They are always very prompt and so easy to pick up in the grab and go area. Because my print jobs are always ready the next day, I didn't even bother to check for a "job completed" email. When I arrived one hour before store closing, my order wasn't there. There was an employee in the print area cleaning up. He checked my order for me and said it will be ready the next day because of the large queue of jobs. However, he was so kind to offer to print it for me if I didn't mind waiting. I appreciate his thoughtfulness because it was one less errand I had to do the next day and I know he was busy shutting down. Great customer service like that is special.

I worked with Janai, and she was great. They didn't have it in stock, and actually no one on island did, but she went the extra mile and found it $40 cheaper online and told me right away. They price-matched it on the spot, and we got it ordered to be delivered straight to my door in about nine days, which is perfect. She also let me know that if I find it cheaper anywhere within two weeks, I can bring my receipt back and they'll match it again. They even let me use my rewards, which was a nice bonus.
