Had problem with fridge the day before Thanksgiving. Part place was closed already that day. Even though Artem was off on Black Friday, he went to the parts store, picked up the part, and installed it. He could have said Monday but went above and beyond. Had to give him extra tip. Will do business with Yz Pro again. read more

We were more than happy to pay the very reasonable price for their professional services and I very highly recommend using YZ pro! Thank you for your help today. The communication was great from the start...the technician showed up right on time. He knew what the problem was right away and fixed it on the spot! I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend! read more

Technician used the wrong parts and washing machine was still having issues after changing suspension. They are fast and quick but technician not to knowledgeable. Tech offered to change water shut off valve at no cost but at the end he asked for 2 separate check payment, 1 addressed to him and the company. We ended up calling another company to fix the issue. That's when we found out the suspension part he used was not the right parts. I don't recommend this company read more

Terrible customer service. I called to try and get my washer fixed. Thoroughly explained to the guy on the phone the issue and the brand and model of the washer. The technician came out, was here less than five minutes, took one look and said there was nothing he could do because he had never seen this kind of washer before. He accepted the 89$ service fee and left with no follow up on whether they'd be able to find the part. We paid cash and he didn't have change so he kept the additional 11$. You would think they would've been able to say the exact same thing over the phone after I gave them all info up front. What a waste of everyone's time for something they could've told me over the phone. read more

I submitted a quote request on Yelp and was contacted immediately. I was able to schedule service for the very next morning - Sergey arrived right on time and called me about 30 min prior to let me know he was on his way. He fixed my dryer in an hour, and had all the parts on him. Very happy and will use them again in the future! read more

I wish I had checked the reviews more carefully. I explained the problem perfectly clearly online (brown residue on clothes, clothes still smelly after washing). He could have easily told me the estimated price ($400) before coming to my house. Instead, he came all the way out, confirmed what I already knew, and then charged me the $89 service fee just to give me the quote. It was a complete waste of money. I should have just asked for the price to clean the washing machine drum upfront. I do not recommend him. read more

Extremely happy with the quick response. More so they were available on the weekend with no extra charge. Glad it was an easy fix and he had the parts. He was done in less than an hour. read more

Broken refrigerator in summer is nightmare and find someone good is very challenging here. I tried first time at Ys pro and was so impressed. Called on Sunday afternoon came to estimate on Monday and fixed on Tuesday! Thank you Artem, you made my day. He came late evening after I finished work. I highly recommend! read more

I called on a Monday am and requested someone to assess the problem with my dishwasher. Eugene was there Monday afternoon. he diagnosed the problem, and he said he would be back Tuesday afternoon. He came back and fixed the dishwasher. His work was precise, fast and he cleaned up after himself. He was very professional, and he discounted my charges by the amount I paid for an assessment. I would highly recommend this company. I had the best service ever from an appliance company. read more

I work for a property management company and the appliance company I normally work with don't work on Bosch products. This person had decent reviews and it was advertised $89 so I hired him. He scheduled pretty quick and went the morning of 8/15/25. He was pricey but he was already there. His invoice is very vague just saying he had to do minimal work. He then sends me a bill the same day of service on 8/15/25 around 10:30am. He calls me 4x between 3:41-3:52pm then sends me a text message saying he sent me the invoice and to pay today with a follow up message a minute later that if I refuse to pay, to let him know when my tenant is home so he can go and put it back to the way it was. i returned his call at 4:06pm letting him know his message was rude. He should've made it clear when he says he can bill the property management that he meant he needed payment immediately before going out to the job. When I originally called for his services I confirmed that he will bill the property management company and he did not say he needed payment the day of service. He said he had to put a hose back in place and replace another hose and that was $277.xx which is a lot more than most appliance companies I worked with. I will not work with this company again mainly because of the rude attitude. read more

My ice maker in the refrigerator stopped working a few months ago. I drag my feet thinking it'll be a pain to schedule an appointment to get it inspected, part order, then repair. Turns out I was wrong. I contacted Yz Pro via Yelp, the response was fast and surprisingly, it was in the evening. (I message them late afternoon figuring I would get a response the next day.) They were able to schedule something the next day to check the problem and provide me the quote for the repair. Scheduling was easy and they were able to work around my schedule so I didn't have to take a day off. The repair itself was fast and now I have a working ice machine again. read more

Showed up promptly but had to wait a week for parts. Washer is now fixed and no more bouncing.

Do not use these guys! It's either a scam or their guys aren't qualified to do this work and you'll end up paying for their lack of knowledge. Our washing machine was having an issue where it kept trying to drain after the cycle was over and also would turn off completely on its own at times. A quick google search told us that it was possibly a control board issue, but we called YZ since it didn't seem like an easy fix. The technician came out and at first couldn't find anything wrong, but after checking again found a part (not the control board, but another part that he coincidentally already had with him in his car) that was possibly faulty - said we didn't NEED to replace it but it would likely break eventually at some point in the future, so I said ok to replace it, assuming this was going to fix the issue. He replaced it, supposedly ran a test cycle (~5 min), charged me $350, and left. That same day, I washed a load of laundry and lo and behold, the draining issue was still there, but much worse! So I called them to come back again the next day - this time he said it must be the control board (no kidding), which would be another $200+ to replace. So now I'm just paying for a technician's trial and error? At that point we would have been in the hole for the cost of an entirely new machine, so I said no thanks and went ahead and just bought a new machine. I contacted YZ to request a refund, given that their technician had clearly mis-diagnosed the issue and I didn't feel that was something I should have to pay for (I was however willing to pay the $89 for the service call since I did ask them to come out). Long story short, at the end of many conversations (including with management), they basically refunded me the labor ($175) but not for the part because they couldn't return it to the supplier. So not only did I pay for a part that I didn't need, I ended up buying a new machine anyway. Lesson learned, if your washing machine breaks, you're probably better off just buying a new one - but if you do choose to repair, find someone who knows what they're doing and prioritizes their customer service over a technician who is trying to cover his own mistakes. read more

The issue with the ice maker in our Samsung refrigerator was quickly and definitively diagnosed. The replacement part was ordered in a timely manner and installed, resolving the problem. Pricing was fair. read more

It was very easy to work with Sergei and Eugene. The response to my request was within minutes and they were great communicators - confirming appointments in advance and calling to let me know when the technician was on the way. Sergei went above and beyond when he offered to come to work on my washer even though it was after 6 pm on a Friday. He was sympathetic to my story of working with another repair company (who just didn't show up) which led me to almost 2.5 weeks without a working washer. I appreciate their kindness and hard work. I also appreciate that when you call them for help, a human answers (they do not rely on AI unlike the other repair company I tried to use) read more

My washer broke and I was about to replace it when I called Yz. Next day he was here fixing my washer. Even had the part on stock.

They hung up 3x's, I know how much Yelp's offers so much reputation and business. I had a bad experience with them through my home warranty. The price they set for me was $60, then they said$90. If you have home insurance this company is what will help you, they didn't have any information on me when the insurance gave my phone number. Good luck with hm this company! read more

Great experience! Very timely response in less than 12 hours to schedule the consultation. Sergey called prior to the appointment time, arrived at the time he indicated, and completed the work quickly and professionally. I'm very pleased with the outcome. Thank you so much! read more

I may be more understanding than some. I scheduled an appointment because my washing machine seemed off balance, and the technician didn't show up during the scheduled time frame. I contacted the business, and was informed that there was some kind of "emergency" that would delay the technician's arrival. I opted for an appointment the following morning. The next morning, the technician called me to confirm my availability and let me know his arrival time. He arrived as scheduled. Evaluated the situation with my machine, and informed me that it was the motor causing the problem. He did not recommend repairing the machine as the cost for the repair would be high. He suggested that I use the machine until it becomes unusable and then purchase a new machine. While there was the hiccup on the first appointment, I truly appreciated his honesty in evaluating the issue. I would certainly be contacting them again. read more

Seems very eager for work. Even more eager for payment. I'm a rental manager. My regular repair tech is injured so I tried Yz. Quick to schedule. Quick to send diagnostics bill which I paid within 21 minutes of email receipt (credit card payment only plus 3% fee). Also authorized the repair within 24 minutes of receipt. Today, TUESDAY 5/27 8:45 am I get the repair bill. Invoice says DUE 5/24!OVERDUE! I ask for photos (my regular guy sends photos of the parts/repair). Yz tells me the job was finished yesterday; didn't take photos; ask your tenant. 10:19 am. Yz emails: give me a call. Oops! Yelp long-distance number doesn't accept calls. 10:24 am. Yz emails: Invoice needs to be paid. 11:52 am. Yz emails: If you don't make payment, we will go and take the parts that we installed before. Meanwhile, tenant confirms the repair was done TODAY, not yesterday. How can repair (done 5/27), invoice sent 5/27, have a due date 5/24, be marked OVERDUE!?! I'm assuming the repair was done properly but Yz way of doing business is not appreciated. Unless you are a homeowner with your credit card ready, or a rental manager sitting by your computer waiting for the bill, this company might not work for you. read more

5 Stars - Honest, Professional, and Incredibly Helpful! Alex from YZ Pro was fantastic from start to finish. He was quick to respond to my Yelp request and was upfront about the service fee, which was very reasonable. I reached out thinking my washing machine had a leak, but when Alex arrived--right on time--he carefully assessed the situation and diagnosed the real issue: a clogged drain that the washer was connected to, not the washer itself. He was friendly, patient, and thorough in explaining how he came to that conclusion, which I really appreciated. Thanks to his honest evaluation, I was able to bring in a plumber to address the actual problem. I'm really impressed with the level of service and integrity Alex showed. I wouldn't hesitate to call YZ Pro again in the future. Highly recommended! read more
