Our cabinets look great BUT we have been waiting since the beginning of November of last year for our glass for the cabinet doors. With very little communication and no ETA. We are going into May not having answers to when we receive the rest of our order and now requesting a refund... disappointing. UPDATE: We decided to get a refund on the glass for the cabinet doors and said we are okay with just going with all wood doors in off white like our cabinet boxes and drawers. We pick up today & come home to find out the white does not match our original order. Called them back and now they are saying they don't have the color in stock anymore and NO ETA to when it will be back. Overall the girl we ordered them from has been super argumentative through this process. We just want to be done with it. read more

Re: Watch out when ordering Design GLASS for cabinet doors. William, President repeatedly said the EVERYTHING would be ready 6/29 Friday. But whomever measured the glass insert ordered it to small and tried to still pass it off by doing a botched job. We alerted them saying our guys could have been hurt and they blamed each other which is annoying. No Class!! We finally received our glass doors today 22 days after William's promised date. We prearranged our renovation for June 30, 2018 Saturday. My advice to you - Order earlier and constant calling will help you a great deal. Last year I had worked with this company. Quality of work and products are very disappointing. They scammed me pretty good! Lied, cheated me and left me with a lot of problems after job was completed. You think that the job was bad just wait a year later! Obvious cracks, leaks and basically falling apart everywhere. We all know that when it comes to small renovations, drilling down can really be a challenge! Add to that, supply chain issues and scheduling work times can make you wonder if you'll ever find a hardworking crew to help you. I found C&C Cabinets fit my expectations and they will be my go-to company for future renovations. First of all, there was communication. I needed a surface top to complete a peninsula of a row of cabinets outside of the kitchen. Vivian and I texted often to coordinate choosing the slab. Secondly, I liked what they had in stock. I was shopping for quartz and couldn't find the pattern I wanted so I again chose granite. Regardless of the trends, I decided to respect the strength of granite, which I had installed in my kitchen two decades ago. I've never had to coat it or refinish it (like they always admonish about). And with all of its beauty and strength, it can also be a lot, lot cheaper than quartz! Thirdly, they had the right edges. Because I have grandchildren, I was looking for bull-nose rather than beveled edges. Again, going against the trend. But the fewer sharp edges the better, and safer! Lastly, their price point was the most reasonable whether you paid cash or charge. So I advise doing your homework before visiting them and knowing your questions! They are busy and work quickly. C&C Cabinets worked professionally and efficiently to measure and install my countertop. Their crew measured on Saturday and installed on Monday. It was a perfect installation! I've grown to trust their expertise to get the work done! We are so happy with our experience with C&C Cabinets. We walked in to check things out for a kitchen reno and were out in what seemed like less than 30 minutes. Lunar was our salesperson and she worked so quickly and smoothly, able to lay out exactly what we wanted and described. We went in with measurements already so she was able to design out what we asked within minutes and give us a quote. She then shared their availability (the week after!) and we scheduled it. We didn't expect to make that much progress that quickly! Lunar didn't mess around! That portion was so seamless. Our house is very old and prior owners had done all sorts of things to the kitchen. There were some tricky spots to account for in our kitchen. Lunar was so thorough though, she came in on her day off to remeasure and make sure everything was set and measured correctly in time for installation. She was always so responsive, caring, and thorough! Her customer service and communication skills are wonderful and we really appreciate her expertise and professionalism. Installation was 2 days - 1 for cabinets and another for countertops. The 2 installers were phenomenal! They worked so quickly, diligently, and even cleaned up afterwards! They measured everything down to a tee and even accounted for all the weirdness in our super old house - they custom fit every piece as needed - I was so impressed with how quickly and detailed they worked - and I used to work in construction for luxury condos. I stopped in at CNC Cabinets and Granite at the recommendation of my contractor who is redoing my home including kitchen and bathrooms. I was extremely impressed by the selection of quartz and granite countertops and the variety of cabinet color choices and accessories available. The store itself was a little difficult to find but just picture that they are located behind Costco gas in Iwilei and they will be easy to find. They have a small parking lot and many extremely helpful sales people who can explain everything about counter surfaces, cabinet options and even design your kitchen based on measurements that you provide. My search for a kitchen remodel began at Home Depot but it soon became clear that the project would take months if I did it at Home Depot rather than weeks at CNC Cabinet & Granite. The price was also a fraction of what it would have cost at Home Depot. Yes, is Chinese construction versus made in America cabinets but the price difference was less than $7,000 versus over $20,000. Shop around and then go check out CNC cabinet. They are strongly recommended! read more

This company uses cheap materials. My quartz countertops get stained with anything and everything. The workmanship is horrible. The installer made a huge mess. He didn't speak any English. The salesperson was also very rude and brash. The product has dings, stains before even installing. The countertops aren't even set level. Terrible craftsmanship. read more

We got countertops for our kitchen and our wet bar area. We appreciate the no-nonsense, efficient, transparency from this place. Plus they have some decent products, especially for the unbeatable prices. What you see is what you get and you don't walk away feeling ripped off or up sold. You have to go into this knowing you aren't paying for high end custom stuff, so you can't nitpick about the imperfections. However, the over all end result was good for the price! These guys are so fast, professional and great to work with! From working with Chelsea in the show room to the install. Everything was stress free and a pleasant experience. The installers, Wei and his partner (I forget his name) we're so fast and professional! They were very nice, polite and accommodating! great job guys! Great overall experience. Our set of cabinets with all the upgrades came out very affordable. We upgraded to granite countertops and our was still under budget. Our cabinets were ready in 3 days. Margaret is awesome, and I want to thank her for all her assistance. We had a layout and she walked us through some things that we didn't realize about the layout and cabinets. We started looking at estimates for upgrading our condo kitchen in late Nov '21. We visited four different companies and are very happy to have met and work with Margaret of C&C Cabinets Granite for consultation and design. She is professional in product knowledge, design and customer service. Their design software allowed us to review all the details, pricing and product availability for final design. Excellent product support during our contractors installation done just before Christmas. We decided on frameless Aqua Blue Shaker style with Drawer Base Cabinets, Free Standing Island, Magic Corner on order in place of the water heater replaced with a Tankless Water Heater mounted under the SS Farm House Sink. I bought granite and countertops from this place and I have to say that it wasn't the best nor worst experience. Middle of the road is where I land because there's several good/ bad things... Good- Price- you can't find solid wood cabinets this cheap! They offer repeat customer discount of about 5%. Selection- better than most cabinet/ granite retailer/ wholesalers. Lots of different granite styles and 4 colors of cabinet. They also sell tile, and a few other things like sinks. They made good on letting me change a wrong cabinet size that I bought by mistake (see story below if you want to read on) Bad- Their cabinets are definitely assembled quickly without much attention to detail. The finish has flaws in it if you look closely. The doors are hung crooked in a few places (you can fix it yourself though). The finish around the edging doesn't go all the way to the trim- there's a small line you can see. The cabinets were covered in white powder, (I'm pretty sure it's to prevent bugs) so I had to spend lots of time cleaning them. The granite has to be sealed at least 7+ times. They don't seal it for you and I guess the quality isn't the greatest bc it will soak up water if you don't coat the heck out of it. They don't deliver anything, nor do they do installation or granite cutting. Bare bones on the services... They gave me some mild heartburn for a few reasons: The bathroom granite we bought had a deposit on it, but when our contractor went to pick it up, the only one with a right return (finished side) had a huge crack! So he had to buy a left return and finish the side himself. Luckily, he didn't charge us extra, but C&C messed that one up. If you deal with the guys in the warehouse, they don't speak English so it's a bit hard to communicate. We bought a microwave cabinet and realized after we got home that it doesn't work for over the range hood style. So we went right back to return it and the salesman we dealt with was out, so I made my case to an angry mean Chinese lady who basically told me "no returns on custom orders"... Well, the cabinet wasn't custom order. And we literally just took it home 1 hour ago. She tried to tell me no, no, no, its been assembled so its ours and if we need to we can cut it to size. She wasn't even nice about it (picture Elvis sneer lip face). Luckily, William (the salesman i dealt with just about every time) came back in and he let us exchange it for the right cabinet. After spending almost $7,000 on cabinets, granite and tiles, it really left a bad taste in my mouth to be nickel and dimed over changing out a cabinet with a cost difference of less than $200. So, definitely come here if you want to save money and get a decent product... If you're looking for great customer service or perfection, go elsewhere. read more

Day one: Tear-down and install new cabinets which too 6 hrs. Day two: Installed Quartz. 2.5 hrs All went well. Went to C & C to find cabinets for my upstairs craft room. I didn't want anything fancy.. just three cabinets. Vivian assisted us. She was great. Patient and very knowledgeable. My husband is a carpenter, and usually he will tell me later if this person didn't know what he or she was talking about, but he didn't say anything about Vivian. He asked questions and she answered them right away. We picked up the cabinets this week. It's still in the middle of my living room. Can't wait for my new craft room. Cheap prices, cheap quality. If you want to remodel to flip at the Lowest cost, this works. Would not recommend for home you want to live in. Suspect that the "quart" slabs are not solid quartz. Accidentally dropped a glass on the edge and it chipped the quartz countertop - quartz us supposed to be even more durable than granite. The slabs we got also stain very easily despite repeated sealing. read more

Remodeling is only fun after it's all done! But we had to find bathroom cabinets quickly and C&C were are 4th store. We already knew the competitive pricing and quality of other stores. C &Cs showroom was definitely the smallest and geared more towards kitchens. It took us 10 minutes and me to hunt someone down to help us. We found a guy who was was very helpful, but kept saying their cabinets are ALL wood They are not. The facings and doors are solid wood, but the shelves and bottom inside are plywood. Pricing competitive. They have the advertised $99 9 ft. granite from China (good for flips) and Brazilian for$350-$500. We didn't purchase but had friends that did and happy. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Coming up on 9 months living in my purchased townhome. Prior to moving in I updated the kitchen counter and installed a new sink. I worked with C&C cabinets selected the counter top of my choice and had a date set for installation. I'm not sure if I was treated different for being a single woman and not knowing better but the rep I was in contact with after I kept trying to get help with addressing the issues with installation was even confused with how things were done. Instead of coming to measure and cut the slabs so they can be ready prior to installation they did everything same day and set up a whole cutting station in my tiny yard to cut the slabs. I was there the whole time and the men seemed very frustrated.... I had brought donuts and coffee to hopefully brighten their mood but they didn't touch it .... once they started to install the cut pieces they weren't sure what to do with my window section and left it with a legit hole with a gap from counter to window sill instead of cutting the slab to include it .... I made several comments about it until they decided to cut a separate piece to fit the gap. it took them all day to do a peninsula style kitchen counter that was all . No cabinets just the counter. I had the sink installer waiting on site for the sink installation once they were done cutting the counter. The sink hole was not cut to size of my sink. Even though the template was provided to them we opened everything together in front of the installers and gave them the sheet with the measurements ... we tried to bring it up to them and they were upset for having to be there all day cutting and installing they just left with no resolution. my 700.00 workstation sink till this day can not be used as a workstation sink because the counter covers the ledge for the sink attachments......the sink hole cut is uneven and after 9 months I see gaps in the cauk or sealant. I called about 4 times waiting 2 months to hear back and see if they would re do the work because my sink could not be used properly and I was told I would be contacted by the manager which never happened. it sucks this was my first experience with my first home purchase as a single mom it's hard enough making a living. I chose one of the two legit businesses to do the work at a higher cost to avoid an experience like this and it ended up being horrible like if it was a Craigslist deal .... I don't recommend this business to anyone who doesn't have extra money to correct poorly done work. read more

On the hunt for cabinets we came here on a suggestion of a friend. The lady is nice enough, straight forward and blunt. The selection is limited but the price is more than decent. The quoted turn around time is fast, which can be an issue if you are not ready for it and have to store your own cabinets. The show-room is small and probably does not show their thiings in the best light but if you can picture it in your house then things are better. We ordered our cabinets here and when they were ready we picked up some and realized when we got home that they were not the right height....so after discussing witht the lady that we had ordered a different height and she had acknowledged that she typed in the wrong measurements and fixed it. Other than the difference in price we didn't lose anything but time (which was ok since we weren't really ready for the cabinets yet). The construction looks good and the color is consistent. I have used C&C on two jobs and from my experience, they are the best for three reasons, customer service, quality of products, and quality of installation! See my reviews on one of their competitors, don't waste your time, go see William (owner) or Amanda both will provide you the service you expect! You provide them the size of your project, they will provide you with the recommended layout. I always ask for their opinion when coming up with the kitchen/ bathroom design. The cabinets I brought were solid wood boxes with outstanding facing. I also purchased quartz counter tops, porcelain titles for my kitchen and bathrooms, and the sinks for both areas. C&C is very competitive with the other similar companies but they cannot be beaten with their customer service and in-house install team!!! Awesome and first class.
