    Mango Black Milk Tea
    James R.

Been coming here for years and it's still probably one of my favorite milk tea places and imo the only place that knows how to make a proper mango black milk tea. It's both sad and great to see that there is no longer long lines here as it was in the early days. I hope they still have enough business to stay afloat despite the influx of competition.

Tpumps Tuesdays means a free upgrade to their biggest size, which is HUGE. Both drinks were $11 when in SF usually one (much smaller) drink would be that same price. Service was quick and there were a few seats inside. Both drinks were 75% and still a bit too sweet, will go for 50% next time.

Quality/Quantity - My daughter has to have her "dessert" after dinner, after our dinner at Gao Viet Kitchen & Bar, see other review. Convenient walk over. Today we got the following: Two Black Oolong Iced Tea ($1 more for Oolong, premium tea). Iced Pumpbo. Teas brewed fresh daily. The honey boba and teas are made fresh daily. Prepackaged teas are also available. Catering, see website. Atmosphere - Small to-go business. Limited street parking, I usually park in the residential areas and walk here. Open 7 days a week from 11am to 9:30pm or 10pm. Service - Fast counter service. Price - $19. Owner Comment - Congrats on your 12+ years of success and with your 8+ locations.

Super quick service - love Tpumps and have been going to Tpumps for years but fell off for a bit... The peach rose green tea is always a classic for me! Only thing is I wish they had a better standard for sweetness levels!

(My opinion) T-pump is the cheapest ($6.50) and best boba shop in the city for the Pumpbo size (32 oz). Other places charge the same price for only 12 oz or 16 oz.

Tpumps is unique because you can literally create your own boba flavor. While they do offer recommended drinks, the real fun is in making your own! You can choose up to three flavors, pick your tea base, milk option, sweetness level, and toppings. I got rose, lychee, and strawberry with green tea. Regular milk and regular sweetness! It was great. Their boba is on the chewier side, which I enjoyed. They usually have samples of the day for you to try, which is such a nice touch!

I was recommended this place for boba because you can customize the flavors. Looking at their menu, they do offer many different flavors. I decided on black milk tea, coconut and hazelnut. light sweetness with mini boba which were actually sago smh. I received my drink within couple minutes. The drink was super sweet and definitely artificial. I couldn't finish the drink. It's a cool concept to create your own flavors but it is not worth for me to come back here again.

First t pumps of the new year I personally had to try a new flavor I got the mango guava macadamia nut which was really good. Service here is always fast and reliable.

Every time I'm in the city, I make a quick stop at Tpumps! My go-to is the peach mango green tea--so refreshing. The staff is always friendly, and the service is great.

With so many milk tea / boba options available in the area, I personally always come back to Tpumps. It's such a nostalgic, "trashy" boba spot -- I say trashy in a loving way. It's the flavor I'm craving when I haven't had a solid boba in a while. No frills, just a bunch of flavor options you can mix and match between. On Tuesdays you get to upgrade to the larger size for free!

If you're a fan of chewy boba and quick service, Tpumps is a must-visit! Their boba is always perfectly soft and chewy, just the way it should be. The menu offers a wide variety of flavors, so whether you're into fruity teas or creamy milk teas, you're sure to find a flavor that hits the spot. I've never had to wait long for my order, which is a huge plus when you're craving boba in a hurry especially when in a busy city like San Francisco. Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for great boba with speedy service to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings!

    Ask the Community - Tpumps

Hi, if I place an order through postmates or DoorDash and add a note to upgrade to PumpBo since it's Tuesday, is it free?

No, Tpumps doesn't not work with neither of them. Postmates driver will have to physically place an order and wait until they prepare it. Postmates charges fixed price so it depends on the driver if he will want to upgrade it

    Is it open now?

They're not yet. I passed by & they were still locked up

    When is tpumps day?

Every Tuesday is a free upgrade from Tpumps size to pumpbo size.

    Does your boba contain gelatin?

    Yes it does

Is Tpumps open? On google it says they are open already?

Tpumps SF is planning to reopen mid-to-late first quarter of 2019. We apologize, we ran into unexpected delays during the renovation process. We will announce a solid date when the store is closer to completion.…

    Is this place closed?

Just opened! This past Sunday was the first day open again

Any decaf options?? Thanks in advance

    Yep! Non caffeinated teas

Do they have a regular milk tea?

Yes, you can order green milk tea or black milk tea without any of the extra flavors.

Food Review: Acai Bowl ($11) Açaí, Banana, Blueberry, with Pumpkin Flax Granola is reasonably priced but didn't include blueberries. Tall to go glass with lots of purplish acai. You need to pay for other add-ons. This is ok, I prefer Palmetto's version. 8/10 Buttermilk biscuit ($6) was huge, but that was the only thing positive. Dry, dense, lacked flavor. 5/10 Exodus ($16) A fragrant and flavorful fried rice. Basmati rice cooked with mixed veggies in coconut oil and tamari Sauce. Topped with marinated kale, sprouts, hemp seed, and vegan walnut parmesan. This could have easily cost over $20 downtown. Rich flavor and hearty rice dish. 9/10 Soup Mahendra (Full $12) is their signature soup. Cauliflower, green lentils, potato, sweet potato, and spice medley. Topped with marinated kale and vegan walnut parmesan. Reasonable size for a soup with lots of ingredients. 9/10 Overall - Good Food - Good Decor - Good Service - Good Value - Very Good Would we come back - Maybe
