I have been coming to this boba shop for yearssss. From when they first opened till now. It's never been a top drink place, however it was not bad at all. When they got popular because of the mango sago, I think that was their prime lol. It was many years ago now when you can still sit inside. A few weeks ago, I ordered a mango pomelo slushy type of drink. It's photographed on the huge outside bestseller sticker. It is pictured as a bright mango colored slush with pomelo. When I got the drink it was a brown tan color like how a bruised mango would look. And when I drank it.... It was bland and rotten at the same time. I have no idea how something that tasted like nothing can be bad lol. I went back immediately so they can understand I didn't do anything to the drink. And the I asked if their frozen mango went bad somehow and a young guy from the back of the kitchen said "we used new syrup, I just opened it!" The main cashier seemed more professional and was trying to understand what was wrong and I explained to him politely that it tasted so bad. He let me switch my drink to the peach milk tea which was much better. I paid for an expensive drink but left with something cheaper which whatever not end of world but come on. I still went back a few weeks later and ordered a few drinks this time. I read out the FULL GOVERNMENT NAME for the drinks (2 peach drinks and a matcha Oreo) and the older lady said ok and when I ordered the 2nd peach drink she RUDELY said "yes I already put that in." So I told her I wanted 2 peach drinks, both different names. She then proceeded to say, "just tell me what you want and I'll put it". Now I'm like what... I just did, I told her 2 completely different drinks. Also, she knows I'm right outside bc she gave me the first 2 drinks out of 3 and doesn't give me the third drink. I had to ask her twice if she can give it to me. Maybe she somehow forgot after taking my order 10 minutes ago. Anyways I think she's the owner. lol. Former iTea employee here. Recently, iTea has really been hitting the spot. The toppings are great quality, especially the honey boba, grass jelly, and egg pudding. There is honestly nothing I would change about them. My go-to drink has been the 3G Milk Tea. When you order this drink as a regular size, it comes in the large cup because of how much toppings are included, which I love. My friends and I initially started coming here often because of the rewards system, but we continue to come back because of the quality. They also offer a wide variety of drinks. Another drink I would recommend is the Honey Brown Rice Milk Tea and the White Peach Oolong Tea which are both brewed to order. The inside is very small, basically only enough room to order and then wait outside for your drink to be called. Make sure you check your receipt and they got your order correct. I specifically asked for less sweet and regular ice. When I looked at my receipt, the drink was 100% sugar. I went back inside and told the cashier about the correction. She said they already made it and didn't offer to remake it. For an $8 drink, I didn't think I should settle for a mistake that I didn't make. It's the principle. Fairly simple, quick boba. They've got a bunch of options and it's easy to customize toppings, sweetness and ice levels. The boba itself doesn't really match up to the other boba places in the area, as it's bland and the texture of the center of the boba is often hard and dense. The drinks themselves are nothing to write home about. I'd personally recommend their signature milk tea (B1) or their honey aloe green tea. However, as I said, they're expedient and affordable, if you don't care about quality. On a warm day like today, this i-Tea location was the busiest I've ever seen it been. We waited for five minutes before ordering, and ten minutes before getting our order. The boba's space is very limited, and they use of their space to store supplies which are visible from the front. My friend got a tofuhua with boba milk tea, and i had matcha milk tea with matcha pudding and boba. This was the first time I have tried my specific drink, and both the pudding and boba were just the right texture and refreshing. My personal favorite from this boba place is the Panda Milk Tea, and I especially like their agar boba found in this milk tea. Just one of the many boba shops in SF We stopped by to grab some drinks before heading home --2 hour drive to Roseville-- and ordered one each an avocado w/ boba and strawberry w/ crystals. Actually, they made a mistake on my strawberry smoothie drink. I wanted boba but gave me crystal topping instead. I didn't bother to ask them to fix my drink because they already took long making the drinks even though there was no line and we were able to walk in and order right away. Aside from the wrong topping the drink was very good. Hubby liked his avocado smoothie too. Not sure if it was real or flavored avocado. There is no room to wait inside and shelter from the cold. I know I can always come here for a solid drink. Been a long time fan of the M4, which comes with agar boba and basil seeds. Although I'm not much of an agar boba fan the staff allows you to sub for regular boba. I adjusted the sugar level to 50% and was pleasantly surprised that the drink still had a bit of sweetness but not too much to make the drink overly sugary.
