All the employees I've encountered here have been wonderful and always willing to help. The store is also very well organized. Where it sometimes falls short is that sometimes, the item is out of stock and the employees never really know when new inventory will come in. Again, this is for my niche items (specifically I needed a kneaded eraser recently). Aside from that; there is usually always an alternative that staff is happy to help you find. Cost is comparable to big box office supply stores but the added benefit is supporting local!

He expertly connected the battery cable, advised us on product features, and even helped us unload and load it back into car trunk. Andrew, we greatly appreciated your service and knowledge which helped us out so much! Shout out to Christine whose cheerful disposition topped off and helped make it such a pleasant and satisfying experience! Their Ala Moana Blvd storefront is partially obscured and parking lot is fenced for construction. We were advised that this location will soon be relocating to Nimitz Hwy. Thankful and grateful for awesome staff here, which complements the value and array of products available at Office Depot/Office Max!!

Wow what a gem! I never knew this is an office supplies store! I saw an old lady walking out from…read moreit and got curious. There were greeting cards for less than $2 by the window. I went inside and oooo they're selling my favorite items to buy - stationery! Found some Pentel pens for less than $1.50 each and I don't have to buy a whole pack like what amazon sells. The pen writes really smooth! Also got a no sharpening pencil with French fries character on top for my son. Then there's a small Casio pocket calculator for less than $3.50. They also got some Hawaii souvenirs like reusable shopping bags. The store is not small and I hope to spend more time inside next time to browse what else they have!

This was on Saturday 2/7/26 and as of today 2/9/26 no has called? If you buy a computer from Office Depot, don't expect to get any help if your computer goes down, better to shop at Best Buy or Apple at less they have a counter that if you talk to them them can suggest or help you with your computer problem! So sad because we do buy a lot of office equipment and supplies from them and after this experience, need to go elsewhere where they can provide service!

The OG spot... This…read morewas my original spot to purchase multiple office supplies when I used to work at an office to put together various folders to create an organized personal creation that you can't find and that's where my inspiration was at this Office Depot located in Kalihi "Dilliingham Plaza" to be exact along side Foodland as was surprise that nothing much has really changed at this location. Was a bad thing...not necessarily as this spot is a bit smaller than the Office Max in town I was still searching for a receipt spindle and hoped that maybe this location had it and the nostalgia as I walked in as it all pretty much remained the same but unfortunately browsed around and didn't find it...sigh! The staff here was okay didn't really get a greet but a smile as I passed a gentleman as I circled around and around searching not one asked if I was okay but was out in a few as I didn't find what I needed. Thank you!

The lady at the reception was unpleasant and unprofessional. I felt that I was disturbing her. She just stayed behind the reception counter, eating and talking at the same time, she seems frustrated at all my questions regarding time of delivery, availability and price. Eventually, she announced a retail price that was 40% higher than online, and it will take minimum 4 month to be delivered. She really discouraged me to buy from them. I have ordered online at HermanMiller.com website, received 25% discount and the lounge chair was delivered in 10 days. I am still wondering why an excellent furniture company like Herman Miller want to deal and represented in Hawaii with a distributor like Office Pavilion.
