I installed a door knob into my door for the guest bathroom and something in the latch assembly got loose when I closed the door hard. Whatever got loose jammed the latch assembly such that no matter which direction I turned the knob I could not get the latch assembly to retract. Consequently, the door was locked in the closed direction with no way to get into the bathroom. I called One Stop Rooftop and spoke to Paul explaining the problem I had. He sent Marty and Kai and in 5 minutes he had the door open by loosening the trim enough to slide a flat bar and un-engage the latch assembly. Marty knew what he was doing and had everything restored back to normal and caulked all the gaps. What a wonderful, quick, and straight to the cause of the problem. Continue to request One Stop Rooftop's services. This last job, they were able to clean and unclog my gutters. Not only my 1st and 2nd door gutters, but all the downspouts that go underground. I've had an issue with clogged underground drainage ever since moving in plus with the addition of replacing my roof. Another company did not do a good job of preventing and clearing the gutters. So One Stop has one of those long snakes and were able to unclog the underground pipes. They said there were a lot of roofing material that was stuck, including leaves from nearby trees. This included asphalt shingle grit, nails, etc. They cleared them out in a couple of hours. Will continue to support these guys as they've been supporting me with great work. read more

Paul, Clint and team were great from start to finish. They worked quickly to remove our old roof, prep and install new roof. Everything was done within 3 days and that even included removing debris and installing new vents for our fans. Exceptional Service and Clever Problem-Solving! I requested a project on Yelp and One Stop Rooftop answered. It was to get a quote on replacing a problematic curtain rod that kept slipping off its bracket, but the service I received was far better than a simple replacement. Both Paul and Clint who came to my home were incredibly nice, respectful, and courteous from the moment they arrived.
