Make an appointment with them to come the following day between 12-2pm. The next day we waited until 1:30pm and no had showed up. I called to confirm we the representative would be arriving. They said they had no appointment scheduled. Really Bad customer service. I do not recommend read more

I highly recommend Yz Pro. Our Whirlpool refrigerator was leaking from the ice maker and then became stuck. The tech was able to diagnose and explain what was wrong. It was due to compressor running hot. He was unable to completely fix the problem, but was able to stop the leaking. We truly appreciated the quick response and price for repair was more than reasonable. When contacting Whirlpool directly, they wanted a downpayment prior to looking at the job. read more

My washer broke down yesterday and I called Yz Pro to schedule an appointment. They were able to come that same day in the late afternoon but because my washer is outside I was worried about visibility so Sergey came this morning. This company is excellent. Sergey arrived on time, was very pleasant, polite, and professional, evaluated the problem and had it fixed in no time. He explained everything perfectly. Pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend Yz Pro!!! read more

Service was very prompt and they seem quite knowledgeable. I really appreciated the ability to explain our issue in a way that helped us understand what was needed to be resolved. Our LG fridge was not producing ice from either ice makers, but Yz Pro was able to order the parts and get them up and running in under 2 weeks. Would definitely reach out to them again if we needed any appliances serviced :) read more

Yz Pro responded quickly and promptly answering any questions I had via text (they have dispatchers). Then when I decided to go with this company Sergey called and said he can come earlier than the scheduled appointment time, which was great. He was professional and was very direct with me and all of my options. He provided great service and recommendations based on his expertise. The flat rate for an estimate was not too bad at $89. I was able to purchase part/item and install myself. Now my washer working well. Thanks Sergey! read more

Wanted to try this company for a washer issue I was having. Unfortunately they did not fix my issue however it was my decision based on their honesty about the issue where I decided to just buy another washer. So I live in an apartment and I have a connected stacked washer and dryer. My unit came with a lot junk appliances and things that I had to do a lot of repairs or replacements over the past year. My washer is working but it is making a loud squeaky noise while on wash cycle. I called around for someone to come by within two weeks. Looking for appliance company: I called around. They were so easy to schedule an appointment and very flexible. They definitely have high customer service where the dispatcher and techs were kind in scheduling and answering my questions. Communication: They take calls and you will mostly work with Eugenia or a dispatcher for coordination, scheduling, and questions. They also take text as well. They did call me which I preferred that they are on their way or if they had any questions. Payment: Paid with card. I did not ask about paying by check or cash but I believe they accept those. There is a diagnostic fee and part fee if they need to buy something. Three days and process: Their process is that they will visit and do a diagnostic. If it is something easy to fix, they will do it on the first visit. However, if it is something they need to repair or replace with new parts they will schedule another appointment. They did try their best to come back on same day. Their first visit, they came in the morning and then came back in the afternoon to replace a part. We thought that fixed the issue as my washer was not squeaking, but my washer fooled us. It started squeaking again on the wash cycle. Called them back and they rescheduled to come back first thing the next morning. This time they just did a diagnostic and I needed to reschedule for a third day visit. They came back the third day and it was determined their was a part that I had to replace to fix the issue with a 20% chance of my washing machine be completely broken. Decision: Lately, my odds have not been so great and they were very transparent and discussed options with me. I thank them for coming back multiple times, being flexible, making me feel as a valued customer, and being transparent and honest about my options. Because I did not want to risk not having a washer, I decided to just buy a new one. Overall: Overall I would go back with them. Thank you Norlan, Eugene, and Eugenia for helping me with my washer! read more

On time. Polite. Got the job done. I'd call Artim again if needed. Saved me good money as I was about to buy a new dishwasher. read more

I left a message for Eugene to inquire about his availability to repair my refrigerator which was not staying cold nor making ice. Within minutes, Eugene sent a message and said he was available on the same day, after 4:00 PM, which was a request I had made. This is important to me because often, repair people are not available for days and in the meantime, you are stuck with the results of whatever appliance is not working. Later in the day, I realized I had purchased an extended warranty on the refrigerator and they will repair it for me. (Although I still don't know when they're coming!!) While I never actually hired Eugene, I have been impressed with his professionalism, his flexibility to work around my schedule, and his prompt communication. These are qualities all of us desire when we hire folks. If I could give Eugene 10 stars, I would. read more

The response time was excellent. I had a problem with my refrigerator which stopped cooling. I put in a request on Yelp and Yz Pro responded within the hour. Mind you this was around 9-10 at night. I was grateful for the response for this is something that needed to be fixed ASAP. Eugene contacted me and offered two slots for service which were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). The repair was done efficiently. Arrived on time to determine what the problem was. He was able to give me a reasonable quote and was back the very next day to complete the job. So far, everything seems to be running fine. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an urgent repair! So far everything seems to be working well! Refrigerator is cool again and freezer is doing its job as well! Thank you for your service! read more

Had to repair a dishwasher and ended up flooding my kitchen, and still could not fix the dishwasher.

Prompt appointment, arrived within a reasonable timeframe, quickly determined the issue, advised of my options.

Sergey came over to troubleshoot my refrigerator on a Sunday. Although the refrigerator's prognosis wasn't encouraging, he took the time to examine and take sections apart in a logical manner. His explanation of what was going on with it made it easy to decide on which decision was best. Would recommend Yz Pro to others. read more

These guys have the worst communication and service I've ever had. They are scammers. They charged me a lot to fix my microwave/oven combo and in the end it's not fixed. They even had problems getting the oven from the wall and when they put it back they didn't replace all the screws. They want to continue to charge me and not guarantee that it will be fixed! What the heck? Don't go with these guys. You'll be sorry. These yelp reviews can't be legitimate. Beware. read more

I used YzPro for a different appliance issue. Once again, YzPro was very responsive and efficient. Our Samsung top-loading washer kept going out of balance during spin cycles. The technician diagnosed the problem and replaced the suspension rods. read more

Highly recommend YZ Pro for your home appliance repair. We called them and got a quick appointment. Great communication- they called saying they will be at our home within 30 minutes. Ted showed up on time, took apart our stove top control panel, said he'll be back in an hour with the part and arrived back in 45 minutes! Everything is in working order. Ted was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you Ted and YZ Pro!! read more

Terrible service. I wanted to get my refrigerator repaired. Every time I called them they said they would get back to me as to when they could do the repairs. I called them 9 times because they never got back to me or gave me updates. The 7th time I called they said they would order the part. They should get it in 2-3 days and schedule the service. They never gave me updates and my refrigerator is still not fixed. I finally told them to cancel the service and I would look elsewhere. Stay away from this company! read more

YZ pro responded quickly. The repair person spent several hours working on our washer and repaired and replace the part that was needed. However, it seem to have other issues and he had already spent over three hours trying to find and solve the problem. He promised to come back the next day to continue his work, but we decided to just buy a new washer at this point. I must say, though that he was very diligent in his work and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend pro YZ pro! read more

After the power outage last week, our washing machine would not go through the cycles. I called for a technician. When he arrived (Armes) I told him I thought it needed to be recalibrated. Without touching the machine, he told me that the control panel was fried and that I needed to buy a new washing machine. I said "are you sure", so he turned the dial once and said "you need to buy a new machine, that will be $89". So I paid him for the diagnoses, and he left. My wife and I spent half a day driving down to Home Depot and bought a new machine. The next day, my wife decided to fiddle with the old machine and it's working great again! Luckily we were able to cancel the delivery of the new machine. Two days ago I called Yz to tell them what happened. No one answered, so I left a message to call me back. I'm still waiting for the call. I guess I'll just eat the wasted $89 for the false diagnoses. read more

Eugene did an amazing job on not only diagnosing the problem, but also fixing the problem quickly with my stacked front load Whirlpool washer/dryer Being in a studio in Kakaako, the washer/dryer is located in a closet and is a tight fit to get to and fix. Eugene was able to move the appliance single handedly and quickly found that the problem, which I believe was the washer's pressure gauge. After taking the washer apart and fixing it, Eugene put the washer back together again without a problem. Taking a little more than an hour to do all of that, my washer which broke this morning is now fixed and I contacted Eugene only a couple hours ago. Reliable. Efficient. And knowledgeable. And it cost a little more than $100. Highly recommend Eugene if you need something fixed. read more

Put out an APB on Yelp one evening for anyone who could fix a washer for my in-laws, and within minutes Yz responded and said a tech could come out later the next morning to check it out. Guy came out the next day, assessed the issue, and gave an estimate. But my in-laws declined, initially. They were gonna go and get a new washer, instead. But they discovered the better deal would be getting it fixed. So i contact Yz again to tell them my in-laws changed their mind and asked if they would go back and do the repair after all. They responded they could later that afternoon, showed up and finished the repair! This is the most hassle-free appliance repair service EVER! Thank you, Yz! You'll be our go-to from now on! read more
