First of all you get a representative from the mainland. The person I talked to advised me that the Iwilei Best Buy were sold out on the microwave that I was looking for . She did advise me that Aiea location had 1 in stock so I rushed over to the Aiea Best Buy . Aiea store is very clean and spacious their appliances is located upstairs. I did asked a sale person if I could get that last Panasonic microwave. He then went into the stock room and came out with the box . He asked that if I needed help carrying the microwave downstairs and I said ok . The young gentleman took the microwave to the cashier station . I got to the cashier counter and Christian helped ringing my merchandise up . Christian gave me the total and the price was different than the quote I got from the customer service agent over the phone .
