Fairly simple, quick boba. They've got a bunch of options and it's easy to customize toppings, sweetness and ice levels. The boba itself doesn't really match up to the other boba places in the area, as it's bland and the texture of the center of the boba is often hard and dense. The drinks themselves are nothing to write home about. I'd personally recommend their signature milk tea (B1) or their honey aloe green tea. However, as I said, they're expedient and affordable, if you don't care about quality. I do like that they've got a Foursquare sign-in for loyalty bonuses (9 drinks/check-ins nets you a free one).

On a warm day like today, this i-Tea location was the busiest I've ever seen it been. We waited for five minutes before ordering, and ten minutes before getting our order. The boba's space is very limited, and they use of their space to store supplies which are visible from the front. My friend got a tofuhua with boba milk tea, and i had matcha milk tea with matcha pudding and boba. This was the first time I have tried my specific drink, and both the pudding and boba were just the right texture and refreshing. My personal favorite from this boba place is the Panda Milk Tea, and I especially like their agar boba found in this milk tea. In a busy street with many Asian restaurants and dessert places, i-Tea stays a strong place to get some good boba!

Love the passionfruit soo good and sweet. It melts in my mouth with a lil bit of sour with sweet delight.

A9 Roasted Oolong: Boba, Grass Jelly, Panna Cotta ($8.46) - I drank some already, they replaced the panna cotta with coffee jelly

Date: Sunday, March 17th, 2024 What: Boba Delivery Time Ordered: around 8:30pm Time Delivered: around 9pm How: DoorDash DoubleDash Delivered To: Outer Richmond A9 Roasted Oolong Sugar 0%, Ice 30%, Boba, Grass Jelly, Panna Cotta $8.46 I ordered the above, but iTea called and said they were out of panna cotta, which was the only reason I decided to order from them. They offered to make my beverage bigger, but I didn't really want just more tea. So I asked if I could have another topping instead such as Coffee Jelly. They said it was cheaper than the panna cotta so I asked if I could have a bigger drink and the replacement topping. They said okay and that was that. The panna cotta was $0.98 while the coffee jelly was $0.65. When the drink arrived, I think I ended up with the normal size? Idk, correct me if I'm wrong from the pic. I don't actually order from iTea much, but they had roasted oolong which I wanted. The tea itself didn't have much roasted flavor. I wanted that strong malty tea flavor. The toppings were fine. The boba was soft and chewy. Grass jelly silky. Coffee jelly firm and bouncy. I probably should have asked them to cancel this order since I really just wanted to try the panna cotta. Oh well, now I know better when ordering from here. Okay teas. Just wish I was able to try that panna cotta.

We tried so many boba spots in this area and this is one of the better ones. We ordered the mango sago with boba and strawberry mango fruit tea with boba. They offer only 1 size. Both drinks were very good. I especially enjoyed my mango sago with boba. The boba had the perfect consistency -firm yet chewy. The only thing I didn't like was that they charge you 50 cents for using a credit card. So bring cash!

C-7 Taro milk tea. I subbed boba for egg pudding. It was delicious due to the fact I could taste the taro chunks. The device was decent. The cashier told us it would take 5 minutes to cook the boba. Ambiance was cluttered. No where to sit.

A very solid boba place in Sunset. There's no room to wait or sit inside (most of the interior is taken up by boxes for stock/storage) so keep that in mind -- definitely just a place to order and leave. I got the Taro Milk Tea with boba and got 50% sugar and 50% ice. I loved the flavor and mashed taro inside instead of just flavoring. The boba texture was also pretty good and they gave a good boba-to-drink ratio. I would say the drink cup sizes are also good for the price -- larger than some other newer places, and I paid least than $7 for my regular-sized drink (though I miss the days when boba was less than $5). Overall, a solid drink and I would come again!

I always love to get their Honey Brown Rice MT. It comes with agar boba and chai seeds as topping! Sadly they ran out of agar boba so I replaced them with regular boba. But there are so much other options too!

I love their brown sugar boba drink. It's super creamy and rich. They also give a lot of boba with all of their drinks.

I'm disappointed with my N9 drink order. The picture in the store shows fruits, but mine didn't have any. When I asked the blonde-haired lady, she said that's how it's supposed to be.. Don't come here.

Stopped by on Thanksgiving. It was close to the restaurant we picked up food from. When we got there, there was a small crowd of people waiting for their order outside. We went inside to place our order the place was tiny. Looks like most of the left hand side of the store was used as storage. Aesthetically, not the most pleasant looking place. As for the drinks, it's pretty good. We ordered: - Crème Brûlée Milk Tea: 8/10. Very good flavoring. Would have been better if the tea flavor was not so strong and milk is creamier. - Brown Sugar Boba Latte: 8:10. One of the better brown sugar milk teas I have had in SF. Still prefer our favorites in the Bay Area, but this was decent. - Hokkaido Frosty: 7/10. Good, but did not look like the picture we saw. Likely come back if you we are in the area. - Hokkaido Frosty:
