I never knew this place existed. I needed something to remove water spots on my shower door and a friend who does cleaning for a living recommended a product from here. I came in for the glass cleaner and left with 5 more items! Prices are very reasonable and they have a nice variety of cleaning products. Love the orange all purpose cleaner that i bought. The best investment I ever made is a telescope microfiber mop from Crestek cleaning center . Their located right across from McKinley high school on Kapiolani Blvd. I had to buy a new replacement because my old one broke near the extension of the rod. I remember my original microfiber mop cost me a good penny about $95. Here at Crestek they sell good quality products mostly for commercial cleaning business and also small businesses. The good thing they do sell to the public also . After work today I went to the store and they practice safe protocol with hand sanitizer set up in the front door also they have a temperature machine . Got there a sales person was very friendly and asked if I needed help. I explain I need a new Rod for my microfiber mop. She guided me to the area and said they have the same one but it was still expensive. Afterwards she recommended behind the counter they have another type available. It was even much cheaper so I was happy it was only $15 for the rod and the microfiber pad was only $6. That was a deal so I bought 2 mops. I like this type of mop because the microfiber pad is attached with a Velcro so when you remove it you can easily clean it than put it back on easily. I went for a particular product for my slate tiles in the outdoor patio...I wanted to waterproof seal them and then make them shine. The product I originally went for was all out. The service rep was knowledgeable and if she didn't know the answer...wait for it...she asked SOMEONE ELSE who KNEW!! I came out with a better product than before AND I bought a spray that you spray on your tiles in your bathroom and it basically makes the mold and mildew go away with NO SCRUBBING or WORK!! read more

This store located at central Kapiolani Boulevard is the bomb. They have products for just about every cleaning job that you need. Prices are reasonable compared to Walmart or Long's and there is ample parking in their parking lot. Des helped us find what we needed. She was very knowledgeable about the products and provided excellent customer service. Took the time to explain the different products on the shelf. We asked her about the specific cleaning needed around our house and Des let us know what to buy and even the type of scrubbing pad works best that they sell. You know what? The products really work. I found exactly what I wanted here at this store. This would be the type of business for anyone who is looking to spend money. After all, when I shop for something that means I've researched the product, which none else on the island has. However, Crestek has the item priced at $50, or I can order the same item on Amazon for $21.99 plus $2.95 to ship the item. Guess that I was feeling cheap today because I couldn't bring myself to pay this store $50 plus tax on an item that can be ordered for half the price. Maybe when payday rolls around, I will buy a few items from here because I will just want to spend as much money as I can before I even think about saving any of it. However, this retail store must thrive on commercial accounts because typically most businesses will spend whatever amount is listed on their invoice. However, today the purchase I was going to make was for myself and I would been buying for myself and that means spending my own money. And these days I have to watch my spending - not the kind of customer that this business would welcome. I will add that I did ask if they would match a price for the same item that's online and was told no. That tells me that they don't want me to frequent their business or that I should pay what they're asking. How do businesses like this survive? I have to give this business a few stars for the sheer magnitude of cleaning products available on the sales floor. If you clean anything, for work or at home or in the car out of necessity, you can't help but be overwhelmed by the selection of products featured at Crestek. But....I've never had to wait so long for a product that is usually stocked on the shelf to be reordered. Worse, I was lied to by more than one staff member as to why! I was told several times over 6 weeks the order had been placed and would arrive in 2 weeks. When I called the manufacturer, they said no order was placed! When I called Crestek again, I was told the manufacturer was slow in shipping the order. Just be honest! Especially when you prominently feature your religious beliefs on signs and music in the store! Shame on you! read more
