Vince answered my request for refrigerator repair, and he was able to see me the same day. He took a look, and explained everything that might be the problem, before getting to work. He explained the entire process, and fixed the problem right away. Very efficient. read more

Looked for a installer for my above range microwave. Already had a installer who felt the microwave i bought wouldnt fit. But the measurements on my old micro and the new microwave was the exact same. So this time i tried finding a installer through Yelp. Should've done this in the first place. Eugene gave me his quote and we setup a date. He arrived on time with a helper which is smart. That micro was heavy i aint doing it lol! But both of them did a good job. Mahalo Eugene and i think his helpers name was Noland. Lol! read more

Incredible impeccable, follow-through, and repair... came out on a Sunday to diagnose my refrigerator. I highly recommend this company, and Sergey was very professional and empathetic when I was without my refrigerator for a week and a half while waiting parts from the mainland. read more

Should've updated this a month ago. The technician said it worked. I did a load later that day and it was having the same issues and it has since fully broken. I had messaged the technician later the same day he came and he never responded with a video of the dryer. read more

A rat chewed a hole in my dishwasher hose. YZ PRO sent Yara, who must be a professional contortionist. He speedily threaded a new hose through a very awkward situation, and all was fixed in half an hour! read more

Tech found that it was sensors instead of the motor. Saved me a few hundred bucks. Service done quickly.

Updated review: After Yelping a review (see below), Yz Pro immediately contacted me to explain the missed appointment and offered a free diagnostic at any time I can make available. I was not available, but arranged for someone else to be available at my unit the very next day, and Yz was responsive and arrived on time. Although the issue with my washer ended up being cost-prohibitive to repair, I very much appreciated the immediate response to a negative experience, and so revise my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Thank you, Yz Pro. You more than made up for the initial missed appointment. Original review below: Although the response rate was quick, and the rate for a diagnostic service lower than other companies, serviceman (Lucas) was a no show. Since the estimated time of arrival was late afternoon/early evening, this left me with no other option for the day and today was one of the rare days that I had free to attend to things such as this. After I followed up with Lucas via text message, no response. Very unprofessional. read more

I was so happy that within minutes my request for a Washer service estimate was received and someone was able to come out that day. The flat fee was worth it considering it would be applied to the repair, and Tom was very nice and explained everything to me so I could see and understand what needed to be done. They had to order a part, so they had to come back, but even that went smoothly. Overall, I'd call them again tomorrow! Thank you! read more

Eugene came and installed our range hood the day after we asked about it! He kept in touch well and texted when he would arrive. Installation was quick and easy and at an affordable price. We'd had this hood in a box for almost a year and we are thrilled to finally get installation off our list. Thank you so much! read more

Prompt, professional, and affordable. Appreciate the assessment and advice. I recommend YZ Pro.

Would advise to do your due diligence and/or go with another, more experienced appliance repair shop to save you time and money. Service call was affordable and ultimately concluded I needed a new ice maker. The amount YZ Pro quoted for the part and "delivery" was almost 1.5-2x what I could have bought the OEM part myself, which I understand the reason for the business mark up. That being said, YZ Pro provided the part number, which they claimed they got from SubZero. I purchased the part and they said they would install it. When I rescheduled the install, the technician said I got the wrong part. I matched the part number with what they sent me and YZ Pro claimed there was no fault on their end and, if I continued to go through them fix the issue, they would still purchase the same (incorrect) part because that's what SubZero told them. Huh?! Instead of finding out what the correct part was, they wanted me to contact the manufacturer to figure it out for them. Huh again?! I independently verified through the manufacturer that the part number they told me was in fact wrong (bad on me for doing that originally, but I mistrusted YZ Pro's expertise). They claimed "this happens in our industry." Ok, got it. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing the correct part and fixing the issue. The amount I spent for both parts and install was still less than what YZ Pro quoted to install the original (incorrect) part. I can't return the wrong part, which I would argue negligence, laziness, or maybe lack of expertise on YZ Pro's part, so unfortunately that's a loss. read more

My dryer was making a loud squealing noise, and Eugene fixed it quickly and professionally. Arrived on time, found the issue right away, Now it's running quietly again! Great service, $89 for diagnostic fee repair and parts $210. After dryer was fixed, called them again for a drain pump issue with my washing machine. They responded quickly and handled the repair professionally. Alex was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The washer is draining properly running smoothly. Our Samsung dishwasher malfunctioned after only 5 years (never getting a Samsung kitchen appliance again!!). YZ Pro sent a technician and he was prompt, informative and efficient. In he end, he gave me a quote and basically advised that it would be more cost effective to replace the dishwasher, which we did (with a Whirlpool). Mahalo! read more

I texted that I needed my washer cleaned. I had to pay a service charge for them to look at thecwasher. Tech showed up not in work clothes, carrying a small tool bag. I expected him to tell me that the cost for cleaning the washer would be at least $500. It was $800. I told him thank you, but no. There was something about the way he was dressed that told me ge wasn't there to work. read more

I am revising my comments based on YZ Pro's response to my original 1 star review. I appreciate that their customer service agent called me and based on what happened offered to only charge me $89 for the diagnostic, which I accepted. When I first called YZ on a Sunday, their dispatcher asked the make and model # of our Kenmore washer/dryer. I also told him our machine needed a new belt. The technician arrived, inspected the machine and agreed it needed a new belt, but he said he did not have the right one in his car because their warehouse is closed on Sundays and that it will cost $256 to fix. The tech came back Monday evening, installed the new belt then said the problem is not the belt its the bearing case, which is too expensive (and possibly not even made anymore) that we were better off buying a new machine. Then he charged me $256. My feedback to the customer service agent was that because your dispatcher asked which make & model we have, then as a customer, I expect their tech to come with the correct matching parts. Otherwise, you've wasted my time and yours by requiring at least 2 house visits. I explained that YZ should have said they will come on Monday instead, so the tech could get the correct belt BEFORE his first visit and limit our time to 1 visit, not 2 visits. In any event, I'm grateful that YZ stood behind their service problem and issued the refund. read more

Quick response, good reviews on yelp, I have an appointment next Tuesday for my dryer. I will let you know how the do, stay tuned!

I was contacted quickly, and scheduled an appointment. Communication was great. The repairman showed up on time and got straight to work. The estimate for the repairs was higher than I wanted to pay. But that's due to the price of the parts needed. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5, is the repairman asked for my WiFi password. read more

I don't write review and comment usually but I just had the great services from Eugene although my refrigerator, 3.5yrs old was unfortunately not being able to fix, ended up with disfunction. I am happy with his deep diagnostics and convinced that I need to move on to buy a new one. Highly recommend his service because he has quiet knowledge and experience. The service charge is also not expensive comparing to others even though he came both Sunday and Monday. So I tipped better. Burned connectors and controller board read more

Less than 2 year old fridge started having temperature issues. Had them come in for diagnostic/repair. Guy came, took a look, opened up and checked all the parts and said they look good. Said issue was possibly control board but they didn't have in stock and said it wouldn't be worth ordering. Paid him $100 instead of the $89 fee and he offered to come back and put install it if I ordered it on my own. Ordered it, called them back and was told that guy was no longer working there so they wouldn't honor his offer of replacing it and that it would cost an additional $289 to install. Waste of $100, time, and additional part cost. Go somewhere else read more

Terrible service. I initially called them in regard to helping me get my brand-new stove up and running because it says it needs to have the gas pressure adjusted by a professional, (which I thought I was getting). I told them exactly what to do because I knew how to do it myself, but it said it the gas pressure needed to be adjusted by a professional, so I thought, ok. Let me just have him change back the fittings we initially changed. They said they can come out for $89 but then forgot to mention how much everything else was. There was no mention about how much to do what I asked. Like I said, I told him exactly what to do, change the fittings back to natural gas because it has propane fittings on, and he thought he knew more than me, and said it didn't matter. Once it continued to not work, I said change the fittings, and what do you know, it works lol. But that's not what I hired them for, I thought there was a special way to adjust the gas, but there wasn't. I asked him if he could help with the front nozzle to turn on because the screws came loose and fell inside. As he was doing that, I asked so what's the charge? He said $212, and I said, FOR WHAT?! He said $89 is the diagnostic fee, and I mentioned, how is there a diagnostic fee when I already told you what's wrong with it, and exactly what to do. He said $89 for the diagnostic and the $123 is for labor. LOL to change 5 fittings!! He spent more time trying to figure out how to even get to the screws & fittings. It blew my mind because I'm watching this guy "work" and he doesn't even know how to work an impact gun especially when working with light fittings and things you shouldn't be overtightening etc. I said NO ONE was clear about the pricing, especially when you started. All anyone told me was $89, so I went with it. He said fine, you pay $89 and I leave right now?! I said shoots!!!! He hardly did much, and there's no way I was going to pay $212 just to unscrew 5 fittings and "adjust" the gas. Foreign guy with russian accent, and long hair. Like I said, no experience, and terrible communication. Definitely wouldn't recommend YzPRO read more

Mahalo to Eugene for promptly replying first thing in the morning to our inquiry. We were able to get same morning scheduling for review of the issue. Sergey was our technician who was able to assess, educate, and resolve the issue with our refrigerator. We highly recommend Yz Pro and thank both Eugene and Sergey for their outstanding customer and professional service! read more

YZ Pro is responsive, professional, and kept its initial time for the replacement. I've tried calling few places and everywhere else were either too slow to respond or requested diagnostic fee. I needed replacement for the Bosch top and they confirmed the model number and gave me a link to pay. As promised I received a call from YZ Pro to that the new glass top was ready to be installed. Artem came today on time, professional diassembled Bosch top and replaced with a brand new one. He was very friendly and detail oriented. He left with the old glass top to dispose and left cleaned. I would use YZ Pro for any appliance repair or needs in the future. Highly recommended and thank you for the service. read more

The repairman gave me his honest opinion about replacing the dryer rather than repair it. However, when he said a new dryer would probably last less than 5 years, I decided to repair our secondhand one. He also came out on an emergency basis the same evening we called. Great service. read more
