This spacious shop is very clean and organized which makes it very easy to browse and see what they have to offer, and seems like they also buy, sell and trade items as well which is pretty cool though not sure how it's done but for the true collector this is a great deal and a valuable convenient place to do so, it's not quite my vibe but is a cute shop which many seem to enjoy. The place is small but packed with lots of interesting merch. It broke after only three or four days due to poor assembly. When she politely returned to ask about a replacement, the owner, Lucas, spoke to her with extreme verbal abuse, profanity, and personal insults until she left in tears. When I addressed the situation calmly, he stated that he did not care that he had made a child cry and continued speaking aggressively. This is not about a refund policy. A business can choose its policy. This is about basic conduct toward a minor and a customer. We have supported this store many times, but after this experience, we will not return. Families in Mililani should know how customers, including little children, may be treated here. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable bringing my child back into this store.

They are here. 3) Gaming Table. After being shut for over a year, they are open. I don't know anything about gaming so you have to ask them. Overall four stars. I am bit out of touch with card collecting as it's been several decades since I kept up. The market has changed where they are now a commodity. Those in-the-know will attest to that. They told me that the owner, Calvin, has been in the business for quite a while and I might have likely shopped at his store in the '90's when the hobby was still of interest to me.

The faces were stained (see photo 2 and 4), the kuromi hat was a STICKER (see photo 1). The entire product was smudged and ripping. Even the foot was BACKWARDS (see photo 6). I get that there are replicas of popular name brand product but at least tell me that it is a replica or it's not authentic. OR in the very least have the product not look like shit and paying the same price as an authentic one. These are HORRIBLE. I have my genuine afternoon tea series pochacco next to the box they sold to me and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. The head is crooked, I can see the stitch ripping on its head (see photo 4), and there's a black smudge on his face. This is not worth $30, even if I didn't know what the real one looked like. I WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. As a small business owner, I would never sell something of this quality to anyone. This is shameful. Very disappointed in product quality.
