He checked my order for me and said it will be ready the next day because of the large queue of jobs. However, he was so kind to offer to print it for me if I didn't mind waiting. I appreciate his thoughtfulness because it was one less errand I had to do the next day and I know he was busy shutting down. Great customer service like that is special.
