    Hidden gem. The combo lettuce wraps with sugarcane shrimp, grilled pork, and meatballs is so satisfying and fun to eat. All the veggies are clean and fresh and the rest of the accompaniments are delicious. Lots of locals here. They validate parking or you can find free street parking around the corner easily.

    What We Ordered - Bun Bo Hue - Bun Mang Vit It was a very quiet Friday evening so we were worried we made a wrong choice for dinner. I was extremely surprised at how delicious the Bun Bo Hue was. Normally, places make it quite bland or it has the wrong flavor profile. I devoured my bowl. My mom is very picky and she also enjoyed her Bun Mang Vit. The duck was very tender. Service was great! Will definitely be back when I'm visiting Seattle!

    Great and authentic Vietnamese food if you're looking for one! I had their Com Tam with their house special shredded pork and I loved it! The fish sauce was made well, shrimp cake was juicy and tasty, and their pork chop was prepared nicely and full of flavor! The veggies were also freshly served. The service was good! The server was friendly, nice, and funny. The food didn't take long at all to make. The pricing of the food was fair as well and there are a lot of options to choose from! The ambiance of the restaurant is good. Felt authentic and there's plenty of seating. The restaurant isn't located in the best area and the parking can be difficult, however, the restaurant itself is great! Can't wait to come back!

    This is not a Pho shop. There is so much more to vietnamese cuisine than that. By far this place served up the crispiest Banh Xeo we ever ate. We have tried a number of dishes that have not disappointed us. It's a staple in our seattle rotation that we can never pass up.

    I checked out Huong Binh based on other Yelpers's positive reviews and they were not wrong! The food was delish! I ordered the Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio (grilled pork with egg rolls on vermicelli) for $14.50 and my hubs got the Bun Ga Xao (lemongrass chicken and veg on vermicelli) for $14.50. We got them to go. Service was fast and friendly and our meals were packed with care. The fresh veg was in a separate chilled bag from the hot food. We were impressed. When we got home, we sat down with our meals and watched Top Chef. The food was delicious and very flavorful. It made our night a great one. Only small complaint was the lemongrass chicken was too spicy for us--we didn't know it was going to be stir fried with jalapeño slices. Next time we will ask to skip those. Overall, a great meal from Huong Binh. We will be back. If you're craving some authentic Vietnamese food, go check them out. We need to support the small businesses in Little Saigon and the I.D. What's happening on the streets is tragic and sad. If we want restaurants like this to stick around, we have to vote with our dollars!

    After coming back from my trip to Vietnam, I was craving some northern Vietnamese food which is rare back in NY. This spot is it! A very homey local eatery and serving up some delicious and authentic viet food. Our group was shocked by the massive size of the dishes. The portions were huge and reasonably priced. Almost everyone had leftovers after their meal. Their pork skewers are sweet and savory, with the perfect glaze. The char was perfect and the meat was juicy and tender. I really enjoyed my bun cha as the fish sauce that accompanied it was flavorful and well balanced. So glad I made the trip here!

    This small homestyle family restaurant is really one of the gems in an area of the International District that has had its challenges over the years. Ding How/How How Plaza used to be bustling with many small Asian restaurants and businesses. Validated 1 hour parking now required. Even before entering, you see the pictures outside enticing and beckoning you to enter the door. Inside you'll be greeted with a warm welcome and smile. The menu may be overwhelming, but you can always look up to the large monitor on the main wall that continuously run pictures of some signature dishes. They all look delicious and the prices are affordable. Servers are also very helpful and kind. This restaurant has proven its resilience and regulars like us have been loyal because of the consistent classic and traditional Vietnamese flavors that outshine others. Our favorite dishes are the bun cha Hanoi and banh hoi tap cam which are set dishes with lots of fresh herbs and lettuce- fantastic during summer days. Other favorites include ban beo ( steamed rice cakes), bun rieu (shrimp paste noodle soup), and com thap cam (pork chop and rice). The portions are generous and flavors are balanced, with sauces that enhance rather than cover flavors of some dishes. There are fancier places, but we always return because the cooks here do what they do well.

    Before going back to San Diego, I wanted to find a restaurant that had banh beo to eat with my boyfriend. And we found a place in Little Saigon! It's located next to Ebisu Bento and Pho So 1 in the Ding How Center on S Jackson St in Little Saigon. There is a small parking lot with narrow stalls. Very narrow stalls. Be careful when parking and exiting/entering your cars! My boyfriend and I ordered quite a bit of food. Besides Banh Beo Chen, I also noticed they had Banh Bot Loc! SO EXCITED. So of course, we order those two as appetizers. The banh bot loc had a nice mochi bounciness but without much protein. I felt like there wasn't much shrimp and pork in it. There was more "skin" than anything. The fish sauce made it delicious tho! The banh beo chen was really good! So much flavor in this dish with a lot of proteins and the fish sauce amplified the flavor. Sooooo good. It wasn't in a sauce dish like the traditional way but portion-wise, there was a lot more in one dish/saucer compared to other restaurants. I got their Bun Bo Hue. It was not a favorite of mine. There wasn't much flavor in the dish. It didn't have much of the "hearty" flavor that I'm used to. However, there was lots of protein. A lot more than I expected which made it a little better. My boyfriend got their Mi Quang soup noodle dish. It was both our first time trying it soup noodle dish. It had a sweetish flavor with wide egg noodles. It was quite good; maybe a bit sweeter than I liked (not a bad thing). Quite impressed by the flavor balance in this dish. The shrimp and pork gave the soup a really nice umami, salty flavor balancing the sweetness of the broth. Overall, small hole-in-the-wall restaurant that definitely deserves a little more praise! They serve different soup noodle dishes outside of pho and also rice dishes.

    Unassuming Vietnamese restaurant in little Saigon. Has a little parking lot and some street parking. I parked in a nearby lot across the street from pho bac which was convenient. I'm not sure if I was allowed to, but nothing happened at least lol I ordered banh beo and chao long. The banh beo dough was thicker than I'm used to, but nice and chewy which was nice. The dried shrimp and pork toppings were super flavorful, and as always, the fish sauce is the most perfect topping. Chao long (congee and duck) was super flavorful as well. The congee was pretty watery, but had really good umami flavor. The poached duck didn't have a ton of meat, but it was still nice and tender. Dipping it in the fish sauce is even better. Overall, would definitely come again! The restaurant is a little on the dirtier side? Everything felt a little sticky.. but the people were nice and efficient, food was delicious, and the price to portion size ratio is amazing.

    The food here is absolute GASSS I've been looking for good non-pho Viet food and this absolutely hit the spot. Portions are decent, price is right, service is quick. Definitely sticky seat hole in the wall type experience, but that's exactly how I like my Viet food establishments. I need to try their whole menu!

    Family owned restaurant with casual ambiance seating. Food is great quality all around. Sugarcane juice is freshly pressed and the thit nuong (grilled meat/pork) is especially good. Highly recommend this gem to anyone in the area.

    The food and value here outweigh what's going on out side by a mile. I got the bun thit nuong and it was delicious! I really can't overstate this I think it is my favorite in the city right now. It's definitely a bit of a hole in the wall vibe, but it's everything you would want from that. Good food and low prices. Give this place a try.

    I almost don't want to review this place because I wanna gate-keep. The vermicelli noodle bowl with barbecued pork is excellent. It is a generous pile of meat on top of fresh noodles and veggies, lettuce, and herbs. You cannot find a more perfect summer day meal.

    Phenomenal Vietnamese food from the central Hue region. Fresh and aromatic flavors. The banh hoi and banh beo chen are must tries!

So far I have been here twice and would definitely come back for a warm meal. The staff were helpful and pleasant! It was roughly a 30 minute wait for the food, but that is to be expected considering this is not a fast-food Restaurant (:

The rau ram oil and herb is such a creative twist that adds the perfect herbal dimension. The radicchio pudding was light and offered a clean, almost grassy brightness without being overwhelming in flavors. Great option for any vegans at the table. The wagyu beef tallow fries were some of the best fries I've ever had. Ultra-crispy, perfectly thick-cut, and deeply flavorful with beef notes shining through, without being too heavy. Like many of the dishes here, perfectly balanced in flavor. The grilled eggplant with whipped tofu and crispy sun chokes was another standout. The tofu whip was so smooth and should be considered a worthy sub for mayo. The eggplant was soft, creamy, and perfectly charred. The garlic rice was incredibly savory and maybe my favorite version of it yet. Packed with the perfect depth of garlicky flavor and seasoning. Finally for dessert - I thought the durian fruit cup was decent, it's great for durian lovers but next time I will be back to try their other desserts. The hollow bread is a must-try. It's fried to perfection, the inside is steamy and the butter it comes with is perfect but the bread alone is so good that it doesn't need it. The perfect touch of roasted sesame. Slightly sweet, it's a delight in textures and perfect in cold weather. The oyster on half shell in happy hour is also a great standard oyster, very fresh, with a nuanced Viet twist in the sauces. Vegetable dip is pretty standard and also delicious, great if you're looking for a healthy starter. Coffee rubbed ribs were fantastic as well and an incredible deal for the size. Very savory, a little sticky sweet, but not too much. Service was also friendly and the food came out in a reasonable time. One of my favorite restaurants in Seattle, and had fun chatting with regulars next to our table too.

The pork on the other hand was a bit too salty for my liking. And you only get one thin piece... soup on the side was good and was a good way to cleanse the palette. Overall good modern/fancy spin on Vietnamese food but overpriced. Would probably be nice to go during dinner time for some drinks as the ambience seemed better for night time. Good amount of seating. Street parking around the area was easy to find.
