Signature Shades installed a remote feature for us... and get this - they even put a solar panel on the motor so we wouldn't have to change out the battery on the motor every 6 months (cause we wouldn't be able to reach to change the battery). This company has stolen $17,026 of our money (more, since this does not factor in the rising cost…read moreof materials if and when we can afford to proceed with this work, having lost over $17K, or the interest we would have received the past 11+ months on this $). We are now having to resort to legal action. We prepaid the $17K last Sept. 2025 for 3 sliding glass doors and a window. On Sept. 5, Mana told us installation would happen in November. November came and went. Since then we have repeatedly emailed, called and texted both Mana and Paul. We got some response initially, and a promise for delivery in Spring 2026. Spring came and went. We have since been completely ghosted as we have tried to contact them, sometimes daily, asking for an installation date or for a refund. In late July, we sent a letter from a lawyer saying that if we did not receive the materials we have paid for, or a refund within 3 weeks, we would pursue legal action. Unfortunately, this is now what we are forced to do. This company installed windows for us a few years ago and our experience was good. I provided a 5-star rating in 2023. We maintain some hope that Paul and Mana will do the minimally correct thing and deliver the materials we have paid for, or refund our money.

I left a voicemail on their business line, and a person named Jonathan called back, stating that they will not perform significant repairs, citing safety hazards for my children and the poor quality of the job. There are construction errors on two of the main systems, with gaps between both the back and main entrance new systems, causing heavy flooding and fall hazards due to mildew buildup. More importantly, I have images and videos showing the load-bearing beam rotting from water being trapped between the existing roof and the new shading system. Additionally, the installation was poorly executed and of low quality. We waited six months for the installation, with materials stored in our yard the entire time. The company that delivered the materials picked coconuts and left their mess for me to clean up. To make matters worse, the third-party installers were unprofessional, cussing at each other during their shift, smoking marijuana on the property, and cameras caught them entering our home while no one was present. The installers also left extra materials in our yard after completing the job. Although we have a warranty for their work until 2030, the company is now refusing to fix the issues. These guy's need to be exposed. If anyone has a similar issue with this horrific company please reach out to kipperz808@yahoo.com. Larry was able to locate the rollers for these ancient doors and have the screens and screen doors ordered. On installation day everything I asked for was done and the place looks a lot better, not to mention the doors can now be opened. He was very careful and pointed out that there was a problem with one of the windows and recommended that it be taken care of. I called Thomas at the office and he got right to work trying to find a vendor to supply the necessary hardware. Thomas even sent me a text today to let me know that he is still trying to find a source since these are old jalousies. I am hoping for a solution, but am confident that Thomas will find something for me. I felt that for the amount of work and materials provided that the price was more than fair. I will recommend CCI Windows if you need a professional job at a fair price.

That was done quickly. After the inspection, I was told his employee would order new parts from the manufacturer and someone would come to install the parts. That is when the complete ghosting began. I have called the office number; it goes straight to voicemail. I have left MANY voicemails; none of them are returned. I completely understand if there is a holdup on the manufacturer's part. But to completely cut off contact with your customer (who you, by the way, told there was lifetime warranty) is outright ridiculous and even shady. I recommend people to stay AWAY from CCI. I have also informed the other apartment owners in my building complex. I have also contacted my state senator. I was told (by many!) to contact the Better Business Bureau and volunteer legal services, which I have.

Jimmy actually finished the job early even with additional change that I requested last minute. He also does the work all himself and I am very impressed with that. He also ensures to secure the area before working (ie. cones, secures vehicle tire, etc.). He is very clean and helped to put things back in place after construction. The job we requested was to secure our huge swinging gate (he replaced hinges and created a platform for the gate to rest on when open), replace 4 rusted poles and raise the foot so water couldn't get to it, and add two more poles to help support the roof. Had a small roof leak during the recent stormy weather. 36 year old flue flange was cracked and was…read morein need of replacement. Called Bobby from action roofing and within a day sent George out to replace the flange. Work was completed quickly and professionally. My roof has two other flue flanges and during another storm had another leak. Called Bobby and he had George come out and check the next day. The new flange was tight and George discovered serious cracking around the other two flanges, took pictures to show me the problem, temporarily sealed them, took more pictures but said they really should be replaced. Decided to replace, called Bobby, gave me a very reasonable quote and we scheduled the repair the following week. Got a call from George a couple of days later and asked if he could do the job early than scheduled. He came out replaced the other two flanges and took pictures for me. Nowadays this kind of service is very rare indeed. Was also impressed when George told me my roof was in good condition so no worries there. Very honest and reflects considerably on the company.
