My family and I stopped in for lunch and we enjoyed our experience. The dining area was clean and the staff was friendly. We ordered different types of wings to a get a taste of their sauces. They were all good, their fries are very tasty. Their soda machine was going through some maintenance but the manager hooked us up with lemonade at no charge (great customer care). But again, the wings were good. read more

My family of 7 picked up 40 wings for $60 bucks and tried out a bunch of their different seasonings and dipping sauces. We got half bone-in and half boneless. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and took the time to explain to me how the ordering process worked. Everything was great and they paired really well with our collection of hot sauces from home. They cook the wings to order so expect a 20 min wait time. If you don't like waiting.. I'd encourage you to order online or via phone before heading down. Thank you guys for trusting in our small community, hopefully we won't let ya' down. read more

I recently visiting another wing stop near by as my first visit to one and it was just okay. The order process was weird and the cashier tried to sell boneless as the same as bone in, the fries were horribly sweet and the ranch was so salty. So when we were in moorpark we decided to give it another try. The service here was so much better i loved the cashier at around 7 on 4/13. Ordered the fries without seasoning and they were so much better. They also didn't put them in a box but they placed them on top so all the way back to Simi they didn't get soggy. The other place 1 mile away put them in a box and they were soggy. Also ordered bone in lemon pepper and tenders. The ranch here is way better not as salty. Overall i enjoyed this location so much they deserve a 5 stars. It's farther from home so I'm not sure how much I'll eat here but if I'm craving it i will. Just a tip to wing stop the fry seasoning is really unappetizing. Do people really like sugar fries? Odd. read more

Wingstop - Traveled over 5 miles and was on point. Lemon pepper bone in, fries no seasoning, tenders hot Buffalo/plain, veggies, ranch/blue cheese - Chicken Wings Near Me - Moorpark, California

Service is horrible. The employees see you standing waiting to order and no one comes up to you to take your order. I had to leave to get food somewhere else. By the way, you are never greeted. read more

Poor customer service! The only polite one was the guy name Jonathan that served us, we order 30 wings, fries, veggie sticks the whole complete meal and we still have to pay for Ranch. It should come with at least one ranch. We didn't know they offered military discount and mentioned it before the transaction was completed but the lady that was helping Jonathan made it such a hassle to provide the discount. She asked me if she should cancel the whole order! I was irritated and told her to forget it. On top of they didn't sell bottles nor do they provide cups of water. I will never come to this Wing Stop ever again and I'll encourage others not to. read more

I loved everything about this place! Right when I walked in I immediately got greeted at the door. The service was amazing, The wait wasn't that long they said 18 minutes but it was more like 15 or 10! The food tasted astronomically out of this worldthe fires were my favorite read more

Wingstop - a basket of french fries on a table - Chicken Wings Near Me - Moorpark, California

Stephanie was amazing! She was extremely helpful and food was fresh and tasty. Will be back again

Why do they not tell you that you have to order a 10 piece if you don't get a combo for their minimum she changed me for extra ranch even tho I got a 10 piece and a fry she still wouldn't even give me a ranch this place is crazy read more

My very first experience here wasn't too pleasant. But, I've been several times since and they've really turned things around. Very friendly staff, the managers are extremely welcoming and have created a good environment. They can crank out orders too! As far as the food? It's wings... and fries... can't go wrong. read more

Tried Wingstop again. No manager on duty, order never arrived, can't get anyone on phone. Back to Buffalo Wild Wings.

This place doesn't even deserve a star. Manager sucks!! Got my order completely wrong and did not want to do anything to help out with the inconvenience. No apology and made the girl do all the talking because he didn't want to get on the phone. I had to go inside the store to have a word with him and wait for my order which was made poorly. He should get fired!!! The audacity that man had. YUCK! read more

there was feathers in the food. like fr chicken feathers. you better watch out. and why is ranch so expensive.

A couple of days ago, I went to this location. The cashier messed up my order and really didn't know what he was doing (maybe he was new). It took two workers 30 minutes to get my food ready and it wasn't even busy. The only positive thing is that the food was pretty good. read more

Horrible customer service!!!!!!! I dialed to place an order and I been on hold for the past 10 minutes. I decided to hang up and dial again but it takes me directly to voicemail!!!! read more

After waiting 40 minutes I finally got my food which was not even remotely close to what I ordered, the restaurant was filthy and the floor was covered in food. Not one employee was able to figure out how to give me a refund!! read more

honestly the food is really bomb. the only down side i will say is they take so long to get your order out. but literally other than that its a really good place to eat from. employees are friendly aswell! read more

Had a negative experience every time I go here, first time I went opening open weekend so it was understandable that it took around 45 mins to get my order which it had seemed they had lost after the manager noticed I had been waiting, he gave me extra wings and a brownies but still I was disappointed since I had only gotten a 6 piece combo. The second time there was no line I was the only guest and I got 2 six wing combo to go which took 30 mins to make as well, then when I get home see that fries are missing, and honestly going there to wait what I assume will be another 30 mins for fries would not be worth it , I know wing stop customer service is not there strong suit but I wouldn't mind If they were not. Like honestly downloaded this app just to give them a bad review read more

Friendly staff great wings I had a great experience with the employees helping me out

Very welcoming, young staff working hard to make a good impression. Food was ready quick and was fresh and made accurately.

I've lived in Moorpark for the past 15 years, and have always wanted a good place to eat some wings. I was really excited when i found out there was a Wingstop opening up. A couple girlfriends and I decided to stop by the other night after a movie. As soon as we entered the store, we were instantly greeted by welcoming employees who offered to help us navigate the menu. We all split the boneless and bone in wings... both extremely delicious. Now if you're in a rush i wouldn't recommend stopping by as the cashier informed us it takes about 18 minutes for each order to be ready. Nonetheless i was extremely satisfied with my experience. While we were waiting for our food one of the managers ( Corey i believe his name was) offered us some complimentary drink cups since we didn't purchase any. Overall i would highly recommend trying this place! read more

Wingstop locations are always hit or miss but this location ALWAYS hits the spot. They always make the wings saucy and the fries perfectly cooked. The lemon pepper fries are just amazing! Love this wingstop. My go to location read more
