My family of 7 picked up 40 wings for $60 bucks and tried out a bunch of their different seasonings and dipping sauces. We got half bone-in and half boneless. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and took the time to explain to me how the ordering process worked. Everything was great and they paired really well with our collection of hot sauces from home. They cook the wings to order so expect a 20 min wait time. If you don't like waiting.. I recently visiting another wing stop near by as my first visit to one and it was just okay. The order process was weird and the cashier tried to sell boneless as the same as bone in, the fries were horribly sweet and the ranch was so salty. So when we were in moorpark we decided to give it another try. The service here was so much better i loved the cashier at around 7 on 4/13. Ordered the fries without seasoning and they were so much better. They also didn't put them in a box but they placed them on top so all the way back to Simi they didn't get soggy. The other place 1 mile away put them in a box and they were soggy. Also ordered bone in lemon pepper and tenders. The ranch here is way better not as salty. Overall i enjoyed this location so much they deserve a 5 stars. It's farther from home so I'm not sure how much I'll eat here but if I'm craving it i will. Had a negative experience every time I go here, first time I went opening open weekend so it was understandable that it took around 45 mins to get my order which it had seemed they had lost after the manager noticed I had been waiting, he gave me extra wings and a brownies but still I was disappointed since I had only gotten a 6 piece combo. The second time there was no line I was the only guest and I got 2 six wing combo to go which took 30 mins to make as well, then when I get home see that fries are missing, and honestly going there to wait what I assume will be another 30 mins for fries would not be worth it , I know wing stop customer service is not there strong suit but I wouldn't mind If they were not. I've lived in Moorpark for the past 15 years, and have always wanted a good place to eat some wings. I was really excited when i found out there was a Wingstop opening up. A couple girlfriends and I decided to stop by the other night after a movie. As soon as we entered the store, we were instantly greeted by welcoming employees who offered to help us navigate the menu. We all split the boneless and bone in wings... both extremely delicious. Now if you're in a rush i wouldn't recommend stopping by as the cashier informed us it takes about 18 minutes for each order to be ready. Nonetheless i was extremely satisfied with my experience. While we were waiting for our food one of the managers ( Corey i believe his name was) offered us some complimentary drink cups since we didn't purchase any.
