Former iTea employee here. Recently, iTea has really been hitting the spot. The toppings are great quality, especially the honey boba, grass jelly, and egg pudding. There is honestly nothing I would change about them. My go-to drink has been the 3G Milk Tea. When you order this drink as a regular size, it comes in the large cup because of how much toppings are included, which I love. My friends and I initially started coming here often because of the rewards system, but we continue to come back because of the quality. They also offer a wide variety of drinks. Another drink I would recommend is the Honey Brown Rice Milk Tea and the White Peach Oolong Tea which are both brewed to order. The inside is very small, basically only enough room to order and then wait outside for your drink to be called. Fairly simple, quick boba. They've got a bunch of options and it's easy to customize toppings, sweetness and ice levels. The boba itself doesn't really match up to the other boba places in the area, as it's bland and the texture of the center of the boba is often hard and dense. The drinks themselves are nothing to write home about. I'd personally recommend their signature milk tea (B1) or their honey aloe green tea. However, as I said, they're expedient and affordable, if you don't care about quality. There's no room to wait or sit inside (most of the interior is taken up by boxes for stock/storage) so keep that in mind -- definitely just a place to order and leave. I got the Taro Milk Tea with boba and got 50% sugar and 50% ice. I loved the flavor and mashed taro inside instead of just flavoring. The boba texture was also pretty good and they gave a good boba-to-drink ratio. Just one of the many boba shops in SF We stopped by to grab some drinks before heading home --2 hour drive to Roseville-- and ordered one each an avocado w/ boba and strawberry w/ crystals. Actually, they made a mistake on my strawberry smoothie drink. I wanted boba but gave me crystal topping instead. I didn't bother to ask them to fix my drink because they already took long making the drinks even though there was no line and we were able to walk in and order right away. Aside from the wrong topping the drink was very good. Hubby liked his avocado smoothie too. Not sure if it was real or flavored avocado. There is no room to wait inside and shelter from the cold. Although I'm not much of an agar boba fan the staff allows you to sub for regular boba.
