    My daughter bought a new bedroom dresser from them. Their prices were competitive to other places that she looked at. She has bought items from them in the past and was happy with them. They deliver the dresser earlier than promised, calling be to be sure I would take an earlier delivery. They also let you track the progress of their truck. The dresser was wrapped in a blanket that was taken off when it was ready to be placed in the spot in the bedroom. Very please with the customer service.

    Delivery only! I scheduled delivery about four weeks ago for today (20 August 2021). On 16 August I received a text message with the date and a timeframe (a two hour window - 1030am to 1230pm) to confirm the delivery, which I did. I received another text message earlier this morning (at 0917 am) to notify me of that deliveries had started for the day and that my item would be delivered in the timeslot scheduled. At 1047am I received a call informing me that the delivery truck was about 10 minutes away. Shortly after the call, the delivery truck pulled up to my house. I was greeted by the driver who I asked which entrance would be best. There were two other workers, one of which the driver consulted with. They did a quick survey of both entrances then selected the best suited one. All three workers offloaded the item off the truck which was in two separate boxes. They wheeled the items inside on a dolly then carried them the rest of the way through the door. Once inside, they unboxed, assembled, and placed the couch where I asked them too. While two workers were doing the finishing touches, the other was hauling the boxes back to the truck. Once set up was complete, I signed a form indicating I did in fact receive my items. Delivery was prompt, within the timeframe reserved, and the workers were courteous. All workers wore masks for the duration of the delivery and they took their shoes off before entering without being asked. Afterwards, they cleaned up after themselves. Other than having to wait four weeks for the delivery, I everything else went well.

    1-29-2021 We had purchased a creamish off-white colored sofa and upon delivery, while plastic was being removed during installation, a small darkish scuffed part on the Italian leather was noticed. One of the delivery men notated it and the next day I was contacted to either repair or replace the sofa. I chose to repair the slight blemish. It's been about 2 weeks and that new leather upholstery of a new car smell is still present on the sofa. I like how this company's follow up was timely and an appointment was set up by Aja to have a technician come out. Yesterday I got the 24 hour prior phone call for window of time to expect William. He said 9:30-11:30 a.m. will be there. Today at exactly 9:35 a.m. my cell sounds. William had pulled up into our driveway . He was friendly, took approximately half an hour to work on the spot. He went to work applying a few layers of his magic goods which he said wasn't for sale, had a heat gun, matched the color then sprayed on a sealant. He kept his mask on and we conversed about how his mask matched his maroon CS Wo uniform. The company is large: Home World, its affiliate Abode for delivery and Ashley repairs. Usually our fur baby is a frantic alarm sounding machine when a stranger enters but she was fine with William. He did such a professional repair job that it looks perfect now.

    I have 2 gripes let me start with the 1st. I now call them CS WHOA! My friend and I just happened to buy leather couches delivered a day apart after putting 50% down on special order. We both paid for the balance over the phone and we unknowingly got billed for the Stain Service Plus -- my charge was $449.99 + tax or $471. We were both told about an extended warranty that we could decide later. In talking to Customer Service yesterday I was quite perplexed that you have to initial if you DO NOT want the extended warranty and it may be put on your invoice or something like a borderline deceptive business practice. I don't understand how they billed both of us for the extended warranty that we both did not intended to buy ADDED to our balance w/$169 Delivery. Since I paid over the phone I was not able to initial that I did NOT want the Stain Service Plus NOR was I asked or told I was being billed for it? Don't know how prevalent this billing practice is -- just that it happened to both me and a friend. Anyway HEADS UP if you don't want it you need to initial or you can get charged! It's referred to as 10 yr extended warranty by salespeople but read it is only 1 yr on remote & 5 yrs on mechanical -- not 10 yrs -- only on stains. It appears as Stain Service Plus on your invoice. I fixed that requested refund twice!! The 1st credit never went thru so they needed my card again -- after I asked why I had not received my refund hmmm? Now here is my real gripe! Natuzzi leather couch was delivered flawed w/headrest stuffing already starting to roll. Looked like a return or floor model -- but was told it is new. Received on Friday, March 3 & reported to Customer Service on same day. After waiting a week for a response I was losing my patience as nobody called me back in 7 days? Couch stuffing is so flawed on the left seat unit this is how it looks after 9 days of use with only my son ever sitting in it. For a $5,000 Natuzzi Leather couch it is falling apart already view photo defective Left side vs. Right?!?

    We're planning on moving into our new home soon and decided to do a bit of furniture shopping. When we sold our house last year, we did take our custom-made tropical furniture and Chinese antiques that I "inherited". Our interior design tastes range is an eclectic mix for sure. The other week, we wandered into C.S. Wo & Sons and was met by design consultant Juana Bacud. She was perky, professional and knowledgeable about the different brands that this store has in inventory. As we walked about the store, Juana inquired about our needs and got to understand our "style". We are going to blend some of what we have and purchase the rest. Being that we started on the 1st floor, most of the furnishings were tropical and even coastal. The furniture and furnishings are definitely high quality and built to last. I took pictures of some of the collections and started to make my "wish list" of textures and styles. She showed us the contemporary collections up on the second floor. These collections had clean but almost too rigid lines that appeared to be somewhat "cold" to us. Perhaps these lines may appeal to others but it wasn't our taste. We prefer to have wood, rattan or bamboo that will work in harmony with our Chinese antiques. Juana mentioned that C.S. Wo & Sons offers complimentary design services. We might just take her up on that offer. If you're looking for high quality, upscale and unique furniture, you should give this business a visit. They have a large inventory that would please just about everyone.

    Scammers. Doesn't clarify delivery "policy" and charge fees when you need to reschedule even before the 48hrs. Rude customer service.

    We ordered a Bali wood dining table 1600$ in March. Looks and quality were as pictured except one…read moreminor spot in the center. Fast forward to August, less than a year and my table is splitting. This was not from water damage, over use, or placing heavy objects, humidity or weather related. It just started to split at the end and has continued to grow. Contacted warrenty support which responds quickly. This is what they said not under warrenty. Buyer beware here is their response for me to take care of this on my own. For the price and support this is a 1 star would be zero if possible. That said, here are some suggestions you may consider to help manage or improve the condition: Use a wood filler or repair putty to smooth out the split area, followed by a light sanding and touch-up stain. Apply furniture wax or sealant to protect the wood from absorbing excess moisture in the future. Maintain stable room conditions by keeping the furniture away from direct sunlight, heaters, or damp areas to minimize further expansion or contraction. Engage a local furniture repair service if you'd prefer a professional touch-up. We'll be closing the claim since this type of concern is not covered under the warranty.

Advertised as up to 70% off. We could not find a dresser that was deeply discounted in that way. Nor were there any style of dressers we liked that were in stock AND under $1000 (except one that looked like a mountain person build it behind the barn. Someone is into that look). My salesperson coached me to photo the SKU of anything we liked so they could check stock. When we finally found something we liked that was in stock, we paid and set the delivery. This piece of furniture looks great. I really wanted to spend $800 but for $1300 we got a well built, mid-century modern-ish dresser that should last 20+ years. And it is not something we had to build (looking at you City Mill). The day before delivery we realized we never got the text to inform us of the scheduled window. Called the store and and discovered it hadn't been scheduled. Our sales person was in the store and they got on the phone with me to reschedule. They were sincerely apologetic. A couple days later we received a thank you card in the mail. The process isn't easy because furniture is so expensive. And most of it takes months to arrive. At homeworld (CS Woo etc.) I appreciate the support the sale team and delivery guys provide. Just please stop advertising a big sale when it is clearly NOT

But if you have time to reply to a negative review on Yelp, give customers a quick call, especially after they leave you messages. Small gestures like that show good customer service. I contacted other businesses that are also busy but they were accommodating and even made recommendations. We are a small community, we try to support small, local businesses, and it doesn't cost a thing helping each other. Thanks!

Had a chaise Plus it had a matching ottoman with storage and can turn into a bed. We loved it. But of course we had questions. And, it's like the furniture gods heard our prayer and sent us Derek. He saw us looking around and stopped by us to see how we were doing and if we had questions. He was able to answer all of our questions and helped us with the transaction. When learning that we were in the process of buying a place, he helped us to figure out the timing of when we would receive couch as well as the payment options available. Besides from the great service we received, I loved the wide selection of items available and the prices are competitive. I know we will be back for the other pieces.

He found one and we were chilling there for quite awhile but no one else came by so we decided to venture to the other side. My son really loved the red couch but reds just not in our color scheme, not even in his room lol. They had a lot of cute decor accessories for a beauty room.

Mom had seen an advertisement on television for Ashley HomeStore. She had been to other furniture stores where she couldn't find what she wanted. Mom also had a brochure from the Navy Exchange, showing an Ashley cabinet that she was interested in, but the NEX didn't have it and it was out of stock in California, too. The combination of shopping around; watching the television commercial; and having a photo in a brochure motivated my mom to ask me to take her to Ashley HomeStore! I'll do anything for my mom. She spends a lot of time in the living room where she wants to replace some tables with better looking cabinets with storage space. I want mom to be happy, so, I held in my opinion and drove her to Ashley HomeStore. There are five Ashley locations on Oahu and mom chose to go to the one in Honolulu, on Ward Avenue (not the one in Salt Lake area, the Beretania Street store, the Kapolei location, nor Aiea). There was a free parking lot on the corner of Queen Street and Ward Avenue. Inside the fabulously decorated showroom, we were greeted by Andrea. She was kind, efficient, and helpful! She listened to my mom and answered all of my sister's questions promptly. (I texted photos to my sister who lives with mom.) Even though Andrea just started working here three months ago, she was able to navigate the computer system, while knowing the inventory on the floor. She was knowledgeable about the discounts (currently 5 percent off because of the Anniversary Sale), delivery schedule, and fees ($149 including assembly). Andrea was very thoughtful and observant - she offered my mom a seat and moved furniture around for us to look at different angles. Excellent! The transaction flowed so smoothly. I was really impressed! Andrea changed my apprehensions about Ashley HomeStore into a Five-Star Review because of her professionalism, positive attitude, and friendly personality! Mom was thrilled because she will receive her new cabinets the day before Mother's Day! Perfect! Next time I need furniture, I won't hesitate to shop at Ashley HomeStore... And ask for Andrea at the Ward Avenue location! P.S. In regards to price, mom thought that it would cost more! She was pleasantly surprised that the total bill was less than expected!
