Sometimes I was able to get my cartridges, sometimes backordered, and then, I would have to wait for them to be shipped. Ugh! I need it relatively NOW! Francis F. Has been my lifesaver many a time, delivering cartridges on almost upon request. We have many different printers throughout our office and he always lets me know promptly, either via phone or email, if EDP is out of stock and if there are specials and promos available. I recently added a new toner to my list and he advised to get it either online or at a local office supply store as it is not one that they usually stock. This kind of customer service is very important to me. He has also helped me troubleshoot a malfunctioning printer from time to time. Way outside of his job requirement! I receive 5-6 calls a year from mainland vendors regarding toner, and I tell them all the same thing; I have the best supplier ever and I have no intention of switching, so go bother someone else.
