My auntie ordered a refrigerator from John B., and he was really thoughtful about her situation. He reviewed all of the options with us for her apartment, and the delivery team was so fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend John B and Pacific Appliance Group to everyone! read more

After our beloved wolf range, and our dishwasher broke at the same time. we were pretty stressed. Our appliances were over 27 years old so it was about time. I guess I'm so glad that a good Friends recommended specific Appliance group. Michael was so very helpful and making suggestions within our price range. He showed us the GE monogram appliances and I really liked it. I love the connectivity and also how the greats can flip and accept the walk. Still is very easy to clean and you can customize the LEDs to whatever color that fits your style of your kitchen. Delivery and installation was great. They are professionals at what they do. From unboxing to hooking up the gas stove and dishwasher was very smooth, and the staff was super friendly. I would highly recommend Pacific Appliance group for our year. Appliance needs. read more

Warranty service caused months of hardship for a pregnant mother and two young children I'm writing this review on behalf of my sister, a resident at Ward Village whose refrigerator warranty is serviced by Pacific Appliances. My sister, who is pregnant and has two young children, noticed a chemical smell coming from her fridge and contacted Pacific Appliances out of concern for her family's safety. Initially, the service was responsive -- they agreed to pick up the fridge, inspect it, and repair it, and promised to provide a similar or same-model loaner in the meantime, since her kids rely on the ice and water dispenser. That's where things fell apart: * The loaner fridge they delivered had no ice or water function and was roughly half the size of what was promised, leaving no room to store food -- resulting in spoiled groceries. * Five weeks later, they said the original fridge was repaired and ready for delivery. When it arrived, both my sister and the delivery team inspected it and found it heavily damaged, with dents all over. * The delivery manager, Ethan, apologized for both the loaner mix-up and the damaged unit, and promised a full replacement within 1-2 days. After that, he became unreachable -- no response to repeated calls, emails, or voicemails over several days, up till this point. * Eventually, a sales rep named Austin tried to help, but explained he wasn't able to override the decision. He informed her that instead of replacing the damaged fridge as promised, they now planned to simply "buff out" the dents and return the same damaged unit. At this point, my sister has been without a working fridge for two months. She is six months pregnant, and her two young children have had to go up and down daily just for water and ice. We understand that appliances break and repairs take time. What we cannot accept is a company going back on its word, with witnesses and video evidence of the very moment their promises, and then offering no real accountability afterward. If anything happens to my sister or her children as a result of this drawn-out situation, that responsibility rests with Pacific Appliances. I would not recommend relying on this warranty service, and I hope management takes this seriously before another family is put through the same ordeal. read more

We've been working with this appliance vendor for a while now, and they've consistently delivered great products and even better service. What really sets them apart is the customer support especially Mike, who always goes above and beyond. Mike is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it's helping us find the right appliance for our customers, answering questions, or handling any issues quickly, he makes the whole process easy and stress free. It's rare to find this level of reliability and personal attention these days. Highly recommend this team if you're looking for quality appliances backed by outstanding service! read more

We worked with Carrie at Pacific Appliance and she was AWESOME! We had to do all communication via phone and email and she was a tremendous help. We first purchased a stackable washer/dryer with Carrie's help that when it came time to purchase a new stove, microwave/hood vent and garbage disposal, she was our first and only call! I would highly recommend Pacific Appliance Group and don't forget to ask for Carrie! read more

Returned to Pacific Appliance Group to purchase a washer and dryer set. I already knew what I had in mind prior to getting there. I met with Auston Wilson who I had spoken with the day before on the phone. I thought I knew the ins and outs about the product but Auston walked me through the entire workings of both washer and dryer. I went on the first day of their Labor Day sale, so I also received a substantial savings on both! Delivery and set up was only a few days later and went very smoothly! I will definitely return to Pacific Appliance Group for future needs! I will also ask for Auston because he certainly knows his product! read more

After spending multiple days & hours of going to the big box stores my next door neighbor suggested that I try Pacific Appliance Group. Oh boy am I glad I took a drive to town to this place. Within 15 minutes I found what I was looking for. In addition, to their wide selection to choose from, they also deliver, install & will haul away my old item. Some of which the big box stores don't do. My sales associate Michael Viernes was so nice and helpful. No sales pressure but full of willingness to help me. Customer Service on point!!! I highly recommend Pacific Appliance Group! Go see Michael! read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! I purchased a washing machine several years ago when the pandemic was still going. Back then they were in Kalihi near Honolulu Community College. It was delivered and installed as well as hauling away the old washing machine. The delivery and installation went smoothly so I decided to buy a stove this time around because I was very satisfied with the past purchase. Once again everything went smoothly from the purchase to the delivery and installation. The guys that delivered and installed were friendly and proficient. If you want a worry-free experience you might try Pacific Appliance. read more

First of all, always support your local businesses. They truly saved us headaches that Home Depot was creating for us (also, it's not the home depot workers fault, it's the company). Lance is the absolute best! Our gas dryer of 18 years finally died and even with the warranty, it was going to take months for service to fix it. Me and my Mom decided to go to Home Depot (checked Lowes and Best Buy too) to grab a gas dryer and unfortunately, there were none on island so they would have to ship to the mainland but it was faster than getting someone to fix our dryer (or so we thought..) So we go through with purchasing and the delivery was going to be February 13, 2026. Mine you at the time, it was December 27, 2025. Come that week of the dryer being delivered, it got delayed to the follow week on February 19, 2026. What's another week right? Boy were we wrong. It got delayed AGAIN till March 27, 2026. We've been washing clothes at home and drying them at the laundromat and couldn't handle more delays so I did my homework and found Pacific Appliance Group online. Saw they carried gas dryers and gave them a call. Lance picked up the phone and explained my situation and without having me to ask, he told me that he'd call me back in 5-10 minutes to see what they have on hand and really appreciated that. I was honestly taken aback since that isn't the norm in those big box stores. Got the call back and thankfully there was 1 left and he emailed me all the specs. Delivery date would be February 27. Told him let me let my Mom know but to place it on hold. Mom said yes and we went down there in person to seal the deal. Let me just say that Lance really went out of his way to ensure we got what we wanted and the best part they were able to do haul away, drop off, and install! Home depot was only going to haul away and drop off. Not only that, their prices are very similar to the big box stores if not a little more cheaper or a tiny bit more expensive. Nothing outrages. Also if you didn't know, those big box stores have 3rd party companies majority of the time to deliver, haul, and install. With Pacific Appliance Group, they have their own crew and they were so fast with everything! Been recommending them to everyone since everything went soo smooth! Will definitely get my appliances with them going forward. read more

Over a decade ago, Mike helped me with a client, and from that point on our company decided we would send all of our appliance business to him. No matter where he has worked over the years, he has consistently proven to be one of the most caring, accommodating, knowledgeable, and vital partners in our home-building process. We complete several projects a year, from demo/rebuilds and additions to renovation/remodels, and Mike has been absolutely instrumental in assisting our homeowners with their appliance selections. His guidance, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile have made an enormous difference for both our team and our clients. He brings a level of professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability that is incredibly rare. We know that when we send a homeowner to Mike, they are going to be taken care of with patience, honesty, and genuine attention to detail. Time and time again, both past and current homeowners building with us have shared how helpful and impactful Mike has been throughout the process. He takes the time to truly understand each home and each client, carefully considering how appliances will function within the space while also keeping efficiency, long-term reliability, and cost in mind. He doesn't just sell appliances...he helps design kitchens and homes that function better for the people who will live in them. Mike is also incredibly approachable and easy to work with. Our clients consistently mention how comfortable he makes them feel, how clearly he explains their options, and how much confidence they have in the decisions they make after working with him. His ability to balance technical knowledge with a personal touch is something that truly sets him apart. Mike is now at Pacific Appliance Group, and we couldn't be happier to continue working with him there. Pacific Appliance Group has been wonderful to work with, and the owners, Garret and Ayako are amazing--professional, supportive, and clearly committed to creating a great experience for both builders and homeowners. It's clear that the company values the same level of service and integrity that Mike brings to the table. Speaking on behalf of our entire company, and the many homeowners we've worked with over the years, Mike is simply the best. His professionalism, dedication, knowledge, and genuine care for every client make him an invaluable resource to our builds. We truly cannot recommend him and Pacific Appliance Group highly enough. read more

We ordered a new refrigerator / freezer for my mother in law, and dealt with a very knowledgeable young man named Auston. We kind of knew what we wanted and he processed everything so quickly. We got delivery for the following week with disposal. They delivered the appliance with no problems, the workers even laid cardboard on the floor so as not to damage anything, very courteous, setting up the water and ice maker was done with no problems. Along with being an energy efficient appliance which qualified for a rebate, they also participate in the buy local program with American Savings Bank so an additional savings. Very good deals. read more

Worst company ive ever dealt with. Clearly condensation left on the floor in my brand new unit. Called and reported on the portal to get it fixed. No follow up report 1 week later so I called the company and they said there was no condensation on the floor and they pulled my fridge everything was fine. The photo seen was from today just literally 15 minutes ago. Also they left my light on so it was on for at least 5 days. Not a company I would trust. Update after 5 days : Kristi Uehara apparently their project manager blatantly lied to me today. She claimed that my building management team also agreed that there was no condensation. Upon calling the building management they claimed to have never entered my unit and only allowed Pacific entry. Moved the fridge and also noticed dirty handprint on the wall. All this was also documented by my building so they could not accuse me of lying as my experience has been all lies to cover their tracks. Fingerprint picture has been added for reference. Owner Garrett was very friendly and professional. Maybe if I spoke to him first this could have been prevented. He claimed that Kristi had misunderstood or mistakenly made these claims however there is a 0% chance that could happen. If you like getting lied to and cheated of your valuable time, then this is the company for you. read more

Today's visit was to install the knob on my new dryer; it arrived without the knob, but they took the knob from my old dryer as a temporary fix. A knob was ordered and delivered this week. I was not expecting Junior and his co-worker until after 3pm. Since my "job" was relatively quick, they came earlier, which I really appreciated. My dryer now looks complete with the new knob. read more

Pacific Appliance Group is an outstanding company. I called to see if they had a replacement for my washer dryer. Lance in sales was exceptional. He was easy to talk to, accessible, very responsive, knowledgeable and provided a professional quote very quickly. I called on a Monday and my replacement was scheduled delivered and installed (including removal) the same Friday. The installation and removal went very well & way beyond my expectation too. Francis and his associate arrived on time, careful to keep condo clean, highly skilled & efficient in removing and installing a stack washer dryer in a tight space in my condo, respectful and nice. They even removed the bathroom door and closet door to gain access. I could not believe everything was done within an hour!!!! My property manager uses them for my rental property and so I decided to give them a try for my condo/residence. If in need of an appliance please do not hesitate to check them out. I am quite sure you'll be impressed as well. read more

Thank you Hush and Arvin for your professionalism in delivering and installing our new refrigerator in the rain today. Arvin measured our doorway then removed the doors on both the old and new refrigerators in order to get them both through our door safely. When they tried to move the new refrigerator into the existing space, it was 1/16"-1/8" too narrow on the bottom. So while my husband removed the baseboard on one side, they reinstalled the doors on the new refrigerator and set up the freezer section. They then helped us reuse the glide guards we had under the old refrigerator which helps us old folks move the loaded refrigerator in case we need to get to the water line in the back, only to find out the refrigerator is now 1/8" too tall. So they had to slide the guards back out. Thank you again Hush and Arvin, for being so nice and patient with us kupuna during our installation! read more

We received exactly what we wanted in the way of a new stove and tall refrigerator. The company let us know when to expect delivery and installation and they kept to that schedule. They let us know when they were 20 to 30 minutes out and arrived within that framework.
