They can engrave and personalize items to commemorate achievements! They also carry blank keys for duplication. I'm particularly interested in the Hello Kitty keys - and saw that they also have logos of sports teams such as the Rams, Jets, Browns, Cowboys, Chargers, Lions, Raiders, and the 49ers... The backstory: my work family wanted a special retirement gift for our friend who is an avid fisherman. We picked up a nice tackle box but felt it was... lacking something. I called Bryce and sent him pics of the tackle box along with the inscription we wanted.
