First of all, always support your local businesses. They truly saved us headaches that Home Depot was creating for us (also, it's not the home depot workers fault, it's the company). Lance is the absolute best! Our gas dryer of 18 years finally died and even with the warranty, it was going to take months for service to fix it. Me and my Mom decided to go to Home Depot (checked Lowes and Best Buy too) to grab a gas dryer and unfortunately, there were none on island so they would have to ship to the mainland but it was faster than getting someone to fix our dryer (or so we thought..) So we go through with purchasing and the delivery was going to be February 13, 2026. Mine you at the time, it was December 27, 2025. Come that week of the dryer being delivered, it got delayed to the follow week on February 19, 2026. What's another week right? Boy were we wrong. It got delayed AGAIN till March 27, 2026. We've been washing clothes at home and drying them at the laundromat and couldn't handle more delays so I did my homework and found Pacific Appliance Group online. Saw they carried gas dryers and gave them a call. Lance picked up the phone and explained my situation and without having me to ask, he told me that he'd call me back in 5-10 minutes to see what they have on hand and really appreciated that. I was honestly taken aback since that isn't the norm in those big box stores. Got the call back and thankfully there was 1 left and he emailed me all the specs. Delivery date would be February 27. Told him let me let my Mom know but to place it on hold. Mom said yes and we went down there in person to seal the deal. Let me just say that Lance really went out of his way to ensure we got what we wanted and the best part they were able to do haul away, drop off, and install! Home depot was only going to haul away and drop off. Not only that, their prices are very similar to the big box stores if not a little more cheaper or a tiny bit more expensive. Nothing outrages. Also if you didn't know, those big box stores have 3rd party companies majority of the time to deliver, haul, and install. With Pacific Appliance Group, they have their own crew and they were so fast with everything! Been recommending them to everyone since everything went soo smooth! Today's visit was to install the knob on my new dryer; it arrived without the knob, but they took the knob from my old dryer as a temporary fix. A knob was ordered and delivered this week. I was not expecting Junior and his co-worker until after 3pm. Since my "job" was relatively quick, they came earlier, which I really appreciated. Worst company ive ever dealt with. Clearly condensation left on the floor in my brand new unit. Called and reported on the portal to get it fixed. No follow up report 1 week later so I called the company and they said there was no condensation on the floor and they pulled my fridge everything was fine. The photo seen was from today just literally 15 minutes ago. Also they left my light on so it was on for at least 5 days. Not a company I would trust. Update after 5 days : Kristi Uehara apparently their project manager blatantly lied to me today. She claimed that my building management team also agreed that there was no condensation. Upon calling the building management they claimed to have never entered my unit and only allowed Pacific entry. Moved the fridge and also noticed dirty handprint on the wall. All this was also documented by my building so they could not accuse me of lying as my experience has been all lies to cover their tracks. Fingerprint picture has been added for reference. Owner Garrett was very friendly and professional. Maybe if I spoke to him first this could have been prevented. He claimed that Kristi had misunderstood or mistakenly made these claims however there is a 0% chance that could happen. If you like getting lied to and cheated of your valuable time, then this is the company for you. read more

Thank you Hush and Arvin for your professionalism in delivering and installing our new refrigerator in the rain today. Arvin measured our doorway then removed the doors on both the old and new refrigerators in order to get them both through our door safely. When they tried to move the new refrigerator into the existing space, it was 1/16"-1/8" too narrow on the bottom. So while my husband removed the baseboard on one side, they reinstalled the doors on the new refrigerator and set up the freezer section. They then helped us reuse the glide guards we had under the old refrigerator which helps us old folks move the loaded refrigerator in case we need to get to the water line in the back, only to find out the refrigerator is now 1/8" too tall. So they had to slide the guards back out. Thank you again Hush and Arvin, for being so nice and patient with us kupuna during our installation! read more

They even removed the bathroom door and closet door to gain access. I could not believe everything was done within an hour!!!!
