What a great find! Bryce was amazing - super helpful and easy to communicate with. And the results? Exactly what I wanted. The backstory: my work family wanted a special retirement gift for our friend who is an avid fisherman. We picked up a nice tackle box but felt it was... lacking something. I called Bryce and sent him pics of the tackle box along with the inscription we wanted. He made a few great recommendations and once we decided on the materials, he even offered to affix the engraved plate onto the tackle box! He made sure I saw a proof before he started engraving, just to make sure everything was what I wanted. What great service. And fast, too. It was done in 2 days. Now I'm looking forward to the next time I need a special, customized gift, because there are also a ton of great ideas on the shelves in the storefront. Express engraving is terrific. I started with one keepsake momento item and eventually ended up bringing several others. Their engraving style is unique Big or small, they can engrave to blend with the background, whatever color or surface. I was amazed in the end result. The completed pieces where impressive. Express Engraving were able to engrave in different surfaces that I brought without compromising the color or texture. Much Thanks to Bryce and Skye. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Needed a wedding gift engraved in a rush. It was a monkey pod jewelry holder that only had small, curved space available to engrave. Asked for two side, one with their name & date, and other side with a famous love quote that had 14 words. Went in Wednesday afternoon, and it was done the next day around 2:00pm. And only what?? $36?!?! Staff: friendly and helpful, gladly accepted my requested deadline. Time: and it was even faster than I requested!! Price: No brainer. So reasonable for such a stress-free, quick process. Definitely coming here for all future engraving request. read more

I had a review done back in 2016 on having a Walgreen's Pill Fob used as a "mini-urn" for a kitty that I had euthanized and cremated. "Kitty" is securely attached to my golf bag handle and accompanies me during play and practice. Recently we lost our "Oreo" and am picking up his urn today. We will have a portion of his ashes place in another pill fob...sealed and sent to my son in WA. Bryce is very friendly and takes the time to provide proofs of fonts / size to make sure you get what you want. Turnaround time was great...few days. Express Engraving is highly recommended. Believe I'll leave some directives on my passing and have them engrave my urn.... read more

We can't keep running into each other like this...we just...can't. I can't stop thinking about you, and all that you do for me. You always have time for me, and care what I want. You UNDERSTAND me like no one else could... This is either TRUE LOVE... or... the best engraving shop in the world. I've used this location for years--first, for business plaques, and later, for gifts. This is the absolute best engraving shop ever. They do SO MANY different types of engraving, with so many possible details, it's just crazy. Their turnaround is reasonable, and their employees are patient, helpful, and talented. They COMMUNICATE extremely well. They send you a proof via email, to make sure you love their designs, and are willing to change anything you need. The price is great, and the work is fantastic. I'm such a fan of this place, it could be... True love. read more

I work with the military which means my office is ALWAYS buying gifts for people as they move away. These gifts are typically engraved, so I was really happy when one of my colleagues told me about Express Engraving. We conducted a bit of research and concluded that this shop offers the best prices for what we needed. I have been to other shops, especially on the military bases, that offer engraving services, and they are ridiculously expensive. So this is now my go-to. While we often buy the gifts elsewhere and bring them in to be engraved, Express Engraving actually has a pretty nice selection of gifts to choose from. We've brought in paddles, spears, plaques, and they have engraved them all. They have different fonts to choose from, and they've all looked great. I will not go anywhere else for engraving. The staff here is also really sweet. The gentleman who works the counter is so nice and helpful. He made suggestions for our gifts and they've all turned out great. They also communicate really well with their customers. I was emailed a proof of my order before it was printed, and they called me when it was ready for pickup. I highly recommend this shop and will continue to come here because the customer service and product is great, and it's affordable. read more

We needed to get the Koa Urn for Papi engraved, and we were in a bit of a rush to get this done. I sent an email out over the weekend, and got a reply first thing Monday. His prices were better than the quotes we got from looking around, and he was also recommended by another company/person. We sent the lettering/words we wanted before hand, this does save a lot of time, if any one is complaining about time, do this first. Bryce responded promptly, and his rendering was better than I expected (I am a bit of critique when it comes to printed words). I got the Koa Urn from my friend's shop on Thursday morning, and I dropped it off to Bryce on the way home. By the time we were ready to go to the viewing that day (Thursday also), the engraving was done, and it was perfect! Thank you so much from the Yoshimoto family, and this stubborn local haole... Had ordered an award online with a glass insert that unfortunately did not come inscribed due to some sort of mixup. I didnt have time to wait for a new insert to be sent from the company i ordered it from so i took it here with the logo and inscription i wanted. The next morning they had emailed me the proof to review and approve and my item was ready for pickup just two days later. The gentleman at the counter who helped me was very polite and i was really impressed by their quick turnaround. It cost $35 for the engraving. Not sure if they do as a flat rate on all inscriptions. I already had my logo and inscription design in vector format so i'm not sure if they charge for artwork assistance if you do not have a specific design in mind. In any case, they were very professional and courteous and i definitely appreciate the work they did. read more
