We received an estimate within 24 hours to include his hourly cost, how long it will take, and how many men needed for the job. The guys were very professional, and fast. They disassembled our tables and desks and reassembled at the new location. They had no problems with understanding what needed to be done and had a great attitude about it. Eventually, she announced a retail price that was 40% higher than online, and it will take minimum 4 month to be delivered. She really discouraged me to buy from them. I have ordered online at HermanMiller.com website, received 25% discount and the lounge chair was delivered in 10 days. The customer service online was excellent, quick and efficient and much shipper. I am still wondering why an excellent furniture company like Herman Miller want to deal and represented in Hawaii with a distributor like Office Pavilion.

Advertised as up to 70% off. We could not find a dresser that was deeply discounted in that way. Nor were there any style of dressers we liked that were in stock AND under $1000 (except one that looked like a mountain person build it behind the barn. Someone is into that look). My salesperson coached me to photo the SKU of anything we liked so they could check stock. When we finally found something we liked that was in stock, we paid and set the delivery. This piece of furniture looks great. I really wanted to spend $800 but for $1300 we got a well built, mid-century modern-ish dresser that should last 20+ years. And it is not something we had to build (looking at you City Mill). The day before delivery we realized we never got the text to inform us of the scheduled window. Called the store and and discovered it hadn't been scheduled. Our sales person was in the store and they got on the phone with me to reschedule. They were sincerely apologetic. A couple days later we received a thank you card in the mail. The process isn't easy because furniture is so expensive. And most of it takes months to arrive. At homeworld (CS Woo etc.) I appreciate the support the sale team and delivery guys provide. Just please stop advertising a big sale when it is clearly NOT

Two months from hiring to completion -- and only about six weeks from closing to full installation. That timeline alone still amazes me. Shaolin and her team handled absolutely everything: interior design, purchasing all furniture and materials, coordinating and managing contractors for the TV wall, roller blinds, and ceiling fans, receiving and storing items, and final installation and setup. It was completely turnkey. I provided the budget, and she went to work. Early on, she asked me what vibe I wanted. I told her I wanted a vacation resort feel -- and that's exactly what I got. The space feels comfortable, elevated, and relaxing. Everyone who has seen it absolutely loves it. There was one pivot near the end when the couch she originally specified became unavailable. Instead of it becoming an issue, she adjusted quickly and the replacement ended up being ideal. Honestly, it worked out perfectly.
