Our fridge had these intermittent rattling sounds that appeared to be more frequent as the week went on. I used the Yelp app to request a quote from the company since there were a lot of positive reviews. The company responded super quickly, despite it being on a Saturday morning and even offered to take a look at the fridge that day. We weren't able to have them come on that day and they offered to come on Sunday. Amazing. Sergey called before coming and came super promptly to our house. (At 8:10 a.m - was given the window between 8-11 am). He first diagnosed our random rattling sound as our ice maker (which has been frozen over for years). He proceeded to chip away at our ice and turned it off since we weren't using it anyway. I thought that was it and felt a little worried since I had doubts the cause of the rattling was solely due to the ice maker, but he then asked how long the rattling was happening (about a week) and then pulled the fridge out to check the back. He said it was our compressor and although the fridge would rattle, he said it would be about $1500 to change the part. Said it wouldn't affect the efficacy of the fridge so we opted to just live with the rattle. Charged only the $89 diagnostic price. I expected more since he had cleared away our frozen ice, but he didn't charge us for that. The entire visit took about 30 minutes and while he wasn't the warmest or friendliest person, he was professional and thorough. Technician returned and replaced four rod and spring arms. He said to run the machine and text him if it was still not fixed. However, he did stay to watch one wash cycle. It did not make a difference and the problem was not fixed. Three days later I received a call from the office that they were sending a senior technician. Eugene arrived on Friday. He was very professional and took his time to properly diagnose the problem. He found that the belt was torn and replaced it. Eugene stayed until a wash with three bath towels was completed. Complete disrespect of my time. Scheduled between 10-12, had to call them to ask if Tech was coming. I had to call Luca back after 45mins to ask if Tech was coming. When Tech called, he said dispatch just told me to come. So again, dishonest with scheduling. As for Tech, didn't get his name cause of his deep European accent. But while here, he did not take apart the washer, but kept pressing the button. In the end quoted me $800 because 2 parts might be out. After commenting I would not leave a good review, Luca called back to ask if they could offer a discount. Keep in mind I had had to argue with him for a 10% discount for the consultation fee for them not coming on time. I did not have them do the job. Very untrustworthy. We had a broken oven and called Yz Pro (found them on Yelp of course) to see if they could help. They responded quickly to our initial inquiry and arranged to come out the next day to check it out. The technician showed us what was wrong with the oven and said that it wouldn't be worth fixing - that we'd be better off buying a new one as the estimated cost of the repair (parts and labor) would be more than a new oven. In addition, purchasing a new oven would likely be quicker too as they would also have to order the parts needed. So while Yx Pro wasn't able to fix our oven, I appreciate their honesty. This estimate came out to be over $400 as well. The part only cost just over $100, I cannot see paying $300 for labor? The technician was on his phone most of the time seeming like he was googling what the potential issue was. I got a second opinion from another company I had worked with before who determined it was not what Yz Pro said it was and told me I needed to replace my machine. chose this company (based on good reviews) to come and repair my GE Cafe electric range-oven that needed repair. Their diagnostic fee was $91 which is reasonable...but the technician's expertise is lacking. The first red flag was that he couldn't figure out how to put the range parts back together and extra screws were left out. Estimate was approximately $700 and new parts were needed. I sought 2nd opinion and found that new parts were not needed, loose wires were repaired and damage from prior technician had to be repaired (dented housing for blower) and multiple screws were missing. My repair was completed by VinTech. I would not recommend due to these problems. read more

Tom texted to say he was on his way and was polite, prompt and really explained things. YZ pro is fast and Sergey did come the next day and fix my dryer within an hour but they are pricey. I think he could have done a little better job at keeping his worksite cleaner but oh well, he was there to fix my machine not clean up the mess. I showed him the issue with the loud noise coming from the dryer and he diagnosed the issue quickly, got the new parts from his vehicle and got to work. I watched him the whole time and he definitely worked quickly. I thought if I tried to do the fix, I would maybe take the whole day with my wife's help and still no guarantee my dryer would be fixed had I tried it myself. They were very punctual with appointments, actually arriving early for each visits. They give you a heads up when they are on their way. They worked with me on a holiday (new year's day) and weekends. My dryer was stopping mid-cycle. During the first visit, Sergey diagnosed the issue as the timer and replaced it. Unfortunately, that did not resolve the problem. After I contacted them again, he returned to recheck the dryer and was able to identify the actual issue, which required ordering an additional part. The part took about a week to arrive, and although I did have to follow up, he returned at a time that was convenient for me and completed the repair. My dryer is now working properly. Overall, YZ Pro was professional, friendly, and made a genuine effort to accommodate me and see the job through. Very prompt. The technician they sent was very kind and helpful. He helped clear out the freezer to fix our fridge's fan. We were prepared to buy a whole new fridge but decided to take a chance on repair. He evaluated the problem and quickly let us know what he could do. The technician had the fan in his van and let us know our problem was common and that's why he had parts in car already. Paying for the service was also very convenient, as they just send you a text to your invoice and you can pay it off. At first our fridge took a while to get cold again (pretty sure cause the amount of stuff in it) YZ pro was aware of our concern and messaged us in the morning to check if issue was resolved. They were very quick to reply to my Yelp request for service and text messages. Their initial text said they can do same day service but unfortunately they could only do next day (no biggie). In my messages I mentioned my garbage disposal had an issue with the electrical outlet and my fridge's ice dispenser wasn't working. They messaged they could fix both - awesome! However on the morning of, they called to say their technician can't fix the outlet because he's not an electrician, but he can still fix the dispenser. I really wish this could've been mentioned in my initial request. The tech wasn't able to fix the dispenser because he needed to order the part. Couldn't give me a firm time on when it would come in (3 days to 2 weeks he said). The tech initially had a bill for today's service and the part. He paused, said hold on and went back to tinkering with the fridge. When he was done he gave me a new bill with only their service/diagnostic fee. I asked if I would have to pay the service/diagnostic fee when he comes to install the part. From the most part he said no, but it wasn't made very clear (mostly due English being his 2nd language).
