It was time to go through old items and I found some trophies from the past...instead of getting rid of them, I called to see if they could be repurposed. I spoke to Cindy at Awardline, who was very nice and explained that she gets that question once a month, but unfortunately they don't take them back. She had a great idea of taking off the engraved plates and placing them all on a plaque, perhaps with a picture of the person as a way to have a memento without taking up all the space. My husband volunteered to coach our son's flag football team, which automatically made me team mom.. yay for stress! Lmao. I was in search for trophies near me for their end of season party. Thankfully I found Awardline. You are able to view trophies and medals and place your order online. However, I highly recommend going into the store as they have a large variety to choose from, not all stock was shown online. They even have coach gifts available. Also, there are a number of clearance/low stock items that sell at discounted rate. When ordering, you place a deposit of 20%, and pay the remaining balance at pick up. Their store is located in the same complex as Tanioka's in Waipahu. Parking can be a little tricky, depending on what time you go, as they share the lot with neighboring businesses. The area can feel a little unsafe/sketchy. Most recently, I stopped over after work (around 5:30pm), right before they closed up at 6pm. I was able to make a selection, place and order and deposit for 31 trophies. I was a little afraid of being in that area in the evening, as there are homeless nearby. However, Pat (the owner?) was nice enough to walk me out to my car. Orders usually take 10 business days, or approximately 2 weeks depending on order size. I have purchased a large amount of trophies twice this year (about 30 trophies in the May/spring and November/fall season), and was able to pick my order up within 2 weeks, even in the midst of the graduation and holiday season. The trophies are good quality, and the materials and print look nice. We were very satisfied with our transactions and will definitely order again. Fast forward to after the end of season party, I realized that I made a mistake on one of the kids names. I called Awardline and they were able to fix it for a small fee of $3. Been coming here for past 3 years to get my fantasy football trophy plated with new champ. Trophy is also originally from here. Service is fast, & convenient. Staff are VERY friendly and courteous. They go out of their way to make sure your trophy or plaque is the right one and spelling is correct, and to your liking. The shop has a huge display of all the variety of trophies they offer. I'm sure you'll be able to find one or customize to your wants. Located in same complex as taniokas, parking can be limited on some days, but they do have a few reserved stalls. read more

I talked to Ty on the phone before i visited. Told him if he had what i wanted. He said yes and to come down to check it out. Of course I went and was impressed by the selection they have. Great local store, and I love to support local businesses, so I came here first to try to get a metal item that my mom bought from amazon to get engraved. The staff was very helpful, but unfortunately, they don't engrave outside items brought in. This place is (I'm sure) great for custom hydroflasks, plaques, and trophies, but unfortunately, don't try to bring outside items in to get engraved. I went into Awardline after finding them on the internet. I was looking to have a running trophy made for my daughter for a special event the two of us were doing. When I went to Awardline, an associate by the name of Ty helped me. I explained sort of what I was looking for. I've never created/designed a trophy before, so I asked Ty's for his opinion as to what would look nice and proportioned. He was extremely helpful; showing me many options that would work for the trophy I was attempting to put together. I asked how long it takes to have it made and Ty told me about a week. I needed my in 5 days. I told Ty my date and he said they could be a rush on it. Perfect! It was only one trophy, too. So, today was the day I picked up the trophy. It is beautiful! The price is right, too. Ty even said he had them add a piece to make it look even better. It is so refreshing to get great customer service. I was never made to feel rushed and it seemed as though Ty enjoyed helping the customer. I was also helped by a lady there on the day of pick-up.
