They just straight up took my money and never delivered a couch I ordered and I am out $2600. They are the same Valyou furniture that had was on the news for doing this years ago. They sell to customers across state lines so it makes it difficult to sue. I can't include the pic of my couch because I don't have one. They said they couldn't refund my money because they no longer worked with my payment processor. They certainly will take the same Apple Pay Payment from anyone from my bank now. It's a scam. Advertised as up to 70% off. We could not find a dresser that was deeply discounted in that way. Nor were there any style of dressers we liked that were in stock AND under $1000 (except one that looked like a mountain person build it behind the barn. Someone is into that look). My salesperson coached me to photo the SKU of anything we liked so they could check stock. When we finally found something we liked that was in stock, we paid and set the delivery. This piece of furniture looks great. I really wanted to spend $800 but for $1300 we got a well built, mid-century modern-ish dresser that should last 20+ years. And it is not something we had to build (looking at you City Mill). The day before delivery we realized we never got the text to inform us of the scheduled window. Called the store and and discovered it hadn't been scheduled. Our sales person was in the store and they got on the phone with me to reschedule. They were sincerely apologetic. A couple days later we received a thank you card in the mail. The process isn't easy because furniture is so expensive. And most of it takes months to arrive. At homeworld (CS Woo etc.) I appreciate the support the sale team and delivery guys provide. Just please stop advertising a big sale when it is clearly NOT

The interior design of all my previous homes were very "pieced together"; it was never a cohesive theme. If anything...the theme would be cluttered. But my boyfriend is completely opposite. He has that stylistic eye and hates clutter, so I rely on him when it comes to furnishing our home. As we talked about how we want to decorate our future home, we knew we had to find unique pieces that would match the color scheme of the condo and something we would like. On a whim, we checked out Red Knot and stumbled upon the couch that met all of our criteria: 1. Gray 2. Unique look with the white stitching, not so boxy design and it came with two little stools that would be stored in the armrest 3. Had a chaise Plus it had a matching ottoman with storage and can turn into a bed. We loved it. But of course we had questions. And, it's like the furniture gods heard our prayer and sent us Derek. He saw us looking around and stopped by us to see how we were doing and if we had questions. He was able to answer all of our questions and helped us with the transaction. When learning that we were in the process of buying a place, he helped us to figure out the timing of when we would receive couch as well as the payment options available. Besides from the great service we received, I loved the wide selection of items available and the prices are competitive. I know we will be back for the other pieces.
