The other options that we did have is there is no longer box springs that supports the mattress which is a nicer option so it's just that and the base where that's the other option to choose from the basic to the bougie one that will lift your mattress to a more comfort and supportive fit. Seriously not knowing much of the difference or comparison with any other type of mattress but did love that they do offer a lot of accessories so that you don't need to shop for like mattress cover and sheets as well but we did keep it simple and they do deliver and remove your old mattress as well making it a simple process and since there was a type of sale that worked well for us we walked away feeling great knowing that some comfort was as easy process as giving them a visit. I think it's important to look into these other companies that you are working with. They have multiple reviews on Yelp from different customers that had very similar situations happen to them. I am absolutely enjoying my new mattress but now I am in the middle of a horrible ongoing investigation. Hopefully I can get some good rest on my mattress after all of this!!

Although my bed frame is equipped with 16 slats, which is more than adequate, I prefer the extra support of a solid foundation. I knew exactly what I wanted and needed. On 1/17/26, I entered the Kailua store in search of the bunk boards. The female that assisted me was initially polite and helpful, but quickly became pushy. Instead of talking with me about my needs and their offerings, she talked at me and over me at times as if I knew nothing about what I was looking for. I found this to be frustrating since I've been through the bed buying process several times. The most frustrating part of the interaction was when she tried to sell me on a very expensive, "Tempurpedic" foundation that was going to cost me over $800, knowing that it was not for a memory foam mattress! We got into a mini dispute about the difference between a king sized bed versus and eastern king, which there is no difference at all, but I let it go since she had a slight accent, which may have caused the confusion. Although the selection is great and the store is nice and clean, don't go here unless you want to feel pressured into buying something that you may not want. Otherwise, I'd recommend choosing another store or asking for another associate to help you. I ended up at Slumber World in Salt Lake, got two twin XL, full support, upholstered, bunk boards for half the price!

He showed us different sofas and kept saying that he would get us a good discount. My mom didn't find anything that she liked, so we never asked what the discount would be. It's two stories. We didn't head upstairs. We found sofas, beds and massage chairs on the first level. Ahhhh massage chairs!!! I could use one of those.

I told him I needed it delivered this week, and he checked his inventory and one of the ones I liked, he had, and it was on sale. It could be delivered a few days later and the times were 8-8 pm. My parents senior living building said the best times were 9-11 or 1-5, so it doesn't interrupt lunch. I spoke to I believe Mark, and he said if I wanted a special delivery, it would cost extra, so I took my chances. I don't know if Mark said anything, but my delivery confirmation was between 9:30-11:30! And then they were early! Mel and Elijah were great! They were so friendly and kind to my parents! But what impressed me the most was when they took off their shoes before entering! Very respectful! They moved the old mattress and box springs, and even went so far as to break down the old frame. They didn't have to do that. They set the legs to the lowest height., set the Sealy medium, Euro pillow top mattress on top, and were done!
