It is now on Waiwai Loop right next to the rail station and Lagoon Chinese restaurant. They have a few parkings in front of the store. Once you enter the store, I was like "wow", the display are so nice. There are so many choices, everywhere you look, it is like a dream bathroom or kitchen display. The people who work there are also very helpful. I showed them the video of my toilet valve issue. They explained to me the steps that I need to do to change the valve. They even bring out a sample valve to show me how to do it, such information helps me a lot when I do my repair instead of reading through the manual. If you need bathroom stuffs, this is the place to go. They also have plumbing services, but it will cost me $100 to have someone change the valve for me. Since I did valve replacement before, I end up just do it myself. Go check this place out.

    - Looks nice at first, but costly long-term issues…read more My mom remodeled her home in 2013 and purchased cabinets and countertops from Golden Cabinets & Stone for both the upstairs and downstairs kitchens. The staff were nice to work with, and everything looked great initially. However, issues started early. We began noticing white droppings and small circular debris falling from the cabinets. We raised concerns about possible termites but were told it wasn't an issue. We even tented the house, yet the problem continued. Fast forward to 2026...We are now forced to replace all the cabinets due to termite damage. This has turned into a very costly and frustrating situation, especially considering the original investment and ongoing repair costs. Additional challenge:We rent out our downstairs unit, and tenants are not always able to recognize or report these types of issues until after they vacate, which delayed identifying the full extent of the damage. Bottom line:While the cabinets looked nice at first, there were serious issues with quality and longevity. Recommendation:I would not purchase from here. At the very least, ask detailed questions about product quality, durability, and replacement options before making a decision.

He was very personable and his experience speaks volumes. Troy is easy to work with and tries to get the kitchen you want. He always kept me in the loop regarding time frame or supply issues. When my original electrician couldn't take on the job a few days before demolition, Troy found an electrician that I am more than pleased with. His assistant, Kurt was very professional in his work. He also gave me a few hints that worked out for the best. He's able to look at the whole picture and visualize the best outcome. The renovation of my kitchen was an idea I had for many years. I dreaded going through the inconvenience of packing up my kitchen to not having a kitchen. KB Remodeling made it effortless. It really wasn't so bad. They completed the job in less time than expected. I'm so glad I used KB Remodeling!

I was treated with disrespect, condescension, and hostility throughout the process. If customer service, accountability, and genuine aloha matter to you, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I left a message to make an appt with a specific sales person, Kiki. Of course, no return call to schedule an appt (this issue seems to be a chronic thing in the comments) I so happen to have the day off on a random Wed so I stopped in and the receptionist was not helpful. After browsing for about 1hr, as I was leaving the store, I was approached by a friendly sales lady (not Kiki) but by then I was already turned-off from this place. I passed by Kiki in the store but she did not acknowledge anyone's presence except for her client; not a good impression as she was highly recommended to me. The items are nice but seem overpriced for Kohler stuff. I'd recommend they be a little nicer to walk-in customers. In my situation, it was work related, so I decided to shop here. The Compleat Kitchen has basically everything and everything related to the home and the kitchen. While many businesses and commercial spaces utilizes a kitchen or a kitchen like atmosphere, it helps to have all the things that can make it a functional space. When I decided to save money and cook while at work during the week, I came to The Complete Kitchen to find a microwavable porcelain bowl the first time I was here. I looked around the store for 15 minutes before asking for help. The guy who worked there helped me with the request and it was a definitely a cute bowl that I use for oatmeal in the morning and soups during lunch time at work. The second time around shopping here, I needed a reusable porcelain spoon and washable / reusable chopsticks. After looking around the store, I found them near the cashier station. At least I found what I was looking for without assistance the second time around, which was very nice. They had assorted knives and other gadgets that help with meal preparation, along with pans and other items that would make your life in the kitchen better and easier. I'd definitely love them and it's definitely worth time to check out for sure, if you're interested and in the area. The overall experience here at The Complete Kitchen here at Kahala Mall is very cool. I got what I came in here to do and can happily save money by cooking at work and not have to go out as often. Buying microwavable bowl and reusable utensils helps me with cost cutting in the long run. The prices here are reasonable for anyone and everyone who needs cutlery, pots and pans, or anything else they need to help them in the kitchen. The service here is excellent and they are very knowledgeable in what they are selling. For the most part though, my experience here at The Complete Kitchen is great. I got what I was looking for and the prices are great. I didn't take long to find what I was looking for and the shop itself was fairly large for its size. It was cool that this shop was close to home. Definitely will return to this store if I need a knife or to replace something previously purchased. It is cool to have this store locally when you need a piece of cutlery or something for your kitchen. The Compleat Kitchen is located inside Kahala Mall. It's nearby Center Stage and Starbucks on the Whole Foods side of the mall. The physical address is 4211 Waialae Avenue, 96816. They accept major credit cards as well as cash. I don't know if they have a minimum purchase for credit cards, but its nice to ask them if they do. As far as parking goes, they have a sizable parking option for anyone and everyone to use. Best bet would be to find parking early enough and walk to the store. There is rooftop parking too, and you just take the escalators down to the ground floor. Just be warn that your car can get warm or hot after returning especially during the summer months. If you are like me, there a bunch of bus routes that services the Kahala area, 1, 1L, 2, 2L, 7, 14, 23, and 234. Choose the right one or connection that works for you. And of course, if you love Uber or Lyft, there's that option too as well. No matter how you get here, if you need supplies for your kitchen or just something else that you need for cooking, consider The Compleat Kitchen at Kahala mall for your shopping needs. They have the most complete selection anywhere on the island. 5.0 stars for the overall experience. Support local! A+

Instantly, I heard back from Keith to schedule a home visit. In the first week of January, Keith came by to do a look through. He was very kind and professional. Keith emailed my estimate within several days. Our bathroom remodel was scheduled to take 14 days, but it was completed within 9 days, which was good for our family considering we only have one bathroom. From initial contact throughout the project Jeff, HHR Supervisor, kept open communication with me every day. He kept me afloat on what they found, what needed to be done, what my options were.
