The cashier ridiculed me for taking longer than five seconds to decide which product I wanted. There wasn't a line, and I wasn't in anyone's way, yet he mocked me the entire time I was deciding. Other people in the store were taking their time, too, but he singled me out and decided to be an ass to me. After I finally made my decision, he proceeded to yell at me about the purchase limits. I followed the rules and only bought one item per person. However, as I was putting the other products back in the box, he kept yelling at me, saying that I could only buy one. This shop is incredibly disrespectful and rude to its customers. Take your money elsewhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! There are much better card shops out there that deserve your support.

I get that there are replicas of popular name brand product but at least tell me that it is a replica or it's not authentic. OR in the very least have the product not look like shit and paying the same price as an authentic one. These are HORRIBLE. The head is crooked, I can see the stitch ripping on its head (see photo 4), and there's a black smudge on his face. This is not worth $30, even if I didn't know what the real one looked like. As my friend browsed, I studied the glass cases and it reminded me of my request for my Bay Area friend to find me a particular WNBA superstar's card. I contacted this place to trade in or sell some mid era Pokémon cards. I was told they were…read moreinterested and paid 70% trade or cash. I had over 2100 cards and scanned each one on TCG and got a total market value over over $600. When I went in Friday night to bring the cards the manager Stephen was not there but I was helped by a friendly gentleman that took down my information. I was texted Sunday evening by Stephen and offered $153 for everything! I was floored because that was no where near 70% of what the TCG market value was. I declined and he inquired on what price I was looking to get. I said I'd like at least $450 based on the market and being told 70%. He proceeded to say that there were "nearly 1500 cards...and average 30cents/card. No other store is going to offer more than $50 on it." I told him that there were 2182 cards and that we scanned each one. He then proceeded to offer $145 for the cards that "weren't bulk". I told him I'd be by around 5:30 and we could chat. When I arrived I told the young lady I was there to see Stephen. Another gentleman stood up and handed my box of cards. I said Stephen told me that there were some he was interested in. Stephen then came out the back and said these are the ones I want for $145 and if they get mixed in with the others never mind. I said you don't want to negotiate. He said I made my offer and turned and left. I was shocked at the rudeness and unprofessional attitude. I took my box and sat down with my family and counted all the cards to make sure they were all there because after that interaction I had no trust at all. All the cards were accounted for and we got up and left. I would never go back to this establishment based on this experience and advise not to use this business for trade in / sale. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is because his staff were very friendly and kind.

She helped my 11-year-old son with the Warhammer tiny models, taking the time to explain everything needed to get started in painting. Her thorough and detailed explanations really made a difference. "Kaitlynn" was incredibly authentic and genuine - it's rare to find such dedication and care in customer service these days. I really appreciate her outstanding work and wanted to applaud her for it. Located in Pearlridge Mauka, near Macys, this store is open 10 AM to 8 PM daily except on Sundays when they close at 6. They are an anime store, with a lot of inventory of toys, action figures, and other type of collectibles. They are on the more expensive side, but tbh honest what isn't? You may find a better deal at maybe animation magic upstairs but I feel like Mini Q has a better selection and is geared more towards anime. The workers there are also very nice and helpful. Just as a tip, I just call them to ask if they have what I want in their store or something equivalent. They offer good recommendations when possible and even suggested I check out Razor when they didn't have the item I wanted in stock.
