The staff at Awardline HATE to see me coming with my last minute orders I'm always calling like a week before my order needs to be picked up, and aunty is always accommodating to us. So far I've never been turned down an order, thank God. You can tell they put effort into every order that comes their way, and the trophies are always well done and made to last. The kids love it and definitely look forward to it at their end of season banquets. Thank you Awardline! read more

Awardline has everything you need to recognize and reward fellow colleagues, sports teams or your Ohana. Located in Waipahu, Awardline looks small from the outside but once you enter there's endless possibilities. Cindy is just a pleasure to work with. If you provide your vision, she'll make it happen. I ordered a few trophies for our company. They turned out beautifully. I'll post a picture at a later date once we are ready to recognize fellow colleagues. I'll definitely do more business with Awardline in the future. read more

It was time to go through old items and I found some trophies from the past...instead of getting rid of them, I called to see if they could be repurposed. I spoke to Cindy at Awardline, who was very nice and explained that she gets that question once a month, but unfortunately they don't take them back. She had a great idea of taking off the engraved plates and placing them all on a plaque, perhaps with a picture of the person as a way to have a memento without taking up all the space. So this review is just based on my phone call, but Cindy was friendly and helpful! read more

Awardline - Old trophies - Trophy Shops Near Me - Waipahu, Hawaii

*Small friendly local business! *I liked seeing the products and choices available. *They were able to get our trophy and medal needs done in a weeks time. *Prices we're reasonable and of course it including engraving. (Which they were pretty thorough about) *Parking wasn't an issue. I would definitely recommend them for your trophy needs and would come back again. Only con I could think of is it's a pretty small space so it may be hard to honor the 6 feet rule in there but we all wore masks anyway. read more

My husband volunteered to coach our son's flag football team, which automatically made me team mom.. yay for stress! Lmao. I was in search for trophies near me for their end of season party. Thankfully I found Awardline. You are able to view trophies and medals and place your order online. However, I highly recommend going into the store as they have a large variety to choose from, not all stock was shown online. They even have coach gifts available. Also, there are a number of clearance/low stock items that sell at discounted rate. When ordering, you place a deposit of 20%, and pay the remaining balance at pick up. Their store is located in the same complex as Tanioka's in Waipahu. Parking can be a little tricky, depending on what time you go, as they share the lot with neighboring businesses. The area can feel a little unsafe/sketchy. Most recently, I stopped over after work (around 5:30pm), right before they closed up at 6pm. I was able to make a selection, place and order and deposit for 31 trophies. I was a little afraid of being in that area in the evening, as there are homeless nearby. However, Pat (the owner?) was nice enough to walk me out to my car. Orders usually take 10 business days, or approximately 2 weeks depending on order size. I have purchased a large amount of trophies twice this year (about 30 trophies in the May/spring and November/fall season), and was able to pick my order up within 2 weeks, even in the midst of the graduation and holiday season. The trophies are good quality, and the materials and print look nice. We were very satisfied with our transactions and will definitely order again. Fast forward to after the end of season party, I realized that I made a mistake on one of the kids names. I called Awardline and they were able to fix it for a small fee of $3. Just for future references. Lol. read more

Been coming here for past 3 years to get my fantasy football trophy plated with new champ. Trophy is also originally from here. Service is fast, & convenient. Staff are VERY friendly and courteous. They go out of their way to make sure your trophy or plaque is the right one and spelling is correct, and to your liking. The shop has a huge display of all the variety of trophies they offer. I'm sure you'll be able to find one or customize to your wants. Located in same complex as taniokas, parking can be limited on some days, but they do have a few reserved stalls. read more

Great local store, and I love to support local businesses, so I came here first to try to get a metal item that my mom bought from amazon to get engraved. The staff was very helpful, but unfortunately, they don't engrave outside items brought in. This place is (I'm sure) great for custom hydroflasks, plaques, and trophies, but unfortunately, don't try to bring outside items in to get engraved. I ended up going to Things Remembered in Pearl City to get my item engraved. I'm mainly writing this review to give people a heads up not to bring outside items here for engraving.. read more

Few doors from Tanioka's Fish Market and next to 808 Automotive. Across from Harley Davidson. Neat trophys and medals for all sports and awards. Really friendly staff with reasonable prices. Turn around on engraving was about 1 week. Don't quote me on that as it has been a while since I ordered our companies golf bobble head trophies. read more

I never met such a friendly staff! I just had to come here to write how they fulfilled one of my Christmas gifts this year. Not like you care but we are moving our family to WA in the beginning of next year and I really wanted to get my Dad a engraved hydroflask customized with my kids handwriting on it. I called a ton of places and NO ONE could do it. Then I remembered AWARDLINE in WAIPAHU. Without any hesitation they said they could do it. LET ME JUST SAY, I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. I've lived in waipahu for years! And never walked into Awardline till recently! I needed a name plate engraved which I was going to put on a cheap Walmart frame and but ended up on a beautiful plaque inserted my picture , which looked more that what I expected to end up with ! It was amazing ! As busy as Cindy was, she took that time to help me, in my budget, and put a rush order in! It may look like a hole in the wall from the street .... but guys.. looks see deceiving! Stop in and browse their extensive products and services ! read more

I would like to thank Cindy so much. Our granddaughter's parents forgot to pay for her soccer trophy and we didn't want our granddaughter to be left out at the end of the soccer season. We placed her picture and other information and placed it through the front door. Cindy was nice enough to give me a call the notify us that our granddaughter will get her trophy with her teammates. Awardline Trophy and Cindy are awesome and we really appreciated the service. read more

I went into Awardline after finding them on the internet. I was looking to have a running trophy made for my daughter for a special event the two of us were doing. When I went to Awardline, an associate by the name of Ty helped me. I explained sort of what I was looking for. I've never created/designed a trophy before, so I asked Ty's for his opinion as to what would look nice and proportioned. He was extremely helpful; showing me many options that would work for the trophy I was attempting to put together. I asked how long it takes to have it made and Ty told me about a week. I needed my in 5 days. I told Ty my date and he said they could be a rush on it. Perfect! It was only one trophy, too. So, today was the day I picked up the trophy. It is beautiful! The price is right, too. Ty even said he had them add a piece to make it look even better. It is so refreshing to get great customer service. I was never made to feel rushed and it seemed as though Ty enjoyed helping the customer. I was also helped by a lady there on the day of pick-up. I didn't get her name but she was just as friendly and helpful. I will say - "Anyone on this island looking for a trophy, go to AWARDLINE, you won't be sorry." read more
