I haven't picked up my stamp yet, but I am already impressed by their response time and turn over. I trust that the stamp will be great. Their prices are comparable to online prices, and the fact that I can pick it up same day?! Yes please. Yes all the way. I will report back on receiving the stamp. read more

I needed 8 customs stamps ASAP and Rubber Stamp One Day Service was able to come through within 24 hours. They came out to about $28 per custom stamp. This local shop is located near Ala Moana in the more industrial area. All of the cars and parking can be a bit crazy but there are a few dedicated stalls just for RSODS. When I first ordered and then picked up my stamps, I parked right up front by the entrance. I brought in my laptop with a few different designs I wanted to make into stamps. I emailed them over and then we talked size and ink color etc. One of the designs I had, we had printed it out in one color and the design wasn't very legible so I decided not to go with it. I loved that they had the " we tried, but it didn't work out and at least we know" attitude! I had an feeling that the design wouldn't translate well into a stamp but I'm glad that she was willing to test it out. This is a stamp making shop, not a graphic design studio. Come in with a digital design that you're happy with and they can make it into a stamp. I was really happy with the service I received! I have a few friends who just bought their first homes and I think this would be a great gift for those first time homeowners! read more

DO NOT order online. Order in person. Pay in Cash. If any issues arise they can't access any of the online payment information apparently. So they cannot refund or refund differences normally. She had to call their boss for special permission and you have to lose the 3% credit card fee from your refund. This is not written anywhere we could find on the online ordering website nor the confirmation email that was sent. The online is convenient as it can specify everything for you without you having to go down as well as provide a proof for your review. The online ordering program is great. The stamp itself is good. The communication of any issues is nonexistent from our experience. The only communication we received was a confirmation email and an email that the stamp was ready for pick up. We needed the stamp fast so we went with this one day service. It was not communicated to us at all that our original model of stamp would take 2 weeks since they had to order a part/the stamp/something from China. So what they did was downgrade us to a cheaper stamp without saying anything. We had to look up on their website the pricing to see they went from a $39 stamp to a $24 stamp. The initial reason/excuse given when we went back was that "No one usually orders that stamp. That one that small. They usually order this one." (paraphrased). When we asked for a refund of the difference in price it was when we found out they normally can't do any refunds if we order online. As far as I can tell this is not specified anywhere as a notice/warning on their website. She ended up having to call her boss to get approval but we had to lose 3% of the refund for the credit card fee. She had to take the total off our confirmation email and look up the prices on their website to figure out the difference. If someone else used their credit card, you will have to get all the information on the card for them to run it for the refund as they have no access to the online ordering information. We see this as very unfair to us. We did not make the mistake on our order. We were not notified that they did not have our stamp model and that it would take 2 weeks. And there was no approval sought to change from a MaxLight XL115 Pre-Inked Stamp to a cheaper Trodat Ideal Self-Inking Rectangular 4911. We were left with a very bad taste in our mouth. This could have been avoided earlier with good communication. And we were punished on our refund with the 3% credit card fee through no fault of our own. I highly recommend you use the online order to make the proof of what you want and then you take that down to order in person to avoid the problem we had with them. MAKE SURE to check all stamps received to stamps ordered as we had the find out after the fact that they will switch stamp models on you without any notice. AND PAY CASH. read more

We wanted a stamp for our handcrafting business. We were going to order a stamp on Etsy but found that it was only a "fill in the blank" kind of stamp, so we decided to check out RSODS instead. Nana is the woman behind the counter and she is very friendly and enthusiastic!! We showed her what we wanted from a seller on Etsy and asked to make it "Made with aloha" rather than the Etsy one that said "Made with love". She showed us some variations in different fonts and voila! DONE!! Stamp was actually cheaper than the one we were looking at on Etsy, PLUS no shipping charges and was ready the next day! When we picked up our stamp, I had another stamp to order! Hahaha!! When we pick up my second stamp we ordered, we will have ANOTHER stamp to order!! Hahaha!! We will see Nana Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday because we need that many stamps!! Hahaha!! Thank you Nana and RSODS!! read more

I placed an order online and I emailed them about picking it up instead of them shipping it out they got back to me the very next morning, Giving me more information about it, we were able to work something out perfectly. Rubber Stamp One Day Service - Custom stamps on textured watercolor paper - Office Equipment Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

Rubber stamp one-day service isn't amazing one day rubber stamp place located just 1 Block Ocean of kapiolani behind McKinley car wash. I needed a rubber stamp made because mom wanted to stamp her Christmas cards this year. I looked online but shipping to Hawaii is always expensive without a minimum purchase. After a fast Yelp search I found rubber stamp one-day service. I called I had to make sure they were open and popped in. They have three reserved parking spaces directly in front of their building. After a short description of what I needed, Nana help me find exactly what I wanted. I was surprised when she said it would be ready the following day by 11 a.m. I returned the following day about noon and the stamp was prepared exactly as ordered. The price was comprable to what was being offered online when you include the shipping charges so I prefer to buy local. It's a great place and strongly recommended if you need a rubber stamp right away. #95/100 Challenge 2017 read more

First impression is a lasting impression, this is all I have to say. Parking is very hard to find because this place is located in an industrial area where there are paint shops and all that good stuff and the roads are, I say not not in great shape either. Find a parking and grab it, I think you can park right in front their store too. Not wanting to chance where to park because lots of tow away if you park here or there, I decided to call and inquire. Very, very rude lady. What kine, oh, I think so. Oh, I think you can park in front of the store. Yea, we get 5 stalls. This is exactly how she spoke to me. So rude and no customer service skills. Was she the owner? ‍ anyway, for what I need and inquired, it's going to cost me 26.00. I'm not sure if that's cheap or reasonable but in the end I think it's all bkutbthe service. So I may not be going for a stamp here. I'll keep looking. Even if this place has good reviews. I'm sorry. read more

I'm so glad I found this place! I needed to get my Notary Public stamps made locally (and quickly) and found RSOD through Google and Yelp searches. I was a little nervous to contact this place after reading the Yelp reviews, but I gave it a shot. I wish I got her name, but the lady who answered the phone and helped me from start to completion of my order was nothing but quick, courteous, and professional. When I called RSOD to find out the procedure to order custom stamps, she quickly (within a minute) emailed me a Notary Public Stamps and Supplies order form to fill out. I emailed back my order back and I had my Notary seal and certification stamp custom made in ONE day! I was also able to purchase the required Notary record book from RSOD, which was a huge bonus since I didn't have to find it somewhere else. Only recommendation I have is to call them to check if they received your email order (if you use that method). They have so many orders that you want to make sure they've received your order, plus she will also tell you when you can pick up your stamps. Parking is tricky - lets be real, this is town in the industrial area. RSOD does have 1 or 2 stalls for parking literally right in front of their shop. The signs are hard to see, but basically the stall(s) are right next to the entrance door to the shop right there on the corner of Kona Street. read more

While I was with the bank, all of our stamps were issued thru Rubber Stamp One Day Service. They are fast, affordable, and do a really good job. Sadly I can't seem to get my font sizes right so make sure you know what size. Go a little bigger because my six letter name still is too small. Rubber Stamp One Day Service - Name Plaques! - Office Equipment Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

A friend told me about this rubber stamp place where I could get custom made stamp for my son's school supplies.. those crayons, colored pens and pencils galore! I went in after dropping my son off at summer fun probably after 830, walked in and was met by this green haired Chinese (I think) lady. I told her what I needed, gave her my son's name and she gave me a sample print out, I okayed it. The rubber stamp was $8, but because I needed permanent ink (most expensive) and an ink pad, it was more than expected. ($45 total) She said it would be ready at 2:30, but they close at 3:30. I didn't want to deal with traffic so I told her I would come back the next day. That morning I also went to McKinley car wash for my very first time. Came back the next morning and my order was ready. Son was thrilled to have a stamp with his name. Awkward to stamp onto crayola markers, need that steady hand. He did the pencils, I did the markers. I told him crayons were easier but I ended up stamping them all anyway. Permanent ink is like very permanent! I picked up the order on 7/20, kid and I started on the epic challenge of labeling everything the next day. Got a blue dot on my leg from the ink that hasn't disappeared yet. Be careful with it. If I want something else custom made I would consider myself a repeat customer. Thank you! read more

Went in to get my notary stamp made. Nana, the staff member, quickly processed my order. In fact, she knew a lot more about what I needed than I did. Showed me a page with prices for the various options, I ordered it, and it was ready the next day. She was super friendly and professional. For example, I didn't know I needed to bring in my letter indicating I had passed the test, so she had me email/forward it to her. A few seconds later, everything was set. Parking out front, while not the traditional stalls, was easy to do and available both times. Mahalo Nana read more

I was so disappointed to take the time and effort to even stop by this place. I was referred from Office Depot since my rubber stamp needed repair. The woman saw that my stamp was marked Office Depot and immediately said "we can't fix their stamps! You need to go to them." When I mentioned that Office Depot referred me to them, she repeated what she said and bluntly added "you need a new stamp! We cannot fix it." Her tone was so rude and not helpful at all. Parking is limited and the unhelpful demeanor did not help. Definitely not recommending this place. read more

Super fast and efficient service. Easy parking right in front. If you need rubba stamps, GO HERE. Nuff said!

Why on earth would you need a custom stamp? Wait...did you move and need a new address stamp? Oh, you need a custom stamp for a promotion at work? I mean come on...who doesn't need something custom? On a more serious note, I was really impressed by the incredibly fast and pleasant service that I got from my experience. I was little leery placing my order on line and uploading the custom artwork we needed. Yet, when I called to confirm, the staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful They were quick to allay my concerns and a few days later it arrived in the mail perfectly. It was a high-quality and very useful. The stamp was pretty durable and did everything we needed for our high-volume need. Prices are pretty reasonable and comparable to the competition, but far quicker on the service. If you need a custom stamp, look no further. read more

*****Someone from the company wrote to me and told me it's not her job to design our stamp! How rude! That's not exactly what I needed from them! Attitude and all! I just wanted assistance since I'm not in the stamp business! What jerks! Definitely boycott!!!! First and last time I'll ever go there!!!! If I had known what I wanted and made my own rubber stamps I would have never bothered you to help me or make it. I was looking for a customizable stamp for my wedding and googled this horrible place. Yes the service may be quick with a one day turn around time but the person who we spoke with NANA was so unhelpful just to us. Everyone else who came in was assisted with a smile. I asked her what the process was and if she had any previous stamps that I could look through to help me come up with my creation. Knowing absolutely nothing about rubber stamps, wedding invitations and sizing I was given a paper and told draw. Um I can't draw double happiness so I tried to write "logo" in the area. Used other stamps as a template to try to create something. Then I was criticized and told wow that's a huge stamp, I'm sorry I didn't draw it to scale just an idea. I'm not the professional and neither is she obviously. The design she came out with looked cheap and did not change it the way I wanted. Needless to say I didn't purchase anything and wasted my time. She clearly didn't want my business when I asked if we could bring a design, she said yes and that if it was to their standards we may be able to use it and it would be easier for us. In fact easier for her since she didn't want to help. Very rude very very unhappy with the experience. The product may be nice although didn't get that far to even see. read more

Just picked up some address stamps for work here. The pricing and turn around time were amazing (since I ordered end of day yesterday). This place is so convenient and awesome. For the reviewers that weren't happy, the owner is Chinese with an accent and this being said she works fast and kind of expects you to know somewhat of what you want not standing there asking for every little change or add-on. She's not mean, she's Chinese! (So am I btw so I totally get my people). If you want custom and have time then go to etsy.com instead. I asked for an adress stamp and said I wanted something with a Hawaiian theme and she showed me a shell design. I loved it. She put the proof together in what was maybe 30 seconds. We tweaked it a little and BAM! She said it would be ready in 2 hours. 2 hours?? I was prepared for next day and she totally wowed me with 2 hours. She said it was because I came in early in the day. Yes!!! The price was $33, same or less than what you would pay from the Mainland plus your shipping so don't sqwack at the price. I was back by 3 and in and out with lots of thank you'd and my awesome self-inking adress stamp. Xie Xie, Doh Jay and a Merry Christmas and Falalalala! read more

Does your child's school make you label EVERY. SINGLE. ITEM. including each pencil and crayon? No? Well aren't you lucky! Me, I'm not so fortunate. On a friend's recommendation, I purchased a rubber stamp with PERMANENT (that's the key) ink. Best investment for school I've made. Previously I purchased stickers with cute characters for my kids but they're just that. Cute stickers. Not functional at all. After the first few days I see the stickers stuck to random papers and school books. You can still get stickers for folders and composition books. Added bonus is that all my kids have the same first initial so I ordered the stamp with their first initial and our last name. Saved myself $16 lol (they are $8 each). Stamp was ready the next day! read more

I ordered (and paid for with my credit card) a rubber stamp on Friday, February 15, 2019, via their website. Because I did not receive the rubber stamp within a reasonable time period, I called the office on February 25, 2019 and I spoke to a person named "Nana". I gave her my order number as well as the date the rubber stamp was ordered. She replied that she would check the USPS tracking number and e-mail me the expected delivery date. Since I did not receive an e-mail on either February 25 or the morning of February 26, 2019, I called again and "Nana" told me that I would receive it on February 26, 2019. I received the rubber stamp via USPS on February 26, 2019. The USPS postage stamp on the envelope shows a date of February 25, 2019. So my order certainly was not "one-day service" or within what I consider a reasonable time period. read more

Unpleasant store clerk. It is baffling that these types of rinky dink stores manage their rent roll. This looks like a one woman shop. And that woman, is someone who doesn't want your business. Perhaps she is so independently wealthy that this is just a hobby for her. She didn't want to stand up to answer our questions when we stepped into the store. She was visibly irritated at having to actually, stand, and walk two steps, to her left, to have a customer interaction. Note to you kids out there, do what you love, and work hard in school, or you will end up working in a 100sq ft stamp store in the middle of nowhere, hating every person who walks through that door. As an aside, being "Chinese" is not an excuse for being a hater, as mentioned in another review. Now for the stamps. The stamps here are ridiculously cheap, flimsy little plastic self inking stampers which, do not Ink properly. That is to say, they don't stamp... Half the address stamps we tried did not stamp the whole address on a piece of paper. When all you sell are stamps, you probably want to make sure they, stamp. Office Depot will make you a better stamp, charge you less, and without any 'cultural/ethnic' interactions. Save yourself some money and the aggravation. read more

Yes, they make a stamp in a day - and that is great is you are willing to put up with bad service and a total lack of attention to detail. These things are pricey - and on too many occasions I've sent detailed instructions with my stamp designs only to have them totally disregarded and the final printed stamps to be completely useless. Yesterday the owner went out of her way to show how little she cared about me, the fact that she printed the stamp wrong, and that she didn't have time to read the instructions in emails. In return, I'm writing this review for her company, and pledging to use mainland shops for my future stamp needs. If you are looking to do anything more advanced than a simple address stamp, I suggest you do the same. read more
