We knew we wanted a couch. We knew we didn't want to spend $2000. When we entered, I saw a salesman and approached him. He introduced himself and answered a couple of questions I had. I told him we would be looking around and would find him when we needed him. He said take photos of anything we liked. Turned out to be excellent advice. We found the couch we had been searching for! The price was right. Saw an armoire that was perfect. Two pieces and we were set. Tommy was at a desk with a customer but he spotted me from yards away and told me he would be just a moment. A moment later we went through the process of making our purchase. Tommy was efficient and so friendly. He found the discounts we were entitled to. He explained the "white glove" service that comes with our purchases. I wish we had come to Tommy first weeks ago. If we can make the new space work, there's a desk we spotted too!

It was a red flag when we arrived within opening hours and there was no one in the red knot section to help. We walked over to homeworld and found someone who found someone else and this sales rep was completely incompetent. Last name Yamada. She didn't seem to know how to work the POS and get us checked out. She kept saying it was broken. Eventually someone else came out to help her and shock-- the POS is working fine. This took about thirty minutes when we had already chosen what we wanted and just wanted to pay and schedule delivery. Delivery was $180, which was fine, and they had me pick a date. Then they had me sign a paper saying I had waived protection on my furniture when no one had even asked me if I wanted it in the first place. As we were leaving I asked what time the delivery would be for and if we could set a window. Only then did she let me know it would be an additional $200 to set a time. Insane when the delivery fee is already $180 and the furniture itself is only $1000. You're asking me to pay almost 40% of the item's cost on delivery alone??? I was already annoyed with this whole experience. The sales rep didn't seem to know how to disclose policy at all. Then she let me know that they would be calling us a few days in advance to tell us when the furniture would be delivered. We live in an apartment building where you need to reserve the elevator to move large furniture. I got the call a couple days before delivery and they gave us a time which wasn't available in our building. Come to find out if you change or cancel your delivery date/time three days before your original delivery day it's an additional $200. Which is insane because they only let you know your 2-hour time frame three days in advance. My boyfriend decided to just go pick it up himself on a different day. They refunded our delivery fee which isn't even something I feel I should be grateful for, seeing as they didn't explain almost anything about how their deliveries work and tried to charge a bunch of fees despite the onus being on sales reps to explain policies to clients. That seems like it should be a part of their job. Overall the experience was full of friction, hidden fees, untrained staff, and anti-consumer policies. There's a wide variety of furniture but I will never be returning here. I couldn't stomach it.

We walked in to look for a cabinet and/or bookcase. No one on the first floor. My husband walked upstairs to look for the cabinets, bookcases and one more item. There he did see an employee and asked about the other item. We ended up leaving without any other purchase here. I thought, at least there was an employee upstairs. I did see another employee way in the back by the beds. Maybe next time apt. by Homeworld. This time I remembered to take a few photographs of the merch.

Sean and Zippy arrived and placed the 2 pieces of furniture exactly as we requested. They were polite, clean and efficient. Sean brought the couch in from the truck on his own! I was told I would get the leftover back when they were done. I didn't. When my cushions were finally ready, there was a black pen mark on the white fabric. The owner acknowledged that it was the seamstress's fault. I asked her to make me new cushion covers using the extra fabric I had previously provided. She agreed. Never heard from her again. Also, the price she charged me for the new cushions was much higher than what she advertised on FB marketplace (even though I provided my own fabric). I paid it because I thought the quality would be worth it, but then my new cushions came with black ink and she kept all my extra fabric... It was an expensive mistake to use Rattan Creations.

Was informed from Fabrika of the vessel delay which carried my product - impressed and appreciative of those updates! That's where it ends . . . When I initially purchased with them I added on additional coverings for my outdoor cushions. When you buy, you choose a color for your cushions - I chose grey. I also paid to add on beige cushion coverings so I may interchange them. Now, I've enjoyed grey for 2.5 years and finally decided to wash the grey ones and pull out and put on the beige. Well, when I went to retrieve the fabrika packaged box with my name on it and the word "beige", I was astonished to open them and find GREY CUSHION COVERS!!!!!! On top of all that, when I was removing the grey coverings the pillows that were used by fabrika are quite disappointing as the content of the pillow filling was coming out of the poorly designed and constructed pillow!! UPDATE: I called fabrika and notified them of the incorrect color that was given to me and the gentleman that I spoke with was apologetic and professional. I was able to take the grey covers in and they were replaced with new beige covers!

When ours started to crack, we contacted them and they told us "sorry you are out of warranty". I believe we were just months out of the three year period. No explanation nor care that their product wouldn't even last three years. That being said, is it unreasonable to expect that a $2.500 to 3,000 set of outdoor furniture should last more than three years? Now after five years, the "wicker" thatch crumbles when you touch it. Save your money.
