The manager needs to hire more help! Poor employees always look overworked and overwhelmed. My pick up order for my meal was 6:50-6:55pm. I arrived on time and I was told to wait 6 mins. I waited 6 mins and every single time they would say 5 mins or 6. Those 6 mins turned into 30-40mins. The line was out the door and pick up orders were a mess. Many of us were waiting for our food for 30-40mins on top of whatever time we were given. I'm a mom of 3 so I really don't have the time to wait around while I have a car full of groceries and I had to get home to my kids asap. For those that use delivery services like Grub hub, Uber Eats, DoorDash beware... the staff here makes the delivery drivers fill the drinks. That is a direct violation of health codes. Employees are required to wash their hands and wear protective gloves. Yet they are too lazy to fill the to go drinks as well. Delivery drivers are NOT required to have clean hands in any way. Man, there's a lot horror stories for this particular wing stop but you won't find one from me. I've been here a few times and gotten exactly we may I crave each and every time. I usually go with the original hot buffalo but the cajun and garlic parmesan are also pretty solid choices if you're looking to mix it up. Can't overlook their friend which are probably the best coming from any fast food establishment.
