The other options that we did have is there is no longer box springs that supports the mattress which is a nicer option so it's just that and the base where that's the other option to choose from the basic to the bougie one that will lift your mattress to a more comfort and supportive fit. Seriously not knowing much of the difference or comparison with any other type of mattress but did love that they do offer a lot of accessories so that you don't need to shop for like mattress cover and sheets as well but we did keep it simple and they do deliver and remove your old mattress as well making it a simple process and since there was a type of sale that worked well for us we walked away feeling great knowing that some comfort was as easy process as giving them a visit. He showed us different sofas and kept saying that he would get us a good discount. My mom didn't find anything that she liked, so we never asked what the discount would be. It's two stories. We didn't head upstairs. We found sofas, beds and massage chairs on the first level. Ahhhh massage chairs!!! I could use one of those.

I had purchased a Purple mattress from another dealer and returned it because it just didn't feel supportive enough. I opted for a Tempur Pedic so I had to try out different degrees of firmness to find the right one and I had to consider the price and the right box spring, which took a second visit. The place wasn't busy either time (and there was an older couple trying to figure out whether they should purchase another high-end brand and no one was helping them). I don't know if I appeared to not to be serious or if I could afford the Tempur Pedic but I didn't feel a whole lot of love from the woman who was working with Michael. I was almost tempted to walk out and try out another vendor who also sold Tempur Pedic but I chose to go through with the purchase and coordinated having my niece's husband pick up my new bed. As we were wrapping up the woman told me I was eligible for something free, including a Tempur Pedic pillow, which I took. What she didn't tell me, and I found out later, is that those pillows are designed in different thicknesses based on the distance between your shoulder and jaw(?). It was already too late to return it for the right fit but I would have liked to have known or told that ahead of time. This was a major purchase, one that I do not regret at all, but perhaps, I would have thought I'd receive a follow up call or note to find out if I was happy with my purchase. I sure was feeling that my business wasn't valued, except when we picked up the bed and Michael was on hand for us.

So, after the disastrous experience with Lowe's we headed back to Ross Appliance. We found exactly what we were looking for and it comes with a 6 months warranty. Purchased it on a Friday and the appliance was delivered on Monday. The sales associate said they would call us before heading over and to give them a 2hr window from 12pm-2pm. We received a call at 12:31pm and they were at our place at 12:41pm. The appliance was installed and the delivery/installation guys stayed to make sure it was working after set up. Everything was great. I would recommend this place not only because they are reputable, but because it's sustainable and environmentally friendly to purchase refurbished. The appliance is in great condition and looks almost exactly like a brand new one.

They just straight up took my money and never delivered a couch I ordered and I am out $2600. They are the same Valyou furniture that had was on the news for doing this years ago. They sell to customers across state lines so it makes it difficult to sue. I can't include the pic of my couch because I don't have one. They said they couldn't refund my money because they no longer worked with my payment processor. They certainly will take the same Apple Pay Payment from anyone from my bank now. It's a scam. It just started to split at the end and has continued to grow. Contacted warrenty support which responds quickly. This is what they said not under warrenty. Buyer beware here is their response for me to take care of this on my own. For the price and support this is a 1 star would be zero if possible. That said, here are some suggestions you may consider to help manage or improve the condition: Use a wood filler or repair putty to smooth out the split area, followed by a light sanding and touch-up stain. Apply furniture wax or sealant to protect the wood from absorbing excess moisture in the future. Maintain stable room conditions by keeping the furniture away from direct sunlight, heaters, or damp areas to minimize further expansion or contraction. Engage a local furniture repair service if you'd prefer a professional touch-up. We'll be closing the claim since this type of concern is not covered under the warranty.

My parents senior living building said the best times were 9-11 or 1-5, so it doesn't interrupt lunch. I spoke to I believe Mark, and he said if I wanted a special delivery, it would cost extra, so I took my chances. I don't know if Mark said anything, but my delivery confirmation was between 9:30-11:30! And then they were early! Mel and Elijah were great! They were so friendly and kind to my parents! But what impressed me the most was when they took off their shoes before entering! Very respectful! They moved the old mattress and box springs, and even went so far as to break down the old frame. They didn't have to do that. They set the legs to the lowest height., set the Sealy medium, Euro pillow top mattress on top, and were done!
