Yz Pro was amazing! Responded within the hour and came right away. Fixed our broken refrigerator door and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend! Thanks Yelp for the recommendation! read more

My washer was out of balance during the spin cycle causing the washer to shake aggressively. Went with Yz Pro because of the reviews. Eugene contacted me with a quote and gave me multiple time slots to choose from. Sergey was my technician and was able to come out to my home way before the time slot i picked. Sergey already had the parts on hand to fix my washer. Ended up replacing the suspension rods. Now my washer is back to full operation. Thank you Eugene for your fast response time. And thank you Sergey for your fast professional work. read more

When our dryer broke down, I called YZ Pro and they came out the very next day (unlike more well-known companies that take weeks to show up). They completed the diagnostic and ordered the part needed. The technician came out the following day to complete the repair at a very reasonable price. The dryer is working great-thanks to YZ Pro. If you have a broken appliance- call YZ Pro for fast and efficient service! read more

They were able to come to my house and work on my washer and dryer in a very timely way. They did great work on my 34 year-old appliances.

I called Yz Pro on Tuesday morning (1/7/2025) to schedule a refrigerator repair - and spoke to a receptionist who was perfectly nice - and I was told they would have a technician meet with me the next day (Wednesday) between 12 noon and 2pm. This was great - having a broken refrigerator sucked - and getting to see a technician the next day was a godsend. Wednesday (1/8/2025) rolled around and I decided to call Yz Pro just to confirm the appointment - I called at 12:15pm - just to make sure - I spoke to a different receptionist and was told the appointment was NOW from 12 noon to 4pm. WAIT A SECOND - a 12 noon to 2pm appointment was what we had agreed on - but okay - I'd try to make that work - even though it would mean losing an entire afternoon of work (and pay!!!!). So I called my building manager to tell him that the time was being extended by Yz Pro until 4pm. My building manager informed me that all repair folks had to be out of the building by 4pm per building rules. So I called Yz Pro back to try and get them to prioritize the appointment and arrive soon enough so they could finish by the 4pm deadline. The new receptionist said she would check the recording of the call the previous day - and also check with the technician to see if they could get to me in time. Yz Pro's receptionist called back - CONFIRMED that the appointment was made from 12 noon to 2pm - told me the technician could NOT get to me by 3pm - so they would not be able to service my refrigerator today. So I'm out an entire 1/2 a workday - still with a busted refrigerator - and now I'm trying to schedule a NEW appointment with a different repair company. I can understand the delay - I can understand schedules get jumbled - BUT the fact that they Yz Pro KNEW they schedule the appointment from 12 noon to 2pm - then CHANGED IT - extending the appointment from 12 noon to 4pm - and didn't bother to call me - didn't bother to see if this was workable - just figured I'd sit there and wait for them until - well - whenever they got there...that's really unprofessional. C'mon. If you change the time - tell the customer. If you can't make the time that YOUR COMPANY set - try to bend over backwards to accommodate a time that would work for me. I will say - the receptionist was courteous and professional - and I was impressed that she would acknowledge that the appointment WAS indeed for 12 noon to 2pm. But that does not get me 1/2 a workday back or fix my refrigerator. read more

Great service all around! I would highly recommend them. I put in a request through Yelp because my dryer was squeaking. I got an immediate response to schedule an appointment the next day between 9 and 11. They charge an assessment fee that goes towards the repair. Then I received a call from Sergii around 8:30 the next day confirming that he was on his way. Sergii assessed the issue and told me the price. Once I agreed, he started the repair right away. The dryer is stacked, and he had to do a lot of maneuvering; it looked like a tough job for one person. But he got it done! He finished in about an hour. He was very professional and polite. It was really nice to resolve this issue within less than a day of contacting the business. read more

My washing machine was leaking. I sent out a yelp request and he got back to me right away. He came to do the initial assessment. The fee for the initial assessment can go toward your overall repair. He charged me for parts and labor, extremely fair prices. And then with all of that, two days after the initial request my washing machine was fixed! Thank you so much read more

My 3-year-old Kitchenaid dishwasher started making a loud buzzing sound and collecting water in the bottom. YZ came out the day after I contacted them and found a broken circulation pump. A few days later they had the part and installed it. Very satisfied with their speed, price, and quality. read more

Great service, they were able to come out and diagnose the problem on a one year old washing machine on a Sunday afternoon.

Tech came and helped us out. Was missing parts and would said would come the next day and give us a call. Waited for the call but no call came so called the office. They said they would call us back. Waited and no call. Called again. They said they would check again and call us back. Disrespectful to our time. read more

Our dryer wasn't heating anymore so I searched Yelp for a repair service and found YZ Pro. There were less than 20 reviews but the reviews they had were good so I decided to give them a chance. I messaged them and got a quick response and their soonest availability which was the next morning. Eugene called me and informed me that he was on his way and arrived early. He was able to disassemble my dryer and locate the issue. The best part was that he had a replacement part with him and was able to complete the repair. He worked very efficiently and cleanly making sure to double check his work. I am very pleased with his professionalism and will be using him for all of our major appliances repairs read more

Check out my recent review of Yz Pro. To repeat: Yz Pro responded very quickly to my request to have my dryer and washer repaired. The technician, Nolan, was very knowledgable and managed to get both machines operating within 2 hours. Despite his thick accent and my poor hearing, we managed to communicate very well. The cost of the repairs was quite reasonable... read more

Technician Ser was outstanding in assessing our situation and providing options. Mahalo chief...

Eugene from Yz Pro was on time for the appointment and performed quality work. Highly recommended!

Honest people here at YZ. I had a technician come to check out my sub zero freezer as the temperature was fluctuating. Technician diagnosed as broken compressor and then subsequently let me know because my unit is so old the parts weren't available. I got a second opinion with another company and they were able to replace my fan and electrical wiring and voila it was fixed. I wrote back to Eugene at YZ explaining that I was charged for a misdiagnosis then also was told the parts don't exist (I confirmed with other company that compressor is in fact available). Eugene agreed with me that I should not be charged for a misdiagnosis and refunded me my money. Though they couldn't fix my issue this time, definitely will still consider using them in the future given their honesty and integrity. Mahalo Eugene! read more

Artem showed up on time, quickly assessed the problem and gave us his honest opinion about whether to repair or replace the washing machine. Very polite, would call YZ Pro again! read more

Quick response to our dryer problem by coming here next day! Checked out LG dryer & said it could be repaired with work done under 2 hours! Very courteous and efficient! Thank you, Yz Pro! E really appreciate your timely response & repair! read more

Quality of back office communication was very poor and frustrating. The Technician appears to be good and efficient but getting estimates and answers to simple questions takes too long. Back office seems more concerned about charging a diagnostic fee than expediting repairs. I don't think they are flat out a scam but feels the operation is designed to extract diagnostic fees and not necessarily fix anything in a timely manner. read more

Eugene promptly replied to my repair request and arrived for service just an hour later, which was a pleasant surprise. He diagnosed the issue with my microwave and performed the repair quickly and professionally. I very much appreciated his work and recommend this company. read more

Pleased w/ the service! Answered request promptly, able to schedule a diagnostic visit within a few days to fix the igniters that weren't working on my stove and credited the diagnostic fee to payment for the overall bill. read more

Repaired Dryer on time. Tech worked quietly and efficiently. Super job. Call these guys. Excellent.

I had tried to go with a different company who bailed on my scheduled appointment that I took work off for...so I found YZ Pro on Google and called them and they came the very next day to look at my washer, they were able to order that part and schedule to come make the repairs that same week. Super fast and easy to work with. As a single female I felt very comfortable with my tech in my house and he was very professional and cleaned up behind himself. Will keep their number saved for any future appliance repairs! Thank you read more

Great service and timely repair. Craft ice maker working great now. Highly recommend.

Very dependable & professional service. From making an appt to quote for your service.

Made an appointment to check my non-working refrigerator ice maker. After inspection he recommended a new ice maker and ordered it on the spot. (I've heard other repairmen inform me that often the model needed is very hard to find.) I was shocked that he got on his cell and ordered the part while I was standing there. He informed me he would arrange a day and time when he received the unit. Two days later I was informed that the part had arrived and set-up an appointment at my convenience to install the new unit. It was somewhat surprising when he installed the new unit in less than 15 minutes. As recommended, I was informed to check unit in 24 hours. Next day everything was fine. Mahalo read more

Very quick to respond, got to the root of the problem quickly (needed new pump for dishwasher) and followed up to do the repair once the part was available - super happy. read more

The repair man from Yx Pro was great. After a quick assessment of my broken fridge, he reported that the compressor was kaput. I got an estimation from Sergei that to repair this was considered a major repair service and cost would cost several hundreds of dollars to fix. I decided to invest the money in buying a new fridge since the broken one was already 10 years old. I asked Sergei if they also assist with new fridge installation and he said they do. I would recommend Yz Pro - fast & efficient service! read more

Sergei was knowledgeable and gave us good advice and it worked. Thank you so much. I would use them again.
