The pancakes are pretty good. Make sure you check out the seven dollar specials going on during the weekday.

The food was good and decently priced. It was served hot even though I waited 45 minutes for my order. A table behind me waited 40 minutes. There were only two servers and one cook. The servers should have warned the guests, prior to seating them down, of the long wait times. The restaurant wasn't packed but when you have to serve 15 people, that's a lot of people to cook for. The servers looked run down and exhausted. Lord knows when was the last time they had a break to sit down or eat something. IHOP should be ashamed of themselves for only having one cook and two servers!!!

Take has old as time .. that's how reliable IHOP is to me. When I was a kid, my mom And I would always go together and have breakfast. Throughout the years some haven't been as clean or as yummy so when you find one it's golden. Me and my kiddo went to have breakfast and this IHOP didn't disappoint. The food was yummy, the location was clean, and the waiter (s) were kind and helpful. They may my daughter feel at home and we got to enjoy a yummy meal. They were steadily busy but that's expected. When we arrived I expected to have wait time but we were ushered right in. So when wanting a good breakfast for a reasonable price - give IHOP a chance and get reminded why you loved this place when you were a kid.

If you've ever looked for grub at 3 in the morning then you have to know IHOP is the dependable "Late Night Hero". Long nights meet breakfast at odd hours with French toast, fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, sausage links and buttered pancakes if you dare. On top of that, you'll likely have the entire restaurant to yourself and service is inevitably quick. Hats off to the waitresses that served us at 3:17AM with a smile on Saturday morning. Shifts like those are not for the faint of heart.

Their egg Benedict IS AMAZING I ALWAYS GET IT, and they need to bring back the Wonka menu.

The restaurant was very clean and had such a cozy, welcoming vibe, making it the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy a great breakfast. I ordered the Lumberjack, and everything came out great. The eggs were cooked perfectly and placed on top of the mashed potatoes--not cooked together--but honestly, it still worked really well and tasted amazing. One thing I really liked is that you can sub the biscuit for French toast or pancakes. I chose the French toast, but the Lumberjack is so much food that it was honestly hard to even get to it . Everything was delicious, and I'd give this place a 10 out of 10--I'll definitely be back. Shoutout to our waitress Sienna, who was absolutely amazing. She was super friendly, recommended a bunch of great options, and made deciding easy. She checked on us often and even brought out a new syrup they make for us to try, which was so good. This place will definitely be seeing more of me!

But good for her for getting a sale. Here is what we got; $14.00 Waffles - not fully cooked and straight out of a box- not fresh- hard parts throughout from freezer burn. 2 slices of bacon (this was fine) "smash burger" is NOT A SMASH BURGER AT ALL. Patty's are also frozen from a box and a traditional smash burger is paper thin- not 1/2 thick. And it was not fresh- definitely a frozen patty. Fries were not crispy. $50.00 bill for boxed freezer burn food. Save your money - go somewhere else!

Please consider supporting this business expansion so that it remains available to us. This does not appear to be an experiment to see how it goes. All of the signs, including outdoor signs, have been updated or replaced to announce that the business is open for dinner. The dining room is too bright. I suggested to server, who passed my comment on, that they should figure out how to dim the lights or turn some of them off. Speaking of the server, she was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Our server's name was Ava, and she is an immigrant of Greek and Albanian descent, who has been in the United States for 29 years. Ava happily brewed a fresh pot of decaf for us and offered drinks for us to take with us. We were given the regular menu and a dinner supplement. I have attached copies of the dinner supplement and you can see there are varied options--and you can also see how reasonably priced the options are. Portion sizes were great. Too much for us, anyway. I had the fried shrimp platter and the $13.95 price included the shrimp, french fries, sauteed green beans and a really nice dinner salad. Joanne had the chicken salad croissant sandwich. She really liked her sandwich. I liked my dinner but being candid, I would be surprised if the shrimp were breaded in house as opposed to prepared and frozen by the purveyor. I will try something different next time or will have the shrimp grilled. Portions were plentiful. Overall, we had a really enjoyable experience. Based on the food, the location and the prices, we are certainly happy to support Eggtown for dinner.

Colombian spots like this are my jam & it's been on my list to visit for a minute now. The breakfast Sammy definitely set this place apart from the rest. I'd never heard of this before and honestly it's quite genius. I went on a Saturday morning and boy was it busy busy! I placed my order with the friendly attendant the wait was a bit long but there was plenty of seating inside (i didn't realize how big this place was inside!) so i sat with my book and before i knew it i was walking out with my order! Thankfully i don't live far so i was home with my order in no time. The breakfast waffle Sammy was delicious i ordered mine with sausage and split half of it with my husband. It was soft and cheesy and I'd definitely get it again next time. I also ordered 3 regular pan de Bonos, an arepa con queso, alfajores, and i heard the guava and cheese muffins were a must so i grabbed one too. Oh yeah and two cafe con leches. I see they have lunch as well so I'm gonna have to go back for a lunch Sammy and maybe some empanadas. I love that they have all the tables inside. It's a cute spot to meet with friends for cafecito and treats.
