I asked her if he could call me when he gets in and she tells me to write on a piece of paper my name and phone number. Which I did I gave it to her. This was on Saturday 2/7/26 and as of today 2/9/26 no has called? If you buy a computer from Office Depot, don't expect to get any help if your computer goes down, better to shop at Best Buy or Apple at less they have a counter that if you talk to them them can suggest or help you with your computer problem! They are always very prompt and so easy to pick up in the grab and go area. Because my print jobs are always ready the next day, I didn't even bother to check for a "job completed" email. When I arrived one hour before store closing, my order wasn't there. There was an employee in the print area cleaning up. He checked my order for me and said it will be ready the next day because of the large queue of jobs. However, he was so kind to offer to print it for me if I didn't mind waiting. I appreciate his thoughtfulness because it was one less errand I had to do the next day and I know he was busy shutting down. Great customer service like that is special.
