Less than 2 year old fridge started having temperature issues. Had them come in for diagnostic/repair. Guy came, took a look, opened up and checked all the parts and said they look good. Said issue was possibly control board but they didn't have in stock and said it wouldn't be worth ordering. Paid him $100 instead of the $89 fee and he offered to come back and put install it if I ordered it on my own. Ordered it, called them back and was told that guy was no longer working there so they wouldn't honor his offer of replacing it and that it would cost an additional $289 to install. Terrible service. I initially called them in regard to helping me get my brand-new stove up and running because it says it needs to have the gas pressure adjusted by a professional, (which I thought I was getting). I told them exactly what to do because I knew how to do it myself, but it said it the gas pressure needed to be adjusted by a professional, so I thought, ok. Let me just have him change back the fittings we initially changed. They said they can come out for $89 but then forgot to mention how much everything else was. There was no mention about how much to do what I asked. Like I said, I told him exactly what to do, change the fittings back to natural gas because it has propane fittings on, and he thought he knew more than me, and said it didn't matter. Once it continued to not work, I said change the fittings, and what do you know, it works lol. But that's not what I hired them for, I thought there was a special way to adjust the gas, but there wasn't. I asked him if he could help with the front nozzle to turn on because the screws came loose and fell inside. As he was doing that, I asked so what's the charge? He said $212, and I said, FOR WHAT?! He said $89 is the diagnostic fee, and I mentioned, how is there a diagnostic fee when I already told you what's wrong with it, and exactly what to do. He said $89 for the diagnostic and the $123 is for labor. LOL to change 5 fittings!! He spent more time trying to figure out how to even get to the screws & fittings. It blew my mind because I'm watching this guy "work" and he doesn't even know how to work an impact gun especially when working with light fittings and things you shouldn't be overtightening etc. I said NO ONE was clear about the pricing, especially when you started. All anyone told me was $89, so I went with it. He said fine, you pay $89 and I leave right now?! I said shoots!!!! He hardly did much, and there's no way I was going to pay $212 just to unscrew 5 fittings and "adjust" the gas. Foreign guy with russian accent, and long hair. The repairman gave me his honest opinion about replacing the dryer rather than repair it. However, when he said a new dryer would probably last less than 5 years, I decided to repair our secondhand one. He also came out on an emergency basis the same evening we called. Great service. read more

YZ Pro is responsive, professional, and kept its initial time for the replacement. I've tried calling few places and everywhere else were either too slow to respond or requested diagnostic fee. I needed replacement for the Bosch top and they confirmed the model number and gave me a link to pay. As promised I received a call from YZ Pro to that the new glass top was ready to be installed. Artem came today on time, professional diassembled Bosch top and replaced with a brand new one. He was very friendly and detail oriented. He left with the old glass top to dispose and left cleaned. I wish I had checked the reviews more carefully. I explained the problem perfectly clearly online (brown residue on clothes, clothes still smelly after washing). He could have easily told me the estimated price ($400) before coming to my house. Instead, he came all the way out, confirmed what I already knew, and then charged me the $89 service fee just to give me the quote. It was a complete waste of money. I work for a property management company and the appliance company I normally work with don't work on Bosch products. This person had decent reviews and it was advertised $89 so I hired him. He scheduled pretty quick and went the morning of 8/15/25. He was pricey but he was already there. His invoice is very vague just saying he had to do minimal work. He then sends me a bill the same day of service on 8/15/25 around 10:30am. He calls me 4x between 3:41-3:52pm then sends me a text message saying he sent me the invoice and to pay today with a follow up message a minute later that if I refuse to pay, to let him know when my tenant is home so he can go and put it back to the way it was. i returned his call at 4:06pm letting him know his message was rude. He should've made it clear when he says he can bill the property management that he meant he needed payment immediately before going out to the job. When I originally called for his services I confirmed that he will bill the property management company and he did not say he needed payment the day of service. He said he had to put a hose back in place and replace another hose and that was $277.xx which is a lot more than most appliance companies I worked with. I will not work with this company again mainly because of the rude attitude. read more

Do not use these guys! It's either a scam or their guys aren't qualified to do this work and you'll end up paying for their lack of knowledge. Our washing machine was having an issue where it kept trying to drain after the cycle was over and also would turn off completely on its own at times. A quick google search told us that it was possibly a control board issue, but we called YZ since it didn't seem like an easy fix. The technician came out and at first couldn't find anything wrong, but after checking again found a part (not the control board, but another part that he coincidentally already had with him in his car) that was possibly faulty - said we didn't NEED to replace it but it would likely break eventually at some point in the future, so I said ok to replace it, assuming this was going to fix the issue. He replaced it, supposedly ran a test cycle (~5 min), charged me $350, and left. That same day, I washed a load of laundry and lo and behold, the draining issue was still there, but much worse! So I called them to come back again the next day - this time he said it must be the control board (no kidding), which would be another $200+ to replace. So now I'm just paying for a technician's trial and error? At that point we would have been in the hole for the cost of an entirely new machine, so I said no thanks and went ahead and just bought a new machine. I contacted YZ to request a refund, given that their technician had clearly mis-diagnosed the issue and I didn't feel that was something I should have to pay for (I was however willing to pay the $89 for the service call since I did ask them to come out). Long story short, at the end of many conversations (including with management), they basically refunded me the labor ($175) but not for the part because they couldn't return it to the supplier. So not only did I pay for a part that I didn't need, I ended up buying a new machine anyway. Lesson learned, if your washing machine breaks, you're probably better off just buying a new one - but if you do choose to repair, find someone who knows what they're doing and prioritizes their customer service over a technician who is trying to cover his own mistakes. read more

My ice maker in the refrigerator stopped working a few months ago. I drag my feet thinking it'll be a pain to schedule an appointment to get it inspected, part order, then repair. Turns out I was wrong. I contacted Yz Pro via Yelp, the response was fast and surprisingly, it was in the evening. (I message them late afternoon figuring I would get a response the next day.) They were able to schedule something the next day to check the problem and provide me the quote for the repair.
