Once going in I saw a great selection of appliances to the left and home furniture/tv to the right. The associates are very nice and helpful. Once I found the right sofa I found an associate (Chason) to help me order. He was super understanding and had so much patience. I purchased the Sofa and scheduled a delivery was super quick and easy! A month later we decided to replace some appliances in our kitchen since we redid the kitchen countertop and added a vent. Decided to take a look and met Chason again. He helped us find the right refrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer! Again great process nice fast and easy! Highly recommend m, the delivery was good but the customer service in the store and on the phone have been amazing!

    The delivery team arrived approximately 40 minutes late without any notice or communication…read more Immediately upon arrival, the driver stated he was "not happy" and began arguing with me about the delivery before even making any meaningful attempt to move the refrigerator. The refrigerator was supposed to be delivered upstairs into my home, and the stairs were clearly disclosed in the delivery instructions ahead of time. One of the delivery workers stated that the refrigerator could potentially be brought upstairs, but the driver refused to even attempt the delivery. The refrigerator was never removed from the dolly, lifted, repositioned, or properly assessed for delivery. The driver repeatedly stated he was not going to move it at all and left the refrigerator sitting in my garage. During the delivery, I contacted Island Movers customer service and spoke with an employee named Cece. I found her behavior extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, as she laughed during the phone call while I was trying to resolve the situation. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and concern shown throughout the entire ordeal. In an effort to help complete the delivery and eliminate liability concerns, I even offered to sign a waiver accepting responsibility for any possible damage to the refrigerator, floors, or property. Despite this, the driver still refused to make any attempt whatsoever to complete the delivery. I had to take time off work for this appointment, only for the delivery crew to essentially refuse service after arriving. The refrigerator is still sitting unusable in my garage due to their refusal to complete the delivery. I am extremely disappointed that Costco contracts with a company that operates in this manner.

    Hire VinTech. You can stop looking for another technician. My Samsung Model #: RF32FMQDBSR/AA ice…read moremaker is fully repaired after years of having issues. Samsung Model #: RF32FMQDBSR/AA ice maker. If you have this refrigerator you know the ice maker is a problem. Samsung did a repair under warranty but the ice maker continued to freeze over and leak water from the ice chute. VinTech was punctual, efficient, thorough and took care with the items in my refrigerator that be needed to move to do the repair and also took time to clean up when he was done. He even followed up a few days after the repair to see if everything was working. I contacted VinTech to diagnose my ice maker and he responded quickly. He was available in a few days. On the day of the repair he provided a helpful tracker to let me know he was on his way and how long until he got to my house. After diagnosing the symptoms he took some time to explain what was going on with the ice maker and provided a repair option that he did for other customers that worked for them. Having done research on this ice maker I understood what his repair would do and it all made sense to me. He completed the repair and told me to what to expect in the next couple of days. I checked the ice maker a couple days later and to my relief I had ice!

Initially (Wednesday) I was waiting to get an appointment time arranged. In the mean time another company offered a same day visit. I notified VinTech and they were very professional and offered assistance in the future if needed. The other company's technician was not effective in fixing my oven and actually caused additional damage. Jun was so efficient and provided excellent service which repaired the initial problem and fixed the damage the prior technician caused. Thank you VinTech for excellent service!
