I worked with Tammy and ordered a "rush" plaque for a koa canoe, a gift for a colleague leaving our division The price for engraving is very reasonable. I heard they did a lot of trophies for the high school sports so I came down here to check the place out. Their parking lot in the back is super small so I suggest just parking along the meters along King St. As soon I stepped in I was greeted and asked if I had any questions. From that point one, it was just excellent customer service all the way. They don't have too much staff but they get the job done and do good work on time. I got some plaques for some awards I was giving out to my team at the end of the year. They do all kinds of engraving digitally and old skool style. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to get awards of all types. The prices are quite decent. Customer service, quality, speed, and price are all at its best when you come to trophy house. I ordered some medals and a trophy for a school club and the staff were extremely accommodating and kind! They were always helpful and never sounded irritated with me when I had millions of requests. I first ordered general medals and trophy with the club logo (which they can store if you submit to them) and the order was completed in less than a week! Additionally, they engraved the pieces at a later request since I didn't have the finalized names for the prizes. Every staff member that I have either contacted or interacted with were more than caring and definitely makes you want to come back. Parking: parking is a little difficult with two stalls of metered parking in front. However, people are usually just picking up so you shouldn't have to wait too long to get a stall. read more

Really, your only option for all your trophy/plaque/medal needs! We needed a last minute Fantasy Football trophy and after researching other places on the island, we knew Trophy House was the place to go to. Their customer service is excellent and we got our order very quickly! I didn't really know what I wanted for the trophy but the woman there quickly helped me with the vision of the trophy. She wrote down what I wanted on the trophy and even called me a few minutes after I left the store to clarify some things. The trophy and engraving came out AMAZING and the price just couldn't be beat! My total came out to under $15 (I did provide a portion of the trophy myself but, really, you can't beat that price)! What I really like is how they keep a file for their clients so in the event you want a similar order in the future, all they have to do is pull up your file to see what parts/engraving they did previously. That's how you ensure repeat customers! Parking is a bit difficult since they only have 2 stalls in the back of the store. But it's not like customers stay to browse or anything so even if you have to wait, you can circle the block a couple of times and a spot will open up. NOT cash only like I initially thought so feel free to just bring your credit card to pay for your finished product! Talk about an amazing Local Company the trophy house is just that place. Whatever you need they are professional, courteous and their prices can't be beat. I have used them for more years and I would admit to and they have always done an amazing job thank you to their amazing staff who always and I do mean always are professional and courteous. They recently did an Engraving for my husband's urn it's beautiful and just the way I envisioned it. They did this with the safety they needed during the pandemic we're living in and I respect them for that. The staff here is wonderful. Loving took my order - and she lives up to her name. Very helpful and ON THE BALL. My plaque order was on the larger side and she even ordered an extra (at the company's expense) just in case there was any mistake in the engraving. Additionally, she followed up with me constantly to keep me posted on how the project was moving forward. Tammy handled my laser engraving. I ordered this metal about four weeks ago and they never asked for a number to call me when it was ready, so I was a little concerned when I hadn't heard back from them. but I went today the lady was very nice and apologize for not letting me know because she didn't get my number to let me know when it was done. Trophy House is my go-to establishment for casual and professional awards (plaques, statues, medals, etc.). Very conveniently located in town, it's one of those places where you can pretty much find what you're looking for with good value and quality. Because it is in town, the available parking for customers is small, but not a big deal if you're going in the middle of the day. If you're like me and like to take your sweet time deciding on which one will go just right for your event, then you're better off at a metered parking. On my last trip here, I had ordered small trophies for a Halloween party. I was surprised by the selection as they had stickers and statues of a pumpkin and witch. Naturally, that's what I ordered, on top of a generic vase trophy for other non-Halloween awards. It took about less than two weeks to get everything ordered and ready. Engraving and assembly can be done within a day, however the shipping of items is what takes a little longer if they don't have it in stock. This was kind of a rush order, but they did it swiftly and came out as I'd hoped for (base, color, engraving, pumpkin/witch statue). This is a little shop that's very discrete, so if you're driving down King Street looking for it - watch out! You might miss it! There's a tiny lot in the back of the store with only a couple of stalls. I had to drop off a name plate here to get engraved for work. After stepping inside, I finally know where everybody gets their stuff engraved at! It was pretty amazing to see! Great service, they are very nice and give you a reminder call when your item is ready for pick up. Always drove past this shop and kept a mental note to drop by if and when I need something engraved or when I need to buy a plaque, a trophy, a medal. My husband and I were so impressed with their outstanding customer service, speediness, the quality of the finished engraving, and the price that we highly recommend this store! First a quick background. My hubby had 6 little bronze tags that he wanted engraved with specific names on them. While shopping at a mall we came across a gift shop; also known to engrave gift items in-shop like jewelry boxes, glass vases, little pendants - you know, a pretty well-known national chain gift/engraving shop. So we dropped by there and we asked how much it would be to engrave the tags. The workers there looked a bit lost in determining the cost - they looked through binders and paperwork, and one of them looks up and says "Um.....$16 dollars?" (are you asking us? LOL) So hubby says "To engrave six 1" x 3" tags? So that would mean $16 x 6 = $96 plus tax ??? Yeah, NO. Thank you, but no" and we walked out in shock. Yeah, I know it's a business, but that was just ridiculous. It wasn't like we were BUYING their bronze name tags - we were providing them, and all they had to do was engrave them. Then on our drive home I remembered the Trophy House. Hubby says yes, he remembers driving past that shop too and looked up their website and read the reviews here. The following day, we drove to this shop - and even though it was almost closing time we were greeted by a very nice lady. She was very pleasant and asked us how she could help. Hubby showed her the little plates, explained what he wanted on them, and without any hesitation the nice lady says "Sure, we can do that" So here we go. Hubby asks "What would be the cost to get something like this done?" and the lady goes "$3.00." So then hubby asks "Oh, $3.00 ... per...word? Or is it per letter..?" and the lady smiles at him and goes "No, for each plate" WOW. So....$18.00 for everything? We said YES without hesitation and left the tags with her. The lady told us when they would be ready. She even called my hubby to see if he would like the negative spaces "black" (something like an acid wash?) for no charge - she wanted to know since she was about to work on the tags in a few minutes. How nice was that? She went out of her way to call to provide us with different options. We picked up the finished tags and they looked absolutely perfect. She didn't rob us with a ridiculous price either. We were so impressed and happy with their service. Parking can be a bit of a problem, but the nice lady said there is parking behind the store, and we can park there or double park there if there is space. Either that or if you're there during the non-rush hour times, use the street parking meters on S. King Street. Either way, I highly recommend this store. No doubt we will be back again.
