Ryan is very helpful and doesn't pressure you like salespeople at other furniture stores, he's very knowledgeable about the furniture. My only complaint that has nothing to do with this location is that the delivery men, both of them walked all over my carpet with their dirty shoes multiple times before I noticed since i was signing the order on their clip board. I thought they would stop walking on my carpet after they carried the sofa in but they did not. They should know better not to dirty carpets in Hawaii and to take off their shoes. I had to clean my carpet after they left and not happy about that. Part of it is my fault for not noticing. i recommend this place because the prices are cheaper and they had the perfect fit with a more light weight sofa for my small apartment. Walking in we were immediately greeted and was asked all the basic questions of what we're looking for which is a mattress and ruled out anything that's memory foam and just something simple which we were instantly taken to a few options for us and a matter of choose the firmness we desired. The other options that we did have is there is no longer box springs that supports the mattress which is a nicer option so it's just that and the base where that's the other option to choose from the basic to the bougie one that will lift your mattress to a more comfort and supportive fit. Seriously not knowing much of the difference or comparison with any other type of mattress but did love that they do offer a lot of accessories so that you don't need to shop for like mattress cover and sheets as well but we did keep it simple and they do deliver and remove your old mattress as well making it a simple process and since there was a type of sale that worked well for us we walked away feeling great knowing that some comfort was as easy process as giving them a visit. On 1/17/26, I entered the Kailua store in search of the bunk boards. The female that assisted me was initially polite and helpful, but quickly became pushy. Instead of talking with me about my needs and their offerings, she talked at me and over me at times as if I knew nothing about what I was looking for. I found this to be frustrating since I've been through the bed buying process several times. The most frustrating part of the interaction was when she tried to sell me on a very expensive, "Tempurpedic" foundation that was going to cost me over $800, knowing that it was not for a memory foam mattress! We got into a mini dispute about the difference between a king sized bed versus and eastern king, which there is no difference at all, but I let it go since she had a slight accent, which may have caused the confusion. Although the selection is great and the store is nice and clean, don't go here unless you want to feel pressured into buying something that you may not want. Otherwise, I'd recommend choosing another store or asking for another associate to help you. I ended up at Slumber World in Salt Lake, got two twin XL, full support, upholstered, bunk boards for half the price!

I thought that that was the reason why she wanted to sleep in the recliner... because it's adjustable... I happened to pass by BedMart at Pearl City Gateway. It's located between Longs Drugs Store and Foodland Farms, and across the parking lot from Dunkin' and Hana Tea. Tom was here the first day that I visited. I asked him about twin sized beds - how much is a mattress and how much is the frame, and can my aunty come and try it out. Sure. However, no twin-sized beds are on the floor right now - but the XL twin bed (5 inches longer) is on display. Maria helped me on the second day that I visited. She gave me more information about the different types of mattresses and seemed more helpful. All of the beds are adjustable. The twin XL bed would require longer sheets. The 5 extra inches are to provide for the bed's changing angles. She offered me some water, but I told her I had to get going. Aunty changes her mind a lot. One day, she's complaining, and the next day, she'll say she likes her current bed. Well... I have this bed option in case she changes her mind again. Delivery and installation are included in the purchase price.
