We tried adding salt and pepper to cut the intense acidity, but it didn't help at all. The Japan Chicken: On the plus side, the Japan Chicken was excellent--incredibly juicy and crispy. I have to say Bunkhouse Brewery was one of my favorites here in town. I thought their beers were creative and more on the experimental side but what really drew me into one of their beers was an ESB (Extra Special Bitter) and the one I had had brown sugar in it which really put a great spin on this beer type I've had on a variety of occasions. The specific name for this beer is the Bozeman Pride ESB. The brown sugar in this beer tempers the bitterness and you can taste the brown sugar itself in the flavor profile. This gives the beer a great complexity which made this beer a super fun and memorable beer to enjoy and drink. I could easily delve in for another time and time again.
