Globe Bulb Lights

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS' Bought globe bulb patio lights (3) and went to put them up, first string I connected, globes exploded, started smoking, boxed them all up, to return them. It took 1 associate 2 managers to plug/unplug the lights, (one strand arched/smoked when connected) tried to only refund me for one strand, I was adamant, I need them all replaced (was not gonna trust the other two, 35 minutes later, they finally gave me a store gift card, refused to credit my card. So not worth the hassle/embarrassment to get customer satisfaction! I will never return to this store again! Freaking ridiculous Management is subpar, not interested in customer satisfaction! I run a successful business, would never subject my customers to humiliation over $40.00 worth of product!

Special shout-out to Lilly (or Iris? Since I didn't write my review immediately but recall both names, 1 was our helper and the other was our cashier, I believe). Regardless, BIG THANKS to the Hobby Lobby helper who helped us find exactly what we were looking for! My son needed "boxes" for a school project, but he didn't exactly articulate what type. The helper steered us to 2 different areas of boxes. Locating them easily from her directions, my son related that these weren't what he was sought. Found her again: she directed us to gift boxes, and "voila!" exactly what he wanted! KUDOS to the person at Hobby Lobby who assisted us on 10/25/19 at 4:45pm-ish - timestamp is based on the pic I took/posted after we found what we were looking for. Info given for hopeful kudos to be extended to this helper! THANK YOU!

Oh how I've always loved Hobby Lobby! Over the years I have shopped at varies locations and never had problems. But honestly I have not seen such a dirty bathroom!! It was a huge turn off to think this indicates the way a store thinks and prioritizes cleanliness for its customers and staff. Most stores utilize the items in a store to decorate and make a restroom welcoming ( I've even taken ideas from floral arrangements in a hobby lobby restroom!!) This location needs a deep clean, fresh paint, new toilets and decor!!

Came in to purchase yellow feeder beads and noticed these beautiful pieces marked WAYYYY down and couldn't resist! I can't wait to create some sexy ass waist beads with these! Store was clean and well organzas well.

I came in here with the lady to look for some items that she needed to make something for ME and to look for some replacement fake flowers and such for the front porch. Now normally I find Hobby Lobby to be quite boring with 15 people in line to check out of the one checker. In this location it seemed quite different. All items that we were seeking were found, and with this being a large store, there were quite a lot of items to look at and keep me entertained. As we entered the dreaded checkout area, it was moving quickly and one checker who had just closed, pulled her sign away and said she would take care of us. This was a first for me at Hobby Lobby and earned a second star. Follow this lead and we will be back! The selection seemed much wider than previous experience so it appears there has been some consolidation. We left in a good mood and a smile on our faces.

After standing in line to do the exchange, locating the shade and standing in line again to check out, I wasn't able to use the gift card without a manager keying it in. This seems rather archaic but... whatever. So we paged the manager, waited some more, she keyed it in and it showed $0. The cashier said "that's not possible, I did the exchange myself just a few mins ago?" The manager then proceeds to say it takes 5 mins for funds to load. I point out on the receipt that it was 18 mins ago (lots of waiting in line) and now it "takes 30 mins for gift cards to load". I couldn't stand around another 12 mins hoping it would load as I had already left my family waiting in the car for an eternity. So now I have to go back and do this whole thing again just bc their system is flawed. It's a ridiculous waste of time

We picked out a pre lit Christmas tree, two containers of shatter proof ornaments, and a star for our tree. When going through the checkout there were several people working. We waited for the next available cashier. It was a really short wait probably less than five minutes. The cashier was friendly. We paid and we're on our way. We set up our Christmas tree after our Thanksgiving Dinner. My husband removed the tree from the box piece by piece. He spread out the tree limbs so that it would look more full. Once all of the ornaments and the star were put on the tree it looked really good. I recommend going there to check out the holiday decorations as there is a wide variety of items to choose from.

Do not buy flooring material from Floor and Decor. They sell defective material and don't honor…read morewarranties. I purchased Nucor LVF (Luxury Vinyl Flooring) from Floor and Decor on 12/27/2023 paying $3.99 per sq. ft. It came with a Lifetime Warranty. Within few weeks of installation, the flooring had dents and scratches. My contractor filed the complaint with Floor and decor in March 2024. The company was supposed to send a rep out, but no one came. After waiting over a month for a rep, I had contractor take out the damaged flooring, re-purchased replacement flooring from Floor and Decor and had it installed since I did not want the floor to be half done. Meanwhile the claim from my contractor was denied. After reflooring was finished the floor started denting again. It is not standing up to the quality mentioned by Floor and Decor. I filed the compensation with Floor and Decor based on product's lifetime warranty but it was denied. I am really unhappy with the floor quality and plan to replace.

I should have known better when she wasn't even paying attention while scanning and just had this I don't care attitude the whole time but we were in such a rush that we didn't even look through our stuff until now. I'm back home and I had gotten a cute pair of Dr. Martens that I wanted to wear and after cutting off the tag and peeling the sticker on the inner heel off realized the security tag was left on one of the shoes. Today I was going to return three items that didn't work out and after looking over the receipt realized I was charged twice on an item. I went to a nearby Ross to ask if it would even be possible to get a refund and to remove the security tags and they told me I would have to go back to the original store for the refund and because the original tag isn't on the shoes they couldn't remove the security tag. When I called this store to ask if they could review the tapes over the phone they said I would have to do it in person. We decided to accept the $16 loss over the 2 hour drive and gas wasted to stand there as they verify I was double charged. We just don't have the time to make that trip again but seriously train your staff to pay more attention when handling people's merchandise. It's an easy enough job you're just scanning the items. I shouldn't have to stand guard the next time someone scans my items to make sure they're doing it right when they could have done it right in the first place.

If it was left up to him, this would easily be a four star review. But the rest of the experience was not great. Their selection of Casper beds were scattered between the adult and children's sections of the store. I could only test trial the lowest two lines they sold (The One and The Dream) on a full size mattress. But, of course, their top of the line (The Snow) came in a king size. If you know anything about buying mattresses, the smaller the mattress the more firm it will feel. So I really couldn't get a good idea of what the mattresses would feel like in my home. The next killer were the add-ons that reminded me of sketchy furniture store tactics. Those included a $70 delivery and setup fee--not too bad in and of itself--but overkill for a bed-in-a-box. Mattresses bought direct from Casper have free shipping and returns. The same mattresses bought through Room To Go? They carry a $100 return fee--plus ANOTHER $70 setup/delivery fee if you exchange them for another product. Jose was up-front about the reason for the $100 fee--it's to compensate RoomStore for lost revenue on returns incurred by honoring Casper's warranty. He also admitted they have very few returns. I wonder why? At this point I'd had enough of the Rooms To Go hooliganism and extortion due to special terms and conditions, asterisks on everything, and additional dealer profit from outrageous fees. After all, it's a bed not a car and I can get the same thing at Costco with straightforward pricing. Also his manager kept calling Jose away with phone calls and other shenanigans, which made a simple quick experience quite protracted and wasted my time. I left with a good feeling--THAT I WOULDN'T BE BUYING A BED FROM RTG. Or anything else for that matter.
