Plenty of free parking in a large lot. Bethany provided excellent customer service. She listened to our needs and directed us to the type of furniture that would best fit our needs. She understood that we were on a tight schedule, and she was able to work miracles which we really appreciated. The types of furniture that they have is so nice. I wish I needed more outdoor furniture! If you need outdoor furniture that can withstand the elements, this is the place to be. Plenty of choices to choose from and all beautifully crafted. A little expensive, but you get what you pay for. Quality looking furniture for sure. Delivery was expensive, but luckily the table and two chairs were able to fit into our rental. Had to make two trips, but it was worth it. Two of the guys in the shop were nice enough to help us get the furniture into the car. Did I mention how exceptional the customer service was? My husband and I are extremely picky and want good stuff. We want to touch, see and sit as if we were living with it. We found it hard to find what we wanted at the big box stores. Sure it was cheaper but not quite meeting our picky standards . We live in Hawaii Kai and was so blessed when our google search came up with Outdoor Living IN HAWAII KAI no less!!!! Bonus!!!! My husband and I spent 2.5 hours looking at outdoor furniture for our outside lanai. Matt and Bethany were great and so patient with my one million questions and 2 million changes... The pieces we chose were in the warehouse, which we picked up ourselves, although they do deliver for a fee but we didn't have much so we did the pick up. The warehouse manager and worker were so friendly and helpful and did a great job, thank you Kekoa!! The furniture is beautiful and so well made. Pay for what you get is the motto and we were so happy to!! Purchased an outdoor…read morefurniture set (The conversation 6 piece brown wicker) back in November 2021 -- had a few delays in the shipment which is not at the fault of this business. Was informed from Fabrika of the vessel delay which carried my product - impressed and appreciative of those updates! That's where it ends . . . When I initially purchased with them I added on additional coverings for my outdoor cushions. When you buy, you choose a color for your cushions - I chose grey. I also paid to add on beige cushion coverings so I may interchange them. Now, I've enjoyed grey for 2.5 years and finally decided to wash the grey ones and pull out and put on the beige. Well, when I went to retrieve the fabrika packaged box with my name on it and the word "beige", I was astonished to open them and find GREY CUSHION COVERS!!!!!! On top of all that, when I was removing the grey coverings the pillows that were used by fabrika are quite disappointing as the content of the pillow filling was coming out of the poorly designed and constructed pillow!! UPDATE: I called fabrika and notified them of the incorrect color that was given to me and the gentleman that I spoke with was apologetic and professional. I was able to take the grey covers in and they were replaced with new beige covers!

We walked in and was greeted by Savan, one of the owners. Although we did not come in with the intention of purchasing anything, we liked the types of furniture which were on display at this warehouse/showroom. Savan was very helpful in answering our questions. After looking around, we were interested in one of their tables, but did not commit to anything at the time and continued on our way to Costco. When we returned home, I was browsing their website and was again greeted by Savan, this time via the site's messaging feature. I identified myself as having visited with my wife earlier in the day. He remembered us and I gave him enough details for him to generate a quote. Rather than pay online, I told Savan that I preferred to visit the showroom the next day to make payment. He said David would be there to assist me. I returned on Sunday and met David. I asked for some modifications to the table we were interested in, which of course changed the initial quote. Yesterday, the table arrived and we are very pleased with how it turned out. We went back this morning and Chuck, the other co-owner, was there to assist us. We purchased a couple of stools to go with our table and took them home with us. Now our self-assembled set is complete. Would do business with them again if the need arises in the future. But if you have time to reply to a negative review on Yelp, give customers a quick call, especially after they leave you messages. Small gestures like that show good customer service. I contacted other businesses that are also busy but they were accommodating and even made recommendations.
