Made an appointment to check my non-working refrigerator ice maker. After inspection he recommended a new ice maker and ordered it on the spot. (I've heard other repairmen inform me that often the model needed is very hard to find.) I was shocked that he got on his cell and ordered the part while I was standing there. He informed me he would arrange a day and time when he received the unit. Two days later I was informed that the part had arrived and set-up an appointment at my convenience to install the new unit. The repair man from Yx Pro was great. After a quick assessment of my broken fridge, he reported that the compressor was kaput. I got an estimation from Sergei that to repair this was considered a major repair service and cost would cost several hundreds of dollars to fix. I decided to invest the money in buying a new fridge since the broken one was already 10 years old. I asked Sergei if they also assist with new fridge installation and he said they do. I contacted YZ pro for a refrigerator leak based on the reviews. The tech showed up on time, got right to work. He found the problem he thought and things were fine until the next morning when there is another leak. Held off calling a day because maybe it was a loose ice cube but it happened the next morning too. I contacted the office and ask them to come back and take another look, they were wonderful, I was able to get the work scheduled the following day and they said they would look at it at no charge given the short period of reoccurrence. The same tech came back and this time he got it fixed. With a lot of work, and perseverance he found what may have been also causing the problem. Despite all that additional work, the company did not charge me for the additional time which I found to be very honest. I expected a break but it showed me they really care about their customers and the work they do. They are friendly, knowledgeable, they clean the entire area before they leave. Our dryer wasn't heating anymore so I searched Yelp for a repair service and found YZ Pro. There were less than 20 reviews but the reviews they had were good so I decided to give them a chance. I messaged them and got a quick response and their soonest availability which was the next morning. Eugene called me and informed me that he was on his way and arrived early. He was able to disassemble my dryer and locate the issue. The best part was that he had a replacement part with him and was able to complete the repair. Disappointed, on 6/16 post on Yelp ask for help regarding my washer, messages mention with Code and what's problem on my washer according contact with manufacturer company.After post , bunch of companies pop up and I Chose one of them call YZ Pro, charge rate for diagnosis which is understand and as an oral agreement. But when tech arrived, he's only see the washer serial number and ask what code it's appears, I told him and he said a problem on drainage , ask for fix and costs $385, it's happened only between 10 minutes, I ask him you even not open the back and check what really happened and ask me fix it or not, I said you only look at the serial number and even didn't touch it, what's going on, then he call the office and pass me the phone, I told the other party what's going on but opposite party just keep saying you just want not to pay the diagnosis fee, I was so mad and said said your tech didn't provide the service, I know what's happening to my washer already and post all information on yelp, you are not coming to tell me the costs of fixing it and even not have a look , after I pass the phone back to tech, after they talk and said now offer open it up and check what really happened. I refused and I don't trust your company anymore and I pay the fee by check in name of their company. Very disappointed and bad experience. read more

I called looking for someone willing to travel out to Hauula to repair an ice maker. I gave the person who answered the phone the exact address, and was told that they do service that area. That there would be an 89.00 diagnostic fee, which I agreed to. I drove 45 minute to get to the unit in Hauula, and received a text from YZ that the fee would now be 169.00 because of the distance. They sent this 10 minutes before the start of the scheduled appointment, 8 to 10. And what frustrated me even more, they wanted the money paid upfront, before theyd send anyone out. I talked to the owner of the unit who was willing to pay the increased amount.But when I informed her of the upfront payment, she agreed, something doesnt sound right Shes had multiple repairs done in the past, by reputable servicemen, and has never had to pay the fee upfront. The tech was earlier than the time specified, but it was all good as I was eager to get my wash fixed. He advises the pump needed replacing and he had it on hand and it was fixed the same day. Reasonably priced, made the appt on a Sunday and they got my washer fixed the next day. I would definitely use them again. read more

Whirlpool washer stuck on sensing fill cycle, contacted Eugene late in the day post regular operating hours. Responded in minutes, communication was clear. Next morning came out onto premise, diagnosed the problem, obtained parts and repaired the machine. All done in 2 hours time. Pricing reasonable, payment method and invoice is clear cut. Terrible follow-up. The owner did not return my message after paying him the $89 diagnostic fee. He never got back to me after sending me a work estimate. I would say this business isn't very professional so I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with this company.
