I went in about a week ago to get a pillow as I am a side sleeper and have been having a lot of trouble sleeping. I knew I needed a new pillow but went to multiple different stores and could not find anything. We decided to come here and Mark, the salesman who helped us, was very through. He had me try a few different pillows and gave me a cover to protect my head, which I really appreciated. I finally found a pillow after looking for weeks. I was so happy to go home to sleep haha! I recently purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress from Nathan Lee at SlumberWorld Bougainville, across the street from Target. I visited the store a number of times to talk with Nathan and spend time checking out many different mattresses. He was attentive and informative. Not pushy. Nathan invited me to take my time and figure out what would suit me best. I finally returned and purchased my selection. It was Nathan's customer service that made the difference. Located right across of Target, SlumberWorld is the place to go if you're serious about getting the best sleep of your life. We were quickly greeted by a sales rep but had requested to work with Mark. My boyfriend and I were pretty much set on getting a Tempurpedic but wasn't sure which one we should get, Mark was super helpful with helping us choose. He had us lay down on their Dream Discovery machine which shows the pressure points that you need to pay attention to when sleeping, from there the machine recognizes which type of bed is best suited for you (soft, firm, in between, etc.) After receiving our results Mark directed us to two best Tempurperdic's that will work for us as a couple. He had us lay there for 30 mins to ensure that the memory form complete conformed to our body and we had a right feel for the bed. After testing out two types of beds we were set on the Tempureperdic-Flex Supreme Breeze! We got some bells and whistles like the mattress protector, thunder pillows (which aren't that great for $200 each), and pillow protectors. There was no pressure to purchase the add ones but if you're spending $4-5k on a bed, you definitely want to make sure your bed is protector from any kinda of human bodily fluids or accidentally spills! The most awesome part is that you're able to take home the beds, try it out for a couple months and if you decide that's not the one you want, exchange it (or return it but I'm not 100% sure on that). Many people don't realize how important a bed is, you're spending majority of your life laying down or sleeping, why not do it on something your body will thank you for? I definitely wake up better in the morning and my body can tell the difference. read more

Buyers BEWARE if you buy bed furniture from the Kapolei Slumber World and you have it delivered & installed at your home. Watch the people that deliver & install your items etc..... "BE AWARE" WATCH THEM CLOSELY" don't leave them in the area they are installing. "They will steel from you" This happened to us when we purchase a platform bed mattress and drawers. We didn't realize this happened ( a week & a half later) when my boyfriend went to put his expensive jewelry on & his jewelry was gone. Our bedroom is always kept locked and no goes into our bedroom without us being in there. The only time someone was allowed into our bedroom was when these people from Slumber World came to deliver & install our bed. My boyfriend sat on the living room sofa while they installed the bed. So there is no doubt in our mind that it was the delivery people who stole my boyfriends jewelry, bcus no one else entered our bedroom before or after they installed the bed. I spoke to the manager of SW and she said there is nothing they can do about it because there is no proof what proof do they need,? We have no reason to lie about the incident we want the public to "BE AWARE" DISAPPOINTED IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT WE WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND WE WILL DISCOURAGE OTHERS WHO EVEN THINK OF GOING TO THIS STORE..........DON'T DO IT...... read more

Honey was amazing. She made us feel super comfortable and she did not pressure or stalk us like we've experienced elsewhere (you know, that used car salesman approach). We laid on ALL the beds like crazy people and she brought us pillows and cookies! We began looking for a bed 2 months ago and started at SlumberWorld with Honey. At the time we couldn't commit to the price of the Tempurpedic and needed some time to think about it. After that we looked at Mattress Firm and Bed Mart. After trying out more affordable options we laid on a Tempurpedic again at BedMart and decided that we needed to get one. So, we left Bedmart in Kapolei and drove all the way to SlumberWorld to specifically see Honey so we could buy our bed from her! That's how awesome her customer service is! I worked with Mark this weekend on getting an adjustable bed for my husband who had just broke his hip. Mark was so professional and helpful. He even made several phone calls in order to get a bed on the next delivery day. I can't say enough about his customer service. -_-zZzZz We came in on a Sunday and it was busy. They are located across from Target in Salt Lake with a private lot that you can park in. It's next to Ashely Furniture. We were immediately greeted when we walked in by a big Japanese guy that you can't miss! Issac took the time to get to know us and see what was important to us when looking to invest into a new bed. We didn't feel any pressure to purchase the same day which is great since it's a fairly big investment. I didn't know that there was so much to consider when shopping for a bed. He took time to educate us about different types of mattresses. I know they have organic foods but beds?! That was something we both learned about when we were going through the showroom. It was well lit, clean and had ample room between beds to walk through. The selection they offer is diverse and he took time to go through the differences of each of the beds we got to rest on. One of the beds was a Temper-Pedic with moving box and that was awesome. We immediately felt the difference of that bed compared to others. That bed lives up to its reputation! It was around $2,500 for that bed set. We also got to lay on the Vive Gel Bed and that was heavenly! A king sized bed goes for about $12,000 and queen size for about $8,700. The last notable bed was a BeautySleep that was about $1,000. We learned that pillows also add to a great sleep experience at home. The pillows we got to rest on were pretty cool. Apparently there are many types of pillows too! So many new things to consider. We didn't purchase anything yet since we have much to consider about the purchase but we definitely will in the future. We were desperate for a new bed but, not sure where to look. The first place we went to we found a bed we liked but was a little more then five thousand dollars. Because we couldn't spend that much we left and were thinking we are doomed. I began looking for them second hand. I didn't wanna go that route but I was looking for some deals after seeing the last price tag. I also went on Yelp to know which places to steer clear from and I'm thankful for that. Then someone told me about slumber world and boy!!! Am I happy they did. I walked in and they not only have the largest inventory but also have various price ranges to fit your budget. Karene took her time helping us find the perfect mattress, informing us on how to care for it and about the ten year warranty. We now have the best mattress we've ever had. We spent what people are selling there second hand mattresses for online I'm so happy I came here. They have free delivery and a ten year warranty also, if you end up not liking your mattress you can switch it for a new one in the first 120 days. After waking up the first morning of awesome rest we got a post card. I do appreciate bussinesses that go that extra mile to take care of customers. read more

I'm sleeping on the floor tonight thanks to SlumberWorld. We had nothing but problems from this location from the beginning as for when we called this location they quoted us the wrong price on a bed frame when I was explicitly clear what I needed. Instead, when we showed up to buy the frame it was almost double what they quoted! Because we needed the frame for our new bed set, we ate the price and took it home. Attempted install on the bed on a Sunday night- assuming that we had everything we needed. Instead we took our previous bed completely apart and crack open the box of rails from SlumberWorld only to discover that half of the rails WERE NOT THERE. Now we are sleeping with a mattress on the floor tonight because there is no one currently at SlumberWorld to receive my nasty criticism on their service. So, if you consider this location for any of your bedding needs, be sure to check the damn box for all of its contents before bringing it home. read more

We had the pleasure of working with Mark this afternoon, the bedding & mattress specialist. We went to another store before getting here & we left overwhelmed & weren't really sure what we were looking for. Once we got into slumber world, Mark greeted us & was so attentive to our questions & provided us with great customer service & a lot of information. He helped us decide between a hybrid or memory foam mattress & turns out we were best fit for a plush mattress. We initially thought we needed a firm mattress. We are so excited for our purchase & was even able to select a upholstered bed frame in the connecting showroom to complete our purchase. Mark was even helpful in measuring the mattress & letting us know how low/high it will sit into our bed frame. We will definitely be back for any other furniture needs!
