condiments were spread out properly and what I mean by that is when you take a bite that you get a bite of each condiment that you ordered.. Marco's Pizza in Simi Valley is consistently quick when it comes to providing great pizzas. There are always a good amount of toppings on the pizza and I love that their menu also includes calzones. Their deluxe calzone was perfectly crisp and had a good amount of cheese in it. Their location on Madera is great and super easy for pick up. I have heard good things about Marco's pizza and we now have one in town so we decided to order delivery. The triple pepperoni magnifico was pepperoni, spicy pepperoni cups and crispy pepperoni strips. I thought the crust was too thick for my liking but the kids liked it. White cheezy was white sauce bacon, onion, and tomato. The boneless bbq wings, were served with no care at all, it was comical. Boneless wings with bbq sauce literally just dumped on top. What really turned me off from this place was the fees. Delivery fee 5.99 fair enough. Service fee $10.34 wtf? Driver benefit fee $ 3.00. $19.33 in fees. Never again. read more

This was our first time ordering from Marco's Pizza. I must say that we were all very impressed and pleased with the pizzas we ordered. The Works had ample toppings that boasted appetizing, fresh vegetables and meat. It was super tasty, too. There's no place to sit inside - it's a takeout eatery only. I was acknowledged walking in the door with two staff working. Seemed like an efficient, clean operation. This may very well be our go-to for takeout pizza. Great job! read more

Marco's Pizza is a nice new addition to the options within Simi Valley for Pizza! They have some addictive stuff on their menu and other items that could definitely be improved on, but their overall food and service is worth a try! I highly recommend their fiery old fashion pizza while it's still available. It's honestly much better than anything else i've recently tried at the new specialty pizza place across town called Slice House, which also costs much more than Marco's Pizza. I'm not sure i'll continue ordering after their fiery pizzas are gone because it's what truly tastes so dang good! However, I would not recommend their cinnamon bites at all. It's hard to pin point, but the cinnamon and icing almost tastes inedible. The bread itself does not complement the dessert at all and almost tastes rubbery in comparison to some of their more well made pizza doughs that i've already tried up until now. Hopefully they'll get more savory dessert options in the future though! The restaurant itself is just a lobby and pretty small, but very clean and always greeted with a big warm welcome. Oddly after that though, the handoff for pizzas is 50/50 a cold and almost awkward hand-off. I'm sure it's not intentional, but definitely changes the entire vibe when leaving the store with my pizza. Lastly the only other thing they can hopefully improve on is not forgetting the sauce cups that come with pizza orders. The first time I ordered 4-5 and didn't get any, then on two more occasions I didn't receive my freebie cup with my pizza orders. Not an ideal success rate. Overall, Marco's Pizza is worth trying at least once though! If you're expecting a top of the line specialty pizzeria you'll be disappointed, but if you're realistic you'll find something that in my opinion rivals other pizza chains like Dominos, Pizza Hut, Little Cesars, etc. by miles! read more

Don't offer curbside if your employees are to lazy to bring out your order. I even left a tip for who ever was supposed to bring out my order. Typical Simi Valley faire, edible but not amazing. My husband and I ordered pizza "bowls," which is basically sauce, cheese, sausage and pepperoni, but minus the pizza dough. The menu also says onion and bell pepper, but I didn't see or taste any of that in mine. Since this was our first time ordering from Marco's, I didn't know if our dish would require more sauce or not, so I asked for an extra side... just in case. I was both amused and annoyed at the small container they gave, which had hardly any sauce in it. WTF? Why give any at all if you're going to be that stingy with it? I even took a photo of it because it was so ridiculously small. Whatever... and luckily, my "bowl" didn't need any additional sauce. Plenty of it in there. We have tried Marco's twice now. First visit we had 2 pepperoni calzones Togo, they were enjoyable but extra greasy and we didn't notice the cup of tomato sauce right away because it was under the paper. Second visit we ordered a large pizza Togo. The pizza was heavy on the bread, light on the cheese. Pepperoni and mushroom toppings were good. For a large 2 topping pizza I spent $29 and 2 people finished it in one sitting. I feel like it's expensive for what we got. Less crust and more cheese would have made it better. I've tried to place an order twice from this place, but I haven't been able to. I go to the web site and try to order whatever the special is, i this case the hot honey magnifico, for $11.99. When I go to enter the coupon code, lo and behold, it's invalid! So they either have real IT problems, or they are trying to pull and bait and switch. After seeing the commercials my whole life i was excited to try it. We have some great pizza places in Simi but this place seems to have a following. Maybe it's just not my taste. I found it bland, lightly cooked and the veggies were massive and raw on the pizza. So much cornmeal on the bottom of the crust too. The vibes were also weird inside and it was freezing. The 2 people working were having a conversation sounded like gossip and were taking over someone's pizza they kept pausing to talk. I'm glad that wasn't mine. Ordered for our first time today cause I have seen them driving around a lot in our neighborhood lately. We tried the wings, cheese bread, cinnamon bread, and a pepperoni pizza. The pizza was the only part that was good. And I only mean good, not great. The cheese bread was severely undercooked. The wings sauce was nasty. It was separated and tasted thick and old. The cinnamon bread was just that, burnt bread overwhelmed with cinnamon and the icing was so weird tasting we scraped it off. If I was going to order again, I would only get the pizza. read more
