Bought a black brother printer cartridge first time from here. The cartridge was not recognized by…read morethe printer. I called up the merchant and asked if they could deliver a new one since it takes an hour to going to their shop located in a poor parking rundown hard to find neighborhood. To my surprise, the one man show merchant was fully aware of a known product defect, specifically that "some chips in the cartridge don't work" and initially accepted responsibility. After I left a one-star review on Google, the merchant contacted me directly, acknowledged the issue, and clearly stated over the phone: "we don't deliver but don't worry about the bad cartridge, just come in for a refund." I was asked to show proof of purchase, which I agreed to do. When I requested a replacement be delivered, and the merchant declined and insisted that I visit the store in person. Today, I returned with the proof of purchase as requested. However, the merchant suddenly reversed their position, gave me the runaround, and refused to issue the refund--now claiming the defective cartridge must be returned, even though they had previously said it would not be necessary in exchange for them not delivering a replacement. This experience reflects poor accountability and a lack of follow-through on their own stated commitment to resolve a known defect. The merchant shop is like the incompatible cartridge, outdated, disorganized and incompetent. They sell CBD and some other nonessential stuff. The last review was over two years ago. This place isn't doing well for a reason. Needless to say, you just lost another local customer who wanted to support you.

My firm has been using Xerox products for over 10 years, and though Ive only been with the company…read morefor about three years, but my experience with Xerox is nothing but great! When ordering toner and other supplies for our industrial Color C75 Press, I can either call a toll-free number (not located in Hawaii, but they are definitely on the Mainland, maybe in the South?) I love that you get a real person on the line that knows which company you're calling from and which machine you are ordering for. The other method on ordering is online; just enter a user and password, order what you need, and 3-5 days later supplies arrive! Both methods quote delivery time as 7-10 business days, but in my experience we receive in 3-5, if not less. For service, when one of our machines breakdowns, is making weird noises or printing oddly (streaks or inconsistent color distribution) its another toll free number, but I think they are located locally. You tell them what's wrong and they make notations to the techs on duty. Usually get a call back within a few hours to schedule for a tech to take a look. Now for local service, our current Honolulu representative is Jason I. He does a great job of answering questions when they arise. Its so helpful that their office is located in downtown, as there have been a handful of times when we ran out of toner before the shipment arrived and Jason was able to lend us a spare toner in the meantime.

Bert met me with one of his guys to checkout the move and to provide an estimate. We received an estimate within 24 hours to include his hourly cost, how long it will take, and how many men needed for the job. The guys were very professional, and fast. They disassembled our tables and desks and reassembled at the new location. They had no problems with understanding what needed to be done and had a great attitude about it. They were 15 minutes early and was ready to work! Absolutely no complaints. These guys are great!

Interior Showplace is the only local company that carries my favorite ergonomic chair; The…read moreSteelcase Gesture. There is no other chair like it! Trust me. I know my chairs and done hundreds of ergonomic assessments. I've seen it all. Why I LOVE Interior Showplace: It's locally owned! I would rather support a locally owned business that Office Depot. Besides Office Depot has seriously junk chairs. Interior Showplace can make your home office/office space more functional and help you get ergonomically correct. Hello!! Steelcase products are the best!! They also have a pretty great warranty on them. (I'm not talking 2 year I'm talking 10 -12 years! ) We came here looking for a much more functional desk that can adjust in height. Also, I've been raving about the Steelcase Gesture to my fiance. He had to try it for himself. He loved the Steelcase Leap and the Gesture! Why these chairs and not yours? The ease of adjusting the chairs to fit a 4'11 petite frame and a 5'10 medium frame is wondrous with their chairs. Can your chair fit multiple people?? I doubt it!! . Does your chair have an adjustable seat pan, lumbar support, lower back tension, recline/decline adjustment, arm rest that adjust and feels good? Probably not! And If you are getting numbness/tingling on your legs, back aches, neck pains and/or migraines, I'm almost positive you are not sitting on a chair that is helping you. Just saying. Don't get me wrong, there are other features that make an ergonimically functional workspace. Interior Showplace can get you there! *Note* Call and make an appointment. Don't expect this to be a walk in office supply store. It's not. So call and make sure they are available. Most sales reps service businesses in Oahu and are not in the office. P.S. The price will freak you out. But trust me, it's worth it. Price all matters what features you want so it all matters EXAMPLE: $700 chair that lasts forever and comes with a 12 year warranty Vs $99 chair that breaks every year with NO warranty (12x $125 = $1500) Ya...you totally save money investing in a GREAT chair. Your back, neck and future self will thank you for it.
